I do not have any relationship with this company at all; I did not even know they existed however; I received an alert advising me that someone used my social to open an account with BBVA Compass bank, I called this bank and they said it was through a third party company called Simple. I called them and waited literally an hour for someone to come the phone. Their automated system said the waiting time was 30 minutes. I am contacting the BBB and also the attorney general. I have filed a police report, also put a freeze on my SS#. People be aware please.

Terrible account. My business money came to this account. I am a legitimate business owner and independent contractor they closed the account without warning no feedback barley getting responses and no one can answer any questions. The purpose of the loan was for my business how can I handle things and pay my employees without access which is what it was for.

I am completely shocked at how I have been treated and what I continue to go through with this bank. In March they closed my acct without warning and I had to wait 10 or so days to get my money. On April 15 my stimulus check went to Simple because at that time there was no way to change your bank info and that is where my tax return went. I am raising two grandchildren 9 and 10 years old and the last week of February was the last time I worked due to the virus. A couple of days ago I decided to call Simple and see when they sent my check back to the IRS. I was told that it is still there sitting in a closed acct. It has been there for 1 month today! No one will tell me why they didn't just send it back. I dont know how long they would of kept that check because no one informed me they even had it. I have been hung up on twice by customer service and have sent two emails with no response. My grandchildren and I have really been barely surviving. Please I just want my check. That is all. Please help me. We truly have nothing right now and desperately need it. Thank you, Tana Berberette

My account was canceled .I wasn't informed about what would happen to my funds in the account. I have called several times over the past 3 weeks. I have difficulty seeing because of glaucoma. I tried to explain this to your customer service . I have had many answers all were completely different at each call. I need the money that was in my account. It may not be much but it was mine. It has been several weeks now I did manage to contact one agent who took my current information down so that I could receive the money in my account . The address 525 s. Fifth street Midlothian Tx 75065. The last time I did manage to contact customer service they told me since I was no longer a customer that they had to discontinue this call. If you cat talk with customer service who am I to call about this issue? The money on that card was for my medicine. Who should I speak with?

My name is jose abreu a few months aprox 9 months ago i opend a ( simple ) bank acount a 3 partY bank from BBVA COMPASS BANK ,about 3 weeks ago after 9 months of being there client ,they freez my acount stating that they cant verefied me ,,watttt after 9 months ,well they askd me for( driveres license ) social security card ) proof of adress ,i sent them all they askd and still a month later i cant acess my funds, know they are asking me for a linkd acount that i liknd wich is a pay card from my UBER job ,i only have 2 weeks working there and they are asking me for a 3 months pdf statements ,its not posible to get that i contact gobank and askd if i can get them statements and they told me its inposible if i only have 2 weeks with them ,and that i start printing after 3 billing sicle,so know am stuck i even gave ( simplebank ) copies if all i govermet id and even copies of other credit cards in my name ,i know am taking a risk giving so much personal information but am desparate i need my money,,i need help does any one knows of a good atorney ?

Simple should not get away with holding your money!

This online bank will hold your money if you try to withdraw funds. I have had problems with this bank and all they tell me is to wait because they are reviewing my account. Here is a link to file a complaint with the FDIC that will look into their banking services that keep funds from depositors. Just follow this link and fill out the forms to complain about Simple Online bank.

This bank has been a nightmare once I received my simple debit card in the mail after waiting almost 3weeks when I called to activate it they put a block on my card I had added funds into my account when I opened my account and they refuse to take the block off because they want access to my external account which I refuse to give them it's none of their business to top it off when I asked me o so ak t a supervisor or manager the girlinfoened me they had no such thing c how would I feel comfortable Guv by them access them access To my external account.
