You switched me to a new bank. They stole my money and closed the account I never used or agreed to

Avoid at all costs. They limit the amount of money you can transfer out of the account, which is reasonable. They require you to open a support ticket in order to transfer out of the account. I tried weeks ago to initiate a transfer and they won't respond and I can't get ahold of anyone on the phone.

The bank has our money, the ATM card doesn't work. Tried transferring money to an actual bank. Been emailing them, they don't respond. They hang up if you call.

I have dealt with Simple Bank For about 1 month now... I can't get into my account they have blocked it...I can't get a hold of anyone at the customer service number...I need my money to pay Medical bills...

WARNING!
If you change your phone number you will not be able to get into your account. YOU MUST CHANGE ANY INFO FIRST!!!! Its impossible to get anyone on the phone without waiting 1-3 hours!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I will say that WHEN you do reach them they handle all your issues in a friendly and organized manner but the major hurdle is reaching them.

Unable to reach 1 customer service member, wait times are 30 min to 4 hours, wait time will change while waiting! If you cannot access your account you cannot contact anyone about hacked acct ( mine), acct being funded/ withdrawals (mine) report debit card was stolen (mine) and to CLOSE the acct!! This company is terrible. I mailed them a letter and hav zero confidence I will be contacted.

I have spent almost 2 hours on hold, just to be hung up on, then no one is there to answer the office phone. I was going to try to keep this account but I don't want to deal with this hassle every time.

I have been trying for over a month to log in to my account. They send me emails stating they sent a verification text to my phone. I have yet to receive a text,therefore no access to my account.
I have tried calling support for over a month, almost daily, and have yet to get a human to speak to. Even worse, now when I call support, they tell me to "log in to my account and message support". I have money in the account that I can't access because they have a block on my card. Who in the hell is in charge of this sorry excuse for a bank?
I need my money!!!

I've been trying to teach ANYBODY in this company for over a month. I don't receive any texts that they email me and say they've sent. I can't log in to my account, I need my money!

This company has no way to contact them. They provide a customer service number but when you call you wait on hold for three hours. If you leave your number they will never contact you back. They should be shut down since they offer no help to customers. I do not recommend this company at all. Awful disgusting people to do this to their customers who need help!!!!!!

Yes I had a false transaction done on my account and it wasn't of mine or anyone else's doing only of Simples mess up money was taken out of my account by a false merchant without my permission or use of my debit card it was refunded back to my account but my debit card was cancelled because of the transaction. I have waited over a month for a replacement card and I still on December 4th 2020 have not received any replacement card. I really don't know what kind of banking institution Simple is running but I shouldn't have to suffer and do without my money in your bank that I have no other way to access only by a debit card and waiting well over a month without anyway to access my account and having to do without things I really need and to date December 4th 2020 I still don't have a replacement debit card sounds like fraud and theft to me I will be in touch with the FDIC to file a complaint and a report against Simple on Monday December 7th 2020 to seek action against Simple to retrieve my account balance and to close my account with Simple. I will not wait any longer for my card it's been long enough.

My cellphone was stolen on November 8th and because Simple Bank does not log you out of your account after a certain length of time the thief was able to go into my Simple account and transfer $1591 out of my account! I went and got a new phone within hours and had the old phone deactivated, but not quickly enough. Since Simple only work until 4 PM I had to call the next day to report the theft. After two days they closed the investigation saying there was nothing wrong and no further investigation or credit would be done and I was welcome to call the other bank to dispute the charges. Then Simple closed my account for no reason!

Can't access my accounts because I don't have access to my old phone number and I've been calling simple for over 2 weeks I keep getting out on hold says for 30 minutes but it actually turns into hours and still no rep to assist me I love using simple but I'm basically stuck until I can change my phone number

I've been trying to get in touch with someone for over a month now. I can't log into my account because I have a different phone number. I really need someone to call me so I can log into my account. I also lost my card and need to order a new one.

I've been trying to reach customer support for the last 3days and no one can answer my phone call or reply to my emails. This is horrible customer support especially during a national pandemic when people can't go outside to handle their business in person.

For the last three days I've spent over three hours each day on the phone trying to get through to someone as simple just to change on phone number my phone account was hacked and I lost everything so I do not have my password and cannot reset it without my phone number being changed because I got a new line because that phone number was hacked. It's a simple thing and it's been so complicated this is 3 days 6 hours of my life on the phone and can't get anyone online.

I'm having problems with my ATM card and I have money in my account that I'm unable to get. I called and the lady I spoke to was so disrespectful and I'm not understanding why when I was on hold for an hour to get this problem resolve can someone please tell me the problem why I'm unable to get money out of this account

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. they kept sending me emails to fund my account. I finally was funding it to get set up and THEN I got notice they are closing my account. This was over a month a go. they have not returned the moneis. They have not closed this account. I have written numerous emails to get this closed and the money returned. No response. I would never recommend this bank. It was recommended to be and I have informed them that it was a very poor choice.

I opened the bank account with you and you sent me a card and now when I try to sign into my account you say you're not good for me so why did I get a card and why can't I get into my account
