I used to rate UPS as near the top. Fed Ex>>UPS>>DHL>>>>>>>>>>Amazon Logistics. I used to think AMZL would never get better. They didnt. UPS fell off a cliff. Impossible to reach agents. Horrific customer provacy policy. Not engaging unless you agree to their terms.... a delayed Red Label package (ie next day air) and I wait an hour each time I call. Agents have virtually no information...hours go by, no call backs. Agents make crap up about how things work. Utterly unbelievable

UPS charges a ridiculously high amount for a small cardboard box. Over 7 dollars for a tiny box. They are out of their mind. And that is just for the cardboard, not even for any shipping charges.

I'd give a zero if I could!! My neighbour witnessed a UPS van (BJ19 ZCX) reverse straight into my garden wall and recycling boxes! Damaged the wall and snapped the legs off my recycling trolley! UPS basically sent the driver and his supervisor round who spoke to my neighbour who clarified she'd seen the driver do it, the driver refused to say anything and then the company denied anything had happened, passed it to their insurers who said without cctv there's nothing they can do! UPS continued to ignore me, not even an apology. Absolutely disgusting. Steer well clear because this company couldn't care less about anyone or anything. All about the money and screwing the little people.

Absolutely worthless, like mammaries on a bull. why UPS is still in business perplexes me, their incompetence and ineptitude supercede at&t and wells fargo. You never can get to speak with a live person without having to call several times and when you get someone it's some dolt overseas who doesn't know their a** from a hole in the ground and the run around. These clowns have left valuable packages that required a signature for delivery vulnerable to theft. Whenever I order anything that needs to be delivered, I enquire who the delivery company will be and if it's UPS only, I take my business elswhere thanks. At least FEDX is a bit better but by only a few points. As far as I'm concerend, UPS can suck the big one, I'll never do business with these clowns again. Hopefully the Better Business Bureau is privvy to all these complaints and can do something about this unacceptable incompetence if they can and if they haven't, why not after years of this solid human waste. Right now I'm so ticked off about an impending delivery trying to make sure all security procedures are followed I could chew nails. And they have the gall to charge good money for this unacceptable nonsense, unbelievable.

Sooooo unimpressed with your customer service. Charge me twice for a pickup, you said 4:00 pickup and came at 12:20. The robot I talked to said 4:00. Why would I leave my expense package out all day!! If you were running the hours between this and this crap maybe you should tell people that!! So angry to have to pay twice and to have your representative not show any kind of sympathy to my situation when I wasn't the one in the wrong...unbelievable!!

UPS web site is the worst. You can't change anything. Amazon messed up and has UPS delivering to an Amazon locker. I can't get the location changed. You can't talk to anyone. I went to the distribution center. They said you have to go through the web site or call. I called twice. The system can't understand the tracking number or the zip code. Completely useless.

Just had a General Question about insuring a parcel that I wanted to ask, but the automated phone answering robot would NOT accept ANY question I had to connect me to customer service, so I finally had to LIE and say I had a Technical Support problem and finally got connected to them after 10 minutes. He connected me to customer service but the foreign sounding woman I talked to couldn't even answer my question and told me to go to the local UPS distribution center 30 miles away and ask THEM my simple question. I actually have had nothing but GOOD experiences shipping my parcels through UPS, so it really amazes me that their Customer Service system is so HORRIBLE.

Worst ever. Terrible service. Endless loop of an automated system. Dropped calls. Rude representatives. Certain departments cannot even be reached. My account was HACKED and I was not informed by UPS. I contacted them when the charges showed up that were over $35K in one day! I froze the account so no one could make any additional charges. Then the fraud department (who you cannot actually talk to and who only communicates by email) took over. A month after submitting my case, I got an Email response and they said the fraudulent charges were removed and that I needed to pay a balance. In keeping with their stellar, forward-thinking service, they neglected to tell me how much was credited and how much I owed! I responded to their email with those exact questions, and also the additional question of "How do I pay this when my account is frozen and I cannot access it?" To which they responded by sending the standard 800# and said to contact UPS. So, I did. 2 hours later, and the aforementioned, endless loops, wrong departments etc. I am still no further along that I was. The absolute worst customer service experience ever.

Worst delivery service in the country. Driver lies about being at a location. Local service non-existent, they don't return phone calls, 800 numbers are complete joke can never speak to anyone. This company sucks.

Worse delivery service ever. No other delivery guy has a problem delivering to my door but UPS guy and I receive plenty of packages every day from Amazon, Fedex, DHL, Uber, you name it. But UPS guy leaves packages at the fence where they stay under Florida heat and rain or could be stolen before we notice it is there. Even when packages CLEARLY STATE they are perishable or need to be kept refrigerated. I did everything UPS customer service said I had to do to fix this: enrolled in "My Choice", check address, set preferred delivery place,etc, etc, etc. He made up every possible excuse to keep leaving packages at the side of the road! That I have dogs (like everybody else!), that he can't drive thru a closed gate (we DON'T HAVE A GATE), that my dogs are always loose (again:WE DON'T HAVE A GATE!!! so dogs CAN'T BE LOOSE or they'll get killed on the road), that my dogs killed a cow (there are no cows in the whole neighborhood). Long story short: customer service said is up to the driver where to leave the package.REALLY??? So why the hell you have a useless "My choice" to set preferences??? if the driver is pretty much the CEO and can decide whatever he wants! Sadly it's the shipper choice to choose UPS. If it was my choice I would never choose them. Bottom line I told them they will hear from the shipper (and a lawyer I guess) when a package gets spoiled or stolen because their driver does whatever he wants to do.

I had a package coming today that needed a signature so I asked ups app how to switch it so I wouldn't need to sign. They explained and I went into upschoice and entered the tracking number and went to preferences and did everything they told me. Then today when the driver came and I was not home the let a note not the package saying they would leave it a a access point tomorrow. I called customer service and explained my situation and the said they would have the local supervisor call me. When the supervisor Lisa called I explained again the situation about me going onlinevand detting it up for the package to be left without a signature it was like I was dealing with the most unprofession person ever. After the conversation with the Supervisor Lisa I will be sure not to do any business with UPS ever again if possable.

The worst delivery company ever! Requested certain time during the day...the answer is depends on the driver. Where is the CEO ? Is the driver the CEO that is the decision maker on where and to whom they will deliver the parcel today? That is the only answer that i got every time i call the contact center in singapore ups. A glorious call center employees (and waste of money) that only repeating the same message like a chatbot.

Far behind competitors in terms of service quality and innovation. Open your eyes....DHL is far in the front with their application that is customer friendly. Fedex at least have a customer service that listen to customer request and their feedback.

UPS has always delivered my packages to my back door or under my porch. Not sure why they have started delivering them to the edge of my driveway. Why is this happening now. My package sits out in the elements all night before I realize it was delivered.

customer service people suck, they don't care at all. company on the other hand should be sued for taking people's money for fast service and then they update the delivery to 5 days later. called customer service twice and they said they don't know what's going on with my package and why its held in the location, then they ask me to call the sender to see what's going on cause they don't.
THEY HAVE MY PACKAGE AND ASK ME TO CONTACT THE SENDER TO ASK THEM WHY THEY-UPS-ARE INCOMPETENT. I would give 0 stars if I could. just look at all the negative reviews this company has.

I was told by tracking that my package was going to be delivered today. Checked tracking again, 4 hours later, and now it says delivery will be tomorrow. Called customer service to see if I could drive the hour and a half to go pick it up. They said that packages couldn't be dropped off or picked up at that location. That is unacceptable. If I have all of the valid information about the package and I'm willing to drive over and pick it up, I'm sure there is someone that can get on the truck, grab my package, and hand it to me. What a joke.

Customer service call center in India tried to add my debit card to their digital wallet by using a fake ups site and asked for the code Chase sent me to add my card to their wallet! it's getting wild out there!!! I cant reach anyone else to help with my claim.

UPS has become less reliable than any other service. We live in a mobil home park and there is a map located at the entrance, yet these geniuses that couldn't find their own head unless it is attached continuously deliver to every other home except the one listed on the package. It is not the receivers job or the sender to do UPS's job of correctly delivering to the address listed. UPS, YOU STINK.

Worst service ever.
First you lost my package. Second your claims team is bunch of incompetent people who approved my claim one month ago and still didn't send me check.
I have been following up since one month patiently and not getting proper information or response.
I would never recommend it to anyone.
