The manager at Golden Corral in Olathe was so rude, mean & loud with my husband. I had my money out & was paying her. He walked about 2 feet away to leave with our tray & she yelled to stop & come back. I told her that he had a stroke & wasn't doing anything wrong. She said in a loud voice"do you want to eat here or not". I told her she knew nothing about customer serv. The little waitress said that she was awful & for us to do a formal complaint. I told her that I worked in HR and she could find a different jobe in 24 hours. NO WAY to trat seniors---or anyone. She was a true WITCH!

Since when does Golden Corral have tip jars in the counter for the grill cook? We were at North Little Rock and went to get steak and the man who served us stated there's my tip jar. First of all the food was disgusting and the service was horrible. And then to top it all off - we overheard the staff complaining about the dish machine being broke down all the time and having to "help" wash dishes bu hand. This is the third time we have returned only to have a bad experience. And this is the last time we will never go back.

Worst experience I've ever had four times up to get a steak that was well done that the guy told me that he bring to my table keeps forgetting then have parents for kids in there that they're not watching that they're taking the utensils putting it in the food for the buffet putting it in their mouth putting it back into the food for the buffet throwing food at each other worst experience ever

I Ate As A Guest N Worked As An Employee The Food Was Great Fresh N Hot Looked Appealing Stayed In Stock But The Mgr Mike Is A Lousy Improfesdional Jerk N That Caus D Ur Comoany To Go Doen Thetes No Changin It He Is Shat He Is An Ugly Person

This must be the most disgusting restaurant ever I will never tell anyone to go there I refer them not to when the employee drops her fake teeth in the mashed potatoes and wants to pull them out and leave them on the dining table is pretty disgusting I heard her ask a manager can I just take out half the potatoes and the manager said absolutely not you have to throw them away so how many other times did she do this that is gross . Everybody in this restaurant looks like they're high except the managers one looked drunk the food looked dried out it was quite disgusting for 17.95 a plate Somebody needs to come in there and clean house when they first open they were wonderful but when I went back it was disgusting

Went to Golden Corral over the weekend. I spent over $70 and it was a total disappointment. I arrived at the restaurant around 7pm. The buffet was almost bare. When I asked if they where putting more food out. The staff then told me they where cleaning up. Why would they take money from anyone if they where cleaning up. Very disappointed!!!!

I was at the Golden Corral today on Layton the table was filthy when we sat down the food was cold and disgusting the chicken was dry it was dry and the line with the food on it just looks like it hasn't been replenished in replenished in forever I will never go back it was a waste of $30

I was very upset waited all day for seafood salad and the person behind the buffet said "Early shift didn't make it it will be at least 30 minutes " the shredded chicken was terrible on the salad bar!!!

The one on south county Missouri is awful. All Our food was cold or leftover from day before. Will NEVER go back. Telling friends not to go there also. We went at 7:45 on a Sunday (open 7:00) it's like they put food on steam table out of the refrigerator! Health department needs to make a visit there soon before people get sick!!!!

If you go to the Golden Corral innGulfport,MS and get the server Amanda, be prepared to wait on yourself for your drinks, sugar or anything else you may need. She is too busy talking and holding up the wall by the drink station. Oh and if you do ask for the first drink since it was never placed in your table, you can expect sarcasm in return. All of the other employees danced circles around this server. The only thing my family saw that she was good at was again, chatting it up and holding the wall up. Ridiculous!! We finally had someone else serve us

It's Mother's Day 5/8/2022 I called Golden Corral Shiloh. Il 618 628 0300. I asked them if Mother's Day was like any other Sunday or is there a price change' He said "it's like any other Sunday same price" I said "great" After we got there it was different price was up no coupons. After being seated which was a good distance My wife and I are 77 & 79 I saw a couple of empty tables up front and asked the manager if we could move closer He said "sir stay where you are I asked "what's the big deal,why can't we move up closer" He said "sir stay where they seated you" I then told him I called and they said Mother's Day is like any other Sunday" He said "No manager would tell you that' So i told him "someone did" Again he said "No manager would tell you that" and walked away' So there will be no more Mother's Day at Golden Corral

Took my mother to Golden Corral today for Mother's Day. No eggs, no sausage, no bacon, no French toast waited for over 10 minutes to get more good in the serving trays the Manager Chad said to bad if you aren't happy here go somewhere else. Then told my mother to shut up. Absolute worst experience ever. Will never return.

My son and I went to Golden corral for lunch today. Showed the cashier the coupon in my phone for $5 off the $25 price she said no I'm sorry our machine cannot do that at this time. Okay no big deal. We then went on to the food section, food was cold, and overcooked. Very very disappointed

We went out at dinner time 2 day's ago, never again!No salad, backed chicken was dry and hard, broccoli overcooked,backed fish was none,all the food locked afull! Dessert bar was a mess!We don't recommend it! That dinner was a waste of money ?

Hi my name is Martha Mendoza and I was at one of your location number #2503 off of I-30 and Crocker Hill on April 4th 2022 at 5:39 p.m. I came in for dinner and notice as I approached the buffet to serve myself I noticed a lady standing at the buffet counter look like she was in need of help or had a question by the looks of her face it appear as if she was upset I went on to serve myself as I was serving myself I've noticed that you guys were out of dinner rolls I ask Maria Luz Diaz for dinner roll because there were none and heard me but totally ignore me nor did she say she was fixing to put some out, when she came with the rolls I ask her for her name and said that she wasn't going to tell me because I wasn't her attorney. The lady standing there said Omg I ask her for rolls too and got mad so at that point I decided to tell the manager how rude she spoke to me and the lady that had previously ask for her for rolls. When I explained to the manager Esmeralda how rude and ugly was she being with the customers, Esmeralda said that she was going to reach out to a general manager because she had had many people complaining about her behavior towards customers, I ask for corporate number and gave me your website information and make the complain.As I was talking to Esmeralda another customer walk up and made a complain on the same employee as I walk back to sit down to eat that lady stop me and told me that her and her husband had problem with Luz Diaz when they ask for well done steak. So I go back to the buffet for a second serving and she looking at me talk and making hand gesture and pointing at me, I couldn't quite hear what she was say but by the looks i could tell it wasn't good and so i reach out to the manager again and manager made her stay in the back until she could have a talk with her. So the manager is extremely upset at this point because she had to work the buffet station. I totally understand why Esmeralda was hesitant about approaching her about her attitude and actions the employee was being aggressive and mean. Just know that when I get off work tired and don't feel like cooking I usually go to golden corral for a nice quite dinner, and definitely not to fight or argue with anyone. After all the commotion I didn't feel safe or comfortable and loss my appetite. Hope that you can address the issue and resolve the problem. I want to be able to come back without any problem.

Owner they say is Jason.This Gokden Corral os the worst I've ever went to.Food was terrible I was charged $21.99, for wife and me.in which i didn't eat $5.00 worth.Owner they
said Jason is owner and he didn't care or speak to cistomers.The Last time I will go back to Dublin Ga. GOLDEN CORRAL.I will also tell everyone I know the bad food and service there.

Very unhappy with lake placid restaurant spent $40.00and left hungry hope this is not golden corrals future as you where the number one choice of people would hate to see you drop to that standardiwould rate this a 3.5 out of 10

Went to the Golden Corral @ Myrtle Beach. We use to love going there, now I would not recommend going there to anyone. We ate there 3/9/22 on a Wed when it was not so busy around 5:30 pm. I wanted a piece of ham, my husband wanted a piece of sausage and other people wanted a steak but 3 people looked at us and kept talking to each other and doing what they were doing instead of helping. It was so rude. Many of us just walked away with none of it. It may have been the manager older man who just didn't care either. Not vey clean looking anymore either. The Cashier was the only nice one. What the heck happened.

we were there today,and our waitress never came to our table till about 20 min after we sat down so we did not have anything to drink yet,then we waited for her to come again to clean tables and ask for another drink which she never did,,so as we were leaving i went up to ask for a refund on the drink,the lady told me no,that i should of came to her to ask for a drink,i said so i should of done her job? i am disabled,and hard to go up to get my food,i said i was not aware i had to do the waitress job to go find her to ask to clear my table and to get a drink,,but there were 3 men sitting close by she had no problem going to get them there drink refills,,,yes i would like a refund,,,please email me at morningdovejlk2yahoo.com

For the second year in a row I had to reach out to GC for not receiving my birthday coupon. Last year I was told it was due to Covid (even though I still received their emails regularly). Ended up receiving it and all was well. Fast forward... 3 days before my birthday this year, I emailed twice the same as last year with no response or birthday coupon, so I reached out on Facebook messenger and they forwarded my information to the correct department and to my surprise I was told not only did they show it was sent to me in a timely manner but that I opened it. Well I'm not sure if they were looking at last year's or what but I didn't receive it, let alone opened it. Since I couldn't find it in my junk or trash folder, I just decided to let it go and changed my email address on my account with them in hopes that will fix the issue (considering the last email I could even find from them was from August 2021). Seems petty at this point but nonetheless annoying like I was trying to cheat the system. I look forward to this coupon each year and just hope my husband gets his in June this year no problem. #rantover
