malware bytes is the hardest company ive ever came across to find a human being to talk to. and the bots are dumber than joe biden.

please contact me as soon as possible by phone , so I can speak to someone about cancelling my Malwarebytes security program with your company. I am changing my internet carrier and will no longer need Malwarebytes. I have been trying to contact you for a week and am becoming frustrated. my email address but that will be changing july 14th, 2017.

I have attempted to contact Malwarebytes and have not received any kind of acknowledgement nor answer to my stated problem. Contacthelp likewise has not answered other than to say my question has been posted. I'm getting the feeling that these sites may not be actual Malwarebytes business.Why is there no acknowledgement of my queries?

If you send a direct email it may be filtered by email spam filters, so I'd suggest going directly to their support page for assistance.

I paid for the Premium Malwarebytes program which includes realtime protection. Unfortunately, the "real-time protection" quits working every few weeks. I submit a form and usually do not hear back from them. When I do, it is email - and I am instructed to uninstall and reinstall to fix the problem. They know all about it, but they do NOT fix it. It's frustrating to deal with a company that sells buggy software and has non-support people with NO phone number. That is a red flag right there, isn't it? Gonna switch to Microsoft's version of malware protection - at least it's free and I can contact them when I need to do so.

Having a problem with Malware Bytes every time I try to access Canada Pharmacy.com, I get the blocking Message. Tried other canada Rx sites same thing. How do we remove this annoyance. NO telehone to call this in???????????

To submit a request for assistance near the end there is a box requesting the entry of security information. There is nothing to enter therefore contacting Malwarebytes is impossible. I can't re-install software without getting my ID and Key information which I no longer have. Help.

I just purchased a year subscription in October and I get another invoice today 7 Dec 2015 for another years subscription. I would like my monies refunded for something that I have already purchased.

I spoke with one of your customer service reps recently and renewed my subscription for two years. Now I get a notice that my subscription has expired. What is going on. I called just now and got some guy who barely spoke English. I told him what was wrong and he was unable to understand what I was saying. Please have someone from your office contact me ASAP.

It REALLY ANGERS ME that someone will sell a product and NOT PROVIDE live, customer service or technical support when the product doesn't activate. This do everything by email is a very typically capitalistic predatory practice. A current customer wanting to renew and ask questions to a live person should not have to go through "get human" or "corporate office owl" to get a frigging phone number that when called says they are closed! I read a similar complaint on your home page. Are you that big and bad you can't give a phone on your contact us tab? Seriously considering shifting to another malware company that can give a phone number for $24.95 or less! You ask if I'm not a robot but you insensitively act like one! Shame!!
