Your chicken nuggets are not Hardley as big as they look on TV actually they got a lot of small ones and they are not cooked all the way they are not even crispy wasting my money that time if they cook them better they would sell better it's a good idea I had to fry them more so they would be crispy then they were okay because they were cooked all the way

Gate city Blvd in Greensboro, NC, just lock the dam doors! I ordered 2 2 pc dinner combos with thighs. My mashed potatoes are from days gone by! Mine had an ofd flavor to them and so did my husband's. I tried to call the store but no one answers. I have pictures of my mashed potatoes and what ever in the hell is baked on ir dried on the container rim from
Days gone by and barely any gravy! I didn't think we had to order that separately! Biscuits are hard as rocks! No Mountain dew lightening! Amd the thighs were old amd dry as hell! NOT HAPPY!

Your franchise in Urbana Illinois on University has rude and violent employees. I was there and was cussed at and threatened. The employee wanted me to move from the window so "the timer would not show how long he was taking" I could not move because there were three cars infront of me waiting for their food. I explained that to him and he got very agitated and told me I would have to wait until they closed before I would get my food. Meanwhile behind him other employees were commenting on how they should kick my ass. I backed up and drove off leaving my money and not receiving any food. These people need fired!

To whom it may concern, My Family and I love to eat takeout from KFC on Sundays and usually get the 8piece meal. Sometimes during the week my wife and I get a KFC sandwich and chicken gizzards when and where available. Today Sunday April 9, 2023, just before 12:00 pm I went to KFC on Bessemer Ave. in Greensboro N.C. near A&T College as I have done in the past, on some Sundays other times I have gone to other KFC's on Sundays depending on which direction I was going. Today as other times I have gone to this particular location and when I get home my chicken is not right on my 8 pieces its 3 wings, 1 leg,2 thighs and 2 breast. So this time I tried to call back to the KFC on BESSERMER AVE. GREENSBORO, N.C. NEAR A&T COLLEGE and could not get through to any one on the phone because the phone was off the hook and the woman with the long fingernails at the drive thru window acted as she had an attitude when I pulled up to the window to get my order. She is a woman of color, and I am a white man is this a racist thing or is all those chicken legs that I and who knows else have been shorted of their chicken legs going home with her and who knows else to feed their family. Also, I don't ever get a receipt from this woman unless I ask for one as I didn't today. Should I take my business elsewhere or is someone going to make this right? It is now 8:42 PM and the phone is still off the hook,

Watertown New Yorks store. I ordered a mashed potatoe bowl the chicken was tasting burnt too much gravy. I have had issues there befor! Not getting the order right. I think the oil needs to be changed or it's turned to hot to fry. Very dissatisfied.I do like your chicken but unsure if I'll return. Need an incentive for this to occur. I am one to also pass my views on to others whom would eat here.

Tried to order online. Kept getting kicked off the app at the end and could not order. 7 times! Called the store and was told I had to come in person to order. Online a bucket of 8 was 10$. Store would not honor it despite me explaining the problem with the app and being unable to complete the transaction. Manager gave a whatever attitude. Left without enough chicken because the extra bucket would cost 18$. Complained to corporate. Just got a response over 2 weeks later. Same response. Franchises don't have to honor online deals. No one would address the issue with the app not allowing a customer to order. Grew up with KFC and will not return again due to this poor customer service. Sad thing is they just don't care.

This is not a complaint, but an opinion based on my experience.

I saw where the chain was bringing back Chicken Nuggets and wanted to check it out.

So I ordered 12 piece, with slaw and biscuit, dine in.

The bite size, white chicken nuggets would have been much better with less of the "special" seasoning. It was way too salty for the bites. Mostly tasted salt. Less salt would make it so much better and healthier.

Really liked the KFC sauce. It was a good accompaniment to the nuggets. Tasty but not too spicy.

Next issue was the biscuit. I removed part of the top which was eatable. The rest was doughy, as in not done enough. Pitched.

The employee that took my order was very friendly, knowledgeable and competent.

The manerger on 2nd shift at the KFC on 3rd st Chattanooga,TN is a total ass and needs to learn respect ...I work fastfood and the way she treated me was very disrespectful I don't see how she still has a job there tbh but I won't be going back there and I took my money right back from her and left hope she gets fired

The KFC in Center Point Alabama still will not allow the doors to be open. It's 2023 and covid is solved. Laziness is the virus now. KFC used to be a favorite of mine. The Gardendale Alabama kfc will let you in but can't get your chicken order right. The last 3 times was wrong. I won't be fooled again.

I was very disappointed with my drive thru experience. When I got to the window to pay, the cashier had a tan colored coat on that was filthy with looked like car grease all over it. None of the employees were wearing glioves and the guy with the filthy coat threw a roll in my bad (no gloves). I really didn't want to even eat the food. Will not be back. Disgusted.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and the Famius bowl thru the drive thru on University Dr Denton Tx at approximately 4:00pm on 20 March 2023 yesterday. The famous bowl had some kind of dark meat very mushy type that looked disgusting and I threw it in the trash. The person that handed me the bag of food was a very sweaty looking Mexican and he was disgusting. I will never eat at your drive thru again and I have contacted the Heslth department in Denton Tx and also in Dallas Tx. I sent them my comments as I have you.

This is the second time I went to KFC at 10770 Beach Blvd and something was missing from my order. Can someone please get that restaurant organized! Cause the manager was the one who checked my order before giving it to me! I will not be back!!!

This is terrible customer service from both your franchise location in Stateville, NC and your corporate office and I will make sure everyone I can know it!

Terrible service. order a take out from inside Statesville, NC location. employees acted like I was bothering them. got my order suppose to be white meat 2 breast dinner original, got thigh and leg crispy. ordered large mashed potato and gravy, no gravy with order. call to take with them when I got home. 20 minutes of phone ringing. wrote corporate twice. no response. This is my first time going to KFC here at Denver I love KFC I'm from San Diego that was may spot but here the customer service Really bad the girl at the Drivethru was really rude not even a hi or a smile. The food was really cold and the chicken was cold and hard reall bad experience.

My husband ordered a takeout online. He got there to pick it up and doors weren't open. Had to wait a long time. When he gets home and we open the packages the order is totally wrong. How can anyone screw up an order of 2 pot pies and fries.

I went to KFC today March 12 2023 I had no problems with the food nor any employees what I saw while dining in was a black female employee eating McDonald's food fries and licking her fingers before helping customers no washing hands no gloves before handing food then stuffing her mouth with more food more licking of the fingers next customers is this a health hazard waiting to happen ....

Don't ever try to place an order for just thighs at KFC! They will argue with you and tell you they can't give you what you want to order. It doesn't matter what location. Worst customer service ever. Even when you tell them you are willing to wait. I finally got one location off of Georgesville Road in Columbus to agree, even paid extra money for my order. They brought it out and it wasn't even what I ordered. KFC has become the worst experience ever!!!!!

I assume they spend lots of money on adds and mail out coupons. I went to the local KFC in Tooele, UT today. Decided to use a coupon I got in the mail. Offer was for 3 pieces of dark meat for $7.99. I got to the window and the young girl told me the coupon expired 2 days ago. So I decided to drive to Popeyes and get chicken without a coupon. I guarantee I will get the same coupon in the mail next week from KFC. This time I will toss it in the trash. When I was in business, before I retired, we accepted our coupons no matter how old they were. It showed our advertising dollars we're working. And we want every customer we could get. Now not only did you lose a sale today but a customer for life. Your food is overpriced and service has gone from bad to worse.

I just spent over thirty dollars on a 6 piece bucket of chicken with 2 sides and biscuits. The chicken was SO OVER COOKED that there was no moistness in chicken. The biscuits were hard as a rock!!! This was 4:30 pm , monday , February 27 . at the highgate shopping mall in Vermont. This is the last time I ever go there again . Horrible meal . It ended up in the garbage.

Told order be ready in 15 min....then told 20 to 30 min...this is stupid...never ever going to kfc again. Actually...their chicken sucks...jus went cuz of coupons....not worth it...

There is no way to add extra mayo or pickles and I called the store I order from on 779 Albany Avenue hartford,ct and they automatically put the phone down and ignored me for 15 minutes did not pick up the phone I could hear them laughing and goofing off instead of dealing with customer service.. I'm very disappointed in the way you're franchises treats there customers... no respect what so ever.. I will never eat at that location again ..
