Very poor contact service,with no email possiblity and mediocre automated phone sevice.Employees with whom I had phone contact were for the most part poorly prepared ,lazy anrd rightout obnoxious.I was pleasantly surprised by Mr.Lee Abbey,
who spent a lot of time trying to assist me.I reside in Greece,am 86,and he devoted at least halve hour with me.
