So my family and I came into subway tonight and there was 2 not so great employees working and 1 that was doing just great but we didn't appreciate the service that we got it was all wreckless and the sandwiches we got wasn't made right so for future reference teach these employees to make a sandwich!!

The supervisor Alicia at the subway in Americus GA by Sumter County Hospital.I feel as she needs to be replaced. She doesn't know how to run a restaurant. The line be long and the crew needs help but she stays in the office and never comes out when the line is back up. They've been out of pizza boxes for about a week. The young lady had to wrap my pizza up in paper. The sub bread is half baked still raw inside which doesn't make no sense sometimes it's so hard. A lot of customers was complaining. Please help that subway.

Subway - Carbondale PA. 3/6/23 approx 6:15pm. I felt that I was upsetting the man "boy" that was working. He stated that I would have to wait because he just got a big order. As I sat in the store all by myself I thought would this be easier if I went somewhere else. He began to huff and puff and I asked if I was bugging him and he just continued to complain to me that he was so stressed out with this big order. Maybe more employees to help out would solve this but for now I will stay away and go where I feel welcomed.

Subway lost a lot of customers when they removed the whole chicken breast and the chicken breast strips for the rotisserie chicken the rotisserie chicken is very fatty when chewing it you get more fat pieces then actually chicken makes me not want the whole sandwich disgusting ? haven't eat them at all 2022 and don't want them until they bring back chicken breast ?? ♀️

Subway on Morton in moncton nb are the worst I bri g a coupo for a rice bowl 2 dollars off and he charged 2 dollars extra on my receipt so I told what happened he said I'll reimburse you your mo ey and after he said o I can't and this is the first that me my daughter and my husband had the worst service ever the employee number is 26031 on the 6 janiary 2023 at 5h22pm either something must be done about this bad service every time

I went there with a 2 other friends of mine and they got all of our orders wrong i ordered a meatball sub but they dudnt even put the meatballs! The staff was rude and unprofessional

Subway sucks! I will be posting EVERYWHERE I can! The prices are high-skyrocket from a few years ago. Quality has declined so much that I don't trust any item that comes out of that franchise. Unfortunately I have to find a way to utilize gift cards I have ?

I tried Subway goddess veggie rice bowl. Unfortunately, it did not taste fresh. I had to throw three fourth of bowl. Will not recommend it.

I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich. The bread seems so old as it is really hard to even chew it and the chicken was worse.my money was totally wasted

Paid$17.50 for a 6' Tuna and an American Club on flatbread(tortilla) , and a bag of chips.
Sorry, Subway....No matter the Hyped Up Advertising, you ain't worth it. Not even close to worth it.

Stopped at the greensburg store on pittsburg Street no one there at the time the young lady who waited on me was very rude snapped at me a couple of times tossed my sandwich to the other associate then proceeded to glare at me will go to jersey Mike's from now on

I've submitted a number of contact us (per website) only to receive an automatic response but issue was never addressed. I've continue to reach out to get someone to help and refund but of course no response.

How does one actually file a complaint and speak to a subway representative that cares to address concerns? Corporate told me I was being recorded and hung up on me after stating that corporate subway was not responsible for individual stores. While that may be true, I would like to think the company as a whole would be concerned with how their brand is being represented within a given community, not to mention adults should have learned long ago we don't hang up in people and certainly not the customers we sell to. Without any corporate oversight I will need to assume there to be zero consistency and accountability store by store. I will no longer do business with subway. They are my kids and my favorite to go dinner and probably what we eat 6 times a month. The treatment of me by the store and corporate has clearly outlined their lack of need and concern for me as a customer.

This evening I went to a subway restaurant in Butler, AL 36904 do you purchase two foot-long sandwiches with a coupon for $12.99. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with a sign saying they do not accept coupons due to a protein shortage. I again ask the employee behind the counter if they excepted the coupon and they said no. I went ahead and bought my two foot-long sandwiches they were supposed to be 1299 and ended up spending $22.98 with tax was $25.28. I do not understand why we receive coupons in the mail and they do not except them. They also do not except specials on the app. This is a SUBWAY® I will not go into ever again! I will drive 30 miles to Meridian Mississippi to their subway restaurant.

My wife and I went to our local Subway (#2814) yesterday at 5pm. We were the only ones inline. The employee was less than six feet away, counting change & bills. For TEN MINUTES, we stood there without being even ACKNOWLEDGED! NOTHING!! NOT A SINGLE WORD! For ten minutes we stood there and the employee said nothing to us. At that point we left and will NEVER go back. We'll take our significant business to Jimmy John's or Jersey Mike's or Firehouse Subs!

Multiple people have complained about the location at I-95 & hwy 278 exit 8 hardeeville, sc 29927, but subway doesn't do anything. I reported them to SC DHEC. The staff are rude, the dressing packs out of date, and the lettuce was brown.

After visiting Unit #6, at 63 E Thompson Lane, I was informed that this store does not accept coupons. Why not? And why is this store manager so rude? I have been to this location before, and he is always rude and nasty! I will never visit this store again!!

The staff are very short with customers. The act like they are paying for the vegetables out of their salary. You can count the number of pieces that they put on a sandwich. If there is only one person working they take off one glove to use the cash register and take money. They then use both hands to make the next sub. The cookies are always hard like they are a day old or haven been baked to long or left on the cooking pan too long. They also will not accept any subway coupons. These comments apply to the store on Stroh Road in Parker CO

Do not order at the Dallas, Oregon Subway after 11am. They are OUT of everything, meat, veggies, sauces, etc.
