Friday night 8/26/2022 around 8:20pm I went to my usual & regular location 2165 Shelby St. Indy city 46203 I used to come daily in the afternoon parking my School bus across the lot & became very acquainted with the Store Manager Norm. On this Friday night, I went to the door to go in, it was locked and was told it was closed & I have to go thru drive thru. I saw 2 white ladies in shorts with a little girl , I motioned pointing at the 2 ladies with the little girl in the store at the order desk, I asked why are they in there then. I was told they work there {WOW} both had shorts on got food & sat down at a table with the little girl to eat, THEY HAD NO UNIFORM TOPS ON, BOTH IN SHORTS WITH A LITTLE GIRL, SO I LEFT AND WENT TO BURGER KING, THE DOORS WAS STILL OPEN THERE, {THIS MESS DID NOT FEEL RIGHT AT ALL} I AM LETTING CORPORATE KNOW ABOUT THIS AND THE STORE MANAGER NORM: I AM VERY UN- HAPPY ABOUT HOW THIS HAPPENED AND LOOKED!

I don't know what's happened to White Castles anybody from my family that came from Florida that's the first place they wanted to go now they taste terrible it's like they're putting them in the freezer and put them in a microwave and giving them to us I've heard many people complain I haven't even been there in a year my last experience was so bad please fix this problem we all enjoy White Castles now and then but not anymore

Ordered three 1921 burgers, a large fry, and a drink. One of the burgers was intact. The other two were crushed and scattered all over the bag. One of the bun tops was missing. Had to ask for my drink that was forgotten and then it was dropped and cleaned up with a cloth of doubtful cleanliness. This happened in Bloomington, IN.

We stopped by white castle #060010 on tuesday, 7-26-22 after leaving my doctor.Arrival time10:16am. We used the drive through. We went through my order of 4 Jalopena cheeseburgers with bacon, extra pickles and onions. Sale#115340954, team member #153 on receipt.4 Jala Bac CB 6.56, add pickle, Xtra onions. 1 SENIOR DISC, SENIOR DISCOUNT -0.66. TAX 0.35 GRAND TOTAL6.25. CASH 6.25. AFTER ARRIVING HOME AND GETTING A POP OUT OF THE REFRIG, I SAT DOWN TO EAT. NONE OF MY JALOPENA CHEESEBURGERS HAD BACON ON THEM. I called back to speak to supervisor, the receiver was picked up, no voice said "white castle" and the receiver was put on the counter (I assume") because I could hear someone talking to a customer. If I had had some bacon at home, I would have cooked some and eaten it on them.

We were at White Castle in Lafayette, Indiana on Thursday, July 21, 2022 about 5:15. We ordered the chicken special plus 4 extra chicken sandwiches a large fry 10 white castles, 2 fish and a small onion chip to go. It took us almost 35 min to get our order. We were compensated deserts which we didn't really want. We started to eat some of the food on our way home to Crawfordsville. When we got the chicken out to eat it's fried crisp and we could not eat, as was the fries. So that was at least $20.00 down the drain. Very disappointed

There has been an ongoing problem leaving the restaurant. There are low branches when trying to exit the driveway. It is a very busy area with a Walmart and Lowes using the exit. Cannot see and someone might get hit. I spoke with an employee at the restaurant and he would notify the landscapers.
This was at 3832 E. Grand River Ave. Howell, Mi 48843. Just wanted to see if you could follow up on this issue.

The gentleman at window has no customer skills I pull up no hi n your orders is all I got was 9.91. then was handed a drink n then my food no thank you no nothing. I being a asst manager thought that was poor customer service n if one of my employees were ride like that they would be taken out window until they can learn please n thank you it was 1;41 am Monday morning n I was on my way home from work.frist time I ever had a bad experience there usually they are polite n friendly in the window.the gentleman had dreads hang out from under his hat n needed a hair restraint hold those long nasty looking dreads.

Food is overpriced, cold, and lousy. I recall going there after bar close back in the 80s. Food was lousy then, at least it was cheap. I'm amazed they are still in biz

Location is lymbrook hamburger was gritty asked for extra onions was hard and raw been there plenty of times never had a problem it was 10:30 pm it was bussy seemed rushed first time i had to spit it out very disappointing. You should look into the night shift. It was disappointing and gross.ibought 4 wasted my money ?

I just had a white castle slider
Always was one of my Absolute favorites. I was so disappointed i asked for extra onions the hamburger was so gritty the onions were raw its like they just slapped them on uncooked.i actually spit it out i orderd 4 and had to throw out.the location is lymbrook long island N.Y.
I have been there multiple times it was tue june 28th at 10:30pm first time i was disgusted. Trund completely off. They need better help . What happened????

The customer service was awful person was very rude and had people in line for half an hour she did not say hi looked very mean snatched my card out of my hand and they did not get my order right and the food was cold very unexceptable.

Location at 5501 38th street at 12:45 am I ordered the fish combo no cheese 2 extra fish no cheese was repeated back..asked about the other 2 fish said we didn't order it the Manager came over listening she was very sloppy looking should not be one to represent she was very rude and nasty refused to give her name and shut the window..unexceptable experience..plus the fish had cheese

Waited 5 minutes through drive window, was asked to move ahead waited another 15 minutes and saw 3 cars pass through, went in to check on order and got berated from guy at front counter said they were short handed and acted like it was my fault I had been waiting 20 minutes and had come in to check on order. My order was setting by drive thru window, he grabbed it pulled things out then tossed things back in. 2 burgers were correct with fries, 2 burgers were wrong and all were cold. This was at 13600 Manchester Rd, Des Peres, MO. Will never go back Piss poor attitudes.

I drove a long way from Connecticut to purchase White Castle from store 35 in the Bronx. I stood at the counter to place my order and was surveyed by the idle "manager", MARIA ST.BERNARD, who walked by me and disregarded me as a patron.

She proceeds to walk to another team member, who was on the grill and asked the gentleman to take my order.

Apparently, the young man was not moving fast enough and she spat some really demeaning words at him to which was COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE.

SHE TREATS HER STAFF TERRIBLY. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT STORE.

French fries where nasty and cold hamburgers also cold and I ask for extra onions,extra pickles got one pickle on each of my hamburgers I spent 20.00 dollars that not good for what we ordered and I called back to the white castle and the the manger was not much better its not my fault that she can't or don't care about her customers it was the one at 7th broadway

Went to pay for my order and did they didn't have any change to pay me back total was 10.20 gave 20.00 change was 9.80 short .80 cents wasn't very happy with service should always have change available

I went thru the drive thru on 79th Loomis!I have pics of hair in our food and old hamburgers that was fried to hard or old!! I have pics of my food and my receipt! I had to make a appointment so once I laid my food out, I witness these horrible issues! I desire to have a refund because I was not pleased with this garbage!!

I have gotten no response from White Castle regarding a racist propaganda leaflet which was placed in a slider box I purchased from Giant like I've done since they made those available in the stores. Since they don't seem to care I'm taking this to the BBB along with a boycott as a civil rights complaint. Many journalists and show hosts will love this. And yes still have the box, receipt and leaflet. Any input welcome irishimmortal13@gmail com

I am tired of trying to spend money at your stores and not being able to get food because your stores are not open to public traffic, you know walk in service!!!! Some of drive vehicles that don't fit the drive thru.... Truckers!!! Since I can't get service I will endeavor to tell all who will listen to stay away from White castle because they DON'T WANT OUR MONEY!!!!! As a trucker, I drive 1500 miles a week so I get around. Since you seem to want to go out of business, I and my friends and family will help you by boycotting all your stores.... I am done!
