I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a textbook to be delivered. I was told every day for a week that my package would arrive the following day. Customer service has been terrible. No resolution has been reached and I am still without my package. I can't possibly be compensated for the inconvenience this has caused me and the amount of time I have wasted trying to resolve the issue. I will never use UPS again.

I Have 2 Packages That Ups Delivered Not Only To The Wrong Address But To The Wrong State. I Cannot Believe That Those Drivers Are That Careless That They Do Not Read The Labels When Dropping Off Packages. At This Point Even Snail Mail Is Better Than Ups At Least You Get Your Packages. I Filed A Claim And It Has Been Over A Week And No One Has Called Or Anything.

I called at 6:00 in the morning to reschedule a a pickup. I was on the phone for 15 minutes with the young lady who kept saying hold on please.
When order was complete I ask her to confirm my pick up address she gave me the wrong address although I had given her my address four times. Makes me wonder if my package will be picked up.

Left my package against a tree in the rain rather than walk a few extra steps and porch it. Tried for three days to reach someone. UPS clearly does everything in their power to keep you from reaching anyone. Finally did reach someone and was promised a call back by drivers supervisor. No one ever called back. Worst customer service I have ever had...period.

I mailed with the 3 day The tracking system isn't showing me where the package is and now it's going to be 4 days behind so pay for 3 days to receive in 7 days wow what a crooked company

Terrible customer service I asked to speak with a supervisor they wouldn't let me gave them the tracking said item was lost. They wouldn't let me file a claim. Terrible, terrible service.

I don't recommend using UPS to ship anything. The only thing UPS is consistent on is shipment delay after delay after delay. You can easily count on at least 2 -3 days delay with every single shipment. Save yourself a lot of headaches and money using USPS or FedEx. Wish I could give them less than 1 for ratings.

Had a package sent out Monday and was supposed to arrive Friday. I haven't received it and no other store scanned the package in. When I talked to the place that sent it out, they say they sent it but how if no other scans were made? UPS is full of liars and thieves. I need my money back or my package. The worst company to ever go through.

This has been a total disappointment and scam!! They stole my money!! Paid almost 200 dollars for a package to be sent out to Florida from Boston. Then they made an extra charge (unauthorized or without communication), sent a message saying the package was damage and once it was already in Florida sent it back to the sender according to my tracking online. The "package was damage" is all the explanation I get online. When trying to contact customer support many times, nobody can help, they just send you to place a claim online, that isn't helpful at all. There is nobody responding to my questions or nobody that actually have access to where the package is or how can I get my money back at least!!!! I have almost 2 weeks since the package was "sent back", but has never been returned. I went to an ups store, but because I did the label online, they said that because it was not done in their office they cannot help me! Still the package has not been returned, the money stolen and I wake up today finding out there are charging me again on my bank account. This is a complete fraud! Calling the bank and trying to keep calm! This has been the worst experience ever and I really need my money! I cannot understand how a company can be so irresponsible and hard to reach out. The representative have no information howsoever of how to help you apparently and my bank information still in their hands for them to keep making unauthorized charges! I'm frustrated and exhausted!

I'm also very PISSED OFF that your automated system is the worse that exists. It's impossible to be connected with an agent. Completely unacceptable. You guys cannot continue like this PISSING OFF so many customers. What goes around comes back around. Remember that please!
I'm not trying to be rude but I need to let you know how unhappy I'm with your services. 1) I still didn't get my package n 2) I cannot even get access to an agent. Please understand that's completely unacceptable

UPS is the most stoic when it cones to customer support. My package that was shipped from over seas with extreme valuables came up missing (conveniently). Its no secret that the employees are getting arrested at least once a year for steal packages and pay checks. Just google "UPS WORKERS CAUGHT STEALING".

UPS has really went down hill. I had a package scheduled to be picked up, and was told to leave it on the porch by the front door. Later in the day I received a notification from my doorbell camera showing the UPS driver walking up to the porch, very briefly glancing at the package as he stuck the notification on my door saying I missed my pickup, didn't even bother to knock just turned around and left. I then tried to contact UPS more times than I can count with no avail. Finally got an answer and the rep could care less about what the driver did and seemed bothered by my business. If I can help it I will NOT do business with UPS again.

REALLY?!! Do your driver know how a door bell works? Will NEVER order anything that is being delivered by UPS!!! The only good part was Jen. At least she was helpful!!

I reside in the Central Coast area of California. I've had it with UPS not getting my packages to me by the estimated delivery date. I order several items per month online and for the last several months, each time the carrier is UPS, my packages are delayed delayed delayed at least 50% of the time. Sometimes three different prolonged delays in delivery for a single shipment! That's absolutely excessive. How can UPS continue to run a successful business this way?!The service is becoming more and more unreliable. It's a real problem. This problem is also sort of true for USPS at times, though not as bad as UPS has become. FedEx is the only carrier that is typically consistantly on time with my deliveries.Very disappointed in UPS these days. What the heck has happened to UPS?

To be marked as PVA!!.. It s a month!
After ups moved us into a new account without asking us and without reporting into the new one we already were benefiting of PVA since September 2022 on the previous account ;after we ve been chasing ups for months asking to sort it out,
After our email have been bounced from department to department and time passed on while you ups kept filing invoices without solving the issues, after rhe first invoice dates 20/06/23 has been turned into a credit note and added to PVA ,after "finally" the email from PVA stated that PVA has been added to this new account ,why you ups want to force us to pay for those invoices dates AFTER the 10th of July? Without any reasonable explanation, just
"Shippings have been closed", while the last invoice is dated July 25th?????

Should we stop our business in the meantime you ups have the decency of marking us as PVA?Or how long should we still wait for it?
Aren't months off chasing and loss of money from our side enough?
We want exhaustive reasons why ups doesn't want to solve all this issues

I guess the name UPS is correct (Unreliable piece of S##t). My package was shipped from Orlando on the 26th (Via UPS Next Day Air), it is the 31st, and after calling and trying their online support, with no answers except to wait at home another day and another and another. Finally spoke to somebody at support, but all they could say is that my package has been delayed (i know that! 4 days delayed!). They just told me to wait another day, and if i do not receive it, to call again. The worst customer support ever, and the worst shipping company!

So today we had 2 packages delivered by UPS 1 of them was for us the second was not and the package was damaged and the tracking label torn so being a good decent person I decided to call customer service. First off to try and speak to someone I had to enter the tracking number but could not because as I already said it was torn and not readable so no help. Next I called a local store and they said they do not handle returns and gave me the service number and I went through the story with them and they said to keep it or just throw it away but should at least open it to make sure it was something that could go in the trash, so no help there. So after an online search found out call service and keep hitting zero so I did and finally got through but could not make them understand that 1 it was not my package so not contacting shipper and 2 the tracking number was damaged so more frustration finally I did speak to someone who at least understood my issue and took my email to have a supervisor call me.So not very impressed with the service when all I was doing was trying to do was the right thing because it was not my package but had to waste my time fixing their mistake.

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I received a notice that delivery was "attempted". That is patently false. Entery to my building is not restricted. I checked with my office and was told that UPS didn't come to the building at the time the driver claimed to have attempted delivery. Today I was informed that my package would arrive by 3:30. I watched the truck pass by my address without delivering. Then I received a notice from UPS by "close of business". I guess that lying about the attempt and then passing my address on day two and failing to deliver my package when promised is standard operating procedure for UPS.

Paid 37.44 to UPS for " 3 day select " mailing small package frm TX to Las Vegas,NV.
Package loaded on July 18th Delivered days later July 25th, UPS will not reimburse customers, treating their customers with total disdrain. DO NOT MAIL WITH UPS !

This is the nth time that UPS (with the U standing for "unreliable") that I have gone to the UPS website and read that my parcel is "out for delivery by 7pm." Then itʻs not delivered that day even and some time after 7pm I get a notification from UPS about the parcel not being delivered (duh). I have had it with UPS and I will make any effort necessary to avoid buying something that is shipped via UPS. I hope the Teamsters do go on strike, and I hope UPS goes completely out of business. They deserve a slow and painful corporate death. To hell with UPS!
