TurboTax Positive Customer Service Ratings - page 3

I got through within one minute,people should probably call early to avoid wait times. Customer service was great.

I was ready for an unpleasant experience after reading other comments..But this did not happen, in fact I was on hold for approx 15min(patience is a virtue)and then connected to a rep named Shondee, who was polite and very helpful.

She walked me through everything, for some reason my dependent son kept showing up as a non-dependent. Shondee remained calm and very professional through the entire call.

Please be patient if you have to make the call, when I was being helped I was on the phone for approx 15-20 min with the rep.

Put yourself in the other person's shoes.

Other than the long hold time (patience is a virtue they say) and the need to be transferred once we got excellent support solving a problem we had in correcting a form. The agent was easy to understand, took us through the process in fixing the issue. :)

I have use TT for about 5 years and they are great, no problems at all.Best software highly recommended

My contact with Turbo Tax (Doug) was just as it was last year. UNBELIEVABLE I can not begin to tell you what a delight it was to have someone so helpful and not mind the time with me in helping me find a file that was lost on my PC. Such gentleman I have worked with and though they must have been tired they worked on tirelessly.
THANK YOU TURBO TAX FOR BEING THERE FOR ME.

Thanks for the clue to press ## 2 times to get a person. It worked. But I had to press 3 times! Problem: The desktop version was double counting a dividend income and I couldn't get it to correct the tax form. The gentleman was located in NW Iowa, an American, so they hire locally. He was very helpful and we corrected the form! Yes it was operator error- I had entered a figure in two places when it should have been in only one place. Thanks Turbo Tax!
