Went to Golden corral independence Missouri location. Food was terrible. Rolls tasted like liquor. Cookies tasted like nothing but baking powder. Basically everything tasted terrible. Will NEVER eat there again.

When calling Golden Corral to ask the simple question,"Do you take the EBT card for seniors", the response was "No!" I sensed the immediate judgement in their voices and attitude, at the Valencia and the Thornydale locations. Golden Corral is on the list for Az restaurants who accept SNAP, otherwise, I would not have even bothered calling. Not all seniors have a place to prepare food. I won't be saying good things about GC from now on. Mean-spirited employees!

Waited in line for vegetable s to be brought out. Roaches on the ice cream machine. Informed one of the servants..he said okay and kept working. Will need to visit GC regarding over cgarge.

Went to Mansfield, Ohio Golden Coral, 5:00 p.m. dinner rolls were crunchy around edge, some were dark brown and hard, roast beef tasted burnt, turkey was dried out, steak good but small, green beans under seasoned, nothing looked fresh, desserts had not been replenished, pie under cooked, ice cream too soft. Will not go back.

Terre Haute IN. Cold food, rude manager, manager yelled at me. Hard and cc old food. First time it's been horrible since new owner . Waitress and cashier were very nice.

Drove 45 minutes to their location in Schererville Indiana. Was closed when it was supposed to be open. Contacted company. Was contacted in return next day. Lots of I'm sorry about your experience let us send you a gift card for your trouble. I accepted their apologies and had planned on using gift card which never showed up. all they did was lie.Attempted to contact them again with no results. Will never set foot in any of their restaurants ever again dishonest people at the corporate level

4of us went new year eve night around 430 we didn't know they were closing at 6. They wouldn't give us a senior discount, should have left then , the steak was great they didn't put anything out fresh even the salad bar was like it had been there all day I like g c , but this time the food was terrible, they were vacuuming that floor while we were trying to eat, charged us 40,00 bucks my wife an I won't be back back to florence ala again until some changes.

I ate at Golden Corral in Waldorf, MD. Before I paid, I asked if there was a table with an outlet so that I could eat and work. The General Manager helped and sat me in the back in a room and said I could sit there but would eventually be sitting with a party, but it would be fine as long as I was fine sitting with a party. I had no problem with it, I just wanted to eat and work. In the middle of eating, a serve came to me and told me that I had to move. The server had no tact or professionalism, and when I said I was told I could sit there, I was told, "Oh no! The general manager knew a party was coming."

Overall, I am a paying patron, and I expected better treatment. I was moved to another table, but now, I'm not in the mood to continue my meal. I refuse to be treated like a second class citizen. Maybe employees of this establishment needs sensitivity training or emotional intelligence training. After this experience, I may never come back to Golden Corral again. I would like to be contacted. I asked for a name/number of the corporate to file a complaint, and I was told, "It's on your receipt." I'm not rude to others, and I refuse for anyone to be rude to me. I'm sitting in Golden Corral typing this comment. I'm thoroughly disgusted and will be leaving. And on top of everything, my server is walking to tables asking patrons if they have grandkids, and she's giving patrons Christmas stocking for the grandkids. The server gave a stocking to someone sitting next to me, and then looked at me and walked by. I had to speak up to say that I have grandchildren before I got stockings. I'm thoroughly disappointed with the service I received at this location. Again, I will never eat here, or at another Golden Corral again.

Golden Corral need to get their salad bar and their main dish bar up to par the salads the lettuce and tomato and all the vegetables look like they have not been washed and the food is not tasty on the main bar the kitchen needs cleaning more often this is in Jonesboro Arkansas

I'm really disappointed in Golden Corral, I made an order paid for it, and I even went a few minutes early. Let them know on the phone app that I was there. Waited almost 15 minutes, went back to the app, and again let them know I was there. Nothing.. finally, I called and talked to a person, finally my meal came out. The steak was cooked the way I like it except for the being cold part. The baked potato was hard and cold. I was wondering what's going on. The same thing happened the last time I ordered on line for curbside pickup. I've already ordered for Thanksgiving, but this time, I'll call when I get there.

Their dinner was disgusting not very good. Ice cream was disappointing. Pizza was fine. Macaroni was fine. Everything else was not very good. The only good thing was their chicken noodle soup. Would not recommend going here for dinner.

This took place in Downey Ca, Golden Corral November 5 2022,it was a family dinner for my husband birthday 1st time been here. We kids made plans to take I'm here Saturday evening we show up and the Manager name Fatima V charge me for 4 plates the thing here was that I was not going to end up eating cause I just had a surgery but the kids wanted to make it a family surprise dinner for dad I brought some crackers because I was not eating and this manager name Fatima V. walks to the table and make me get up and charges me for another plate when I specifically said I was not going to eat I had to serve my little one and bring her food to the table well she said I put food in my mouth and for that she had to charge me a plate. What kind of manager is she there was a lot of people and pretty much everyone around us saw the situation I was embarrassed my kids were like mom lets just leave I didn't want to spoil there plans for them it was just a ko's in that moment. It and last time for us to be here. Bad management service for this lady

Absolutely gross food
$43 for 2 people for canned corn, pot roast that was so hard and inedible, StLouis ribs that were nasty smelly gross and sirloin steak that was awful. Then the manager was coming around with French fries. Absolutely overpriced horrid food. I was going to ask for a refund when I looked at the food upon paying but didn't know what it tasted like.

The Mooresville Golden Corral would be better if it wasn't for their little troll of a man manager servers are Great Cooks are great the manager is very rude hateful not polite he likes to stare and give customers dirty looks like we did something wrong I have seen him yell and be very rude to employees talks about customers as he's walking by I will not be back to this on

How about charging the same price for to go orders, it makes no sense to charge by weight, you can eat more inside than what can be put in that container. I had to pay 35$ for one to go order, ridiculous. What happened to your steaks, you can't even cut them let alone chew them, they have been absolutely horrible, I know they aren't the same they are much thinner.

I visit the place sometime, but things do not change dirty silverware ,plates and tables need cleaned with something that does not leave a bad odor.I personally wipe my table with disinfectant.Older persons can get sick.

My family and I visited Golden Corral in Texarkana and all I can say is that most of the staff are rude and disrespectful as could possibly be. Today's experience is based on management. My dad is 75 and has cancer. A member of the management team started making fun of my dad because he took a few steps without using his cane with comments about people carrying canes and not even needing them. My dad's strength is subject to falter and that's the reason he carries it. The man succeeded in getting a laugh out of a female manager that he was standing next to. The man wasn't wearing a name tag so I don't have a name to with my complaint. All I can say is that neither me nor my family will ever be back. There is absolutely no place anywhere for disrespect for the elderly

The manager at Golden Corral in Olathe was so rude, mean & loud with my husband. I had my money out & was paying her. He walked about 2 feet away to leave with our tray & she yelled to stop & come back. I told her that he had a stroke & wasn't doing anything wrong. She said in a loud voice"do you want to eat here or not". I told her she knew nothing about customer serv. The little waitress said that she was awful & for us to do a formal complaint. I told her that I worked in HR and she could find a different jobe in 24 hours. NO WAY to trat seniors---or anyone. She was a true WITCH!

Since when does Golden Corral have tip jars in the counter for the grill cook? We were at North Little Rock and went to get steak and the man who served us stated there's my tip jar. First of all the food was disgusting and the service was horrible. And then to top it all off - we overheard the staff complaining about the dish machine being broke down all the time and having to "help" wash dishes bu hand. This is the third time we have returned only to have a bad experience. And this is the last time we will never go back.
