Chicken was terrible tasted like rubber could not even eat it You should not pay that much for something. You can't eat too rubbery.

The absolute worst restraunt experience in my life. I spent 35.00 on food my dog wouldn't even eat. KFC on s. Westnedge in Kalamazoo Michigan. I want my money back and this location investigated please. Otherwise I will plaster it all over social media. Thank you

Worst KFC experience ever. Spent 35.00 on food my dog wouldn't eat. There was only one worker. Couldn't go inside to use the bathroom and wash my hands. I would like to have my money given back to me and this location investigated.

Very ridiculous that you order a 8 PC. tender online its $10.00 but if you go through the drive thru it cost 20.99!!!! Will not go back to KFC! What a rip off!!!!

Worse meal I have ever eaten. Chicken was dry and corn taste water. Got a stomach ache and diarrhea 5 hours after eating it. I was so looking forward to some nice juicy chicken. We live 20 miles from the store so taking it back was not something I was going to do. This was the Colville Wa store. Got our order around 6:30 pm on the 24th in the drive thru. I had the 3 piece extra chrispy and my friend had the 2 piece original. Both of us had stomach aches.

This is not the first but several times I've had the chicken pot pies, and it had maybe one small piece of chicken. Most of the time, no chicken at all. I will not returning to purchase any thing else from KFC. The manager of the Greer,SC location did replace my purchase the first time, so I tried again. But still was disappointed that this situation happened again.

Tell me how a Kentucky Fried resteraunt can only have 5 pieces of chicken in their place when we try an order? This is so unprofessional, unacceptable. Me and my family went through KFCs drive through in Bessemer and we waited 1hr fir the family meal then when we got it we didn't get our frys or biscuits and when we went in be abuse they weren't wanting to let us in they were very rude and said why are these Mfers in this store we are closed except the drive through and I said because we don't have all our food we just paid $40 for and I said can we just have our money back and the said nope that comes out of our paycheck and I was like ok well I'm want to lave a complaint and they just gave me a thumbs up and waked on. They are very rude and disrespectful and you can't even get all your food they'll just take your money and throw something in the bag! I have never been treated like this or seen this kind of behavior in my life just for teyimg to order food so I didn't have to cook! This was at night on July 5th at around 8:00pm and we just left at 9:24pm SMH how do they stay in business? An I'm surprised no one has snapped not being able to get what they pay for or a refund!

My brother and I dined in at this location and the service was unacceptable. The cashier had no customer service skills. My brother order the #7 in the menu and the biscuit was very hard and not edible he went up to the counter and the employee wasnt apologetic nor friendly..she handed him
another biscuit without asorry or a thankyou.
The tables were all dirty and sticky we had to walk from
one side of the restaurant to the other to find a descent table to eat on even the seats were stick and dirty.
I went to use the restroom and they were equally filthy..
The whole experience was unsatisfactory.

Why don't you have pepper at your restaurants. Any dessert fasts food restaurant should have salt and pepper. I like pepper on my fries and McDonalds, Burger King and other have salt and pepper but KFC only salt. Why?

I ordered online for 1at time at 6:15 with an eta 6:23 did not receive order until 7pm 2 times as long as a pot pie is supposed to take to get ready.

I will not go back !! You hire total incompetents and they have NO accountability. Last TWO times I went during dinner hour and they had NO chicken. Told it would take 25 mins to get some! Twenty-five minutes to fry chicken???? When they were already out??? It should have already BEEN cooking.

I visited KFC in Brandenburg KY on my way to work and was told they were out of chicken breast. When a ask why a chicken restaurant was out of chicken. The young man stated they had to stop cooking so they could clean to close at 10 pm. I was there at about 8:20 pm. Never go there again.

Your chicken really sucks I paid $14 for three pieces of chicken that was no bigger than a damn chicken wing what the hell!!! And I probably shouldn't say that because your chicken wings are pretty damn small!! I just would like to get my moneys worth I paid $14 for three dollar meal!!!!

Tried to place an order at shoop Avenue wauseon ohio. At drive thru was told ihad to do it online. Did that. Pulled up to drive thru and was told order had not come thru yet. No indication from person on window when order would be ready. When expressed my dissatisfaction the person at window said have a nice day and closed window on me. Will never go thru this crap again and will spread word to others!

KFC use to be my favorite place to eat. The store on central west in greatfalls mt is now always filthy and the last time I went there with was last week, the 8 PC chicken family meal was so dried out and old that it was not worth eating. I live 45min away so I didn't go back or I would have returned it. I think for 29.99 it should at least be enable.

My three piece dinner was really bad. The chicken was greasy and my stomach started growling. I ordered a breast, leg and wing. I received two breast and a so-called wing. The wing did not look like a wing. Very disappointed, not sure if I will visit Kentucky Fried Chicken again. Thank you.

Please look into the Kentucky Fried Chicken on 2080 Pleasant Hill Rd. Duluth,Ga 30096. I have been to this location several times and at 9:00 pm they say that they are closed. Sometimes they say that they accept my order. However, on this occasion they told me that they were closed. I waited patiently and watched the staff place drive thur orders. Just FYI to the owner he/she deserves better.

The chicken wings were small and cold will not return ever

Spent 52 dollars on kfc last night they had no coleslaw,chicken was horrible,no meat on any of it . Too much money for crap would like my money back threw most of it away

Checked on website for hours for the store nearest me. They close at 12am and I arrived at 10.55. I waited in line behind 2 cars and when it was my turn, a 'lady' came on to say that they were closed. The menu board was dark but i told them that I was in line at 10.55 and they close at 12am. She proceeded to tell me that the Taco Bell side closed later but the KFC side was closed. Why is this not reflected on their website or on any of their signs. The 'lady' was rude and sounded like I was a bother as she was ready to go hone. I have always love getting chicken at KFC and although the quality has gone down I was still willing to get my chicken there. The customer service however has 'gone to hell in a basket'. People are rude (including the managers) and act like we the customers are a bother (at least at my location whenever I go). I will get my chicken somewhere else as I don't care for the way I'm treated. It's a shame cos the chicken is good.

Went to KFC1226 lantana road Florida. I cannot eat most of their Sides health reasons. Ordered my food to be overcharged because I didn't buy the meal. They never offered Or Tried To sell me the whole meal cheaper. The menu outside had no wing meals Priced only buckets Had to complain to get them to change to The normal price And argued with me for Asking about it. Also let them keep The drink. They suck There I'll never go back. This Is not My 1st issue with Them.

Today 4/15 at approximately 4:15 pm I returned chicken nuggets I bought 45 minutes early. I explained to the manager it was too salty to eat. She said we don't season the food. I understand that I wanted you to know. She stopped me and went to the girl working the drive thru. She threw the bag on the counter I asked the tall young man if she was the manager. He said I don't know, I'm the cook. Something must have happened before I walked in, because the manager "Joe" was very confrontational . Manager came back and in a very nice tone returned the item. I explained to her i did not come in for a return. However, her customer service manners need to be worked on. She said whatever and two other people came from the back yelling have a nice day. I told them to shut up. The nuggets were extremely salty and I will not go to that location again. I use to go every Wednesday and get chicken fried steak. The three senior women I bought this meal for stop eating their favorite meal...WHY, because it was too salty. You should check what's going on with your food distributor. I feel sorry for these three women who can't afford to get this meal from Denny's , or any other similar restaurants. I'll have a story to tell them on Monday. I hope to hear from you soon.
