KIA is referring every time to customer satisfaction but what do you think of no global portal is available to retrieve customer feedback. each country entities is filtering the poor customer support. I am waiting a rear sound sensor (3cmx3cm) from a kia sportage from 2015 since now more than 1,5 year now. And the response from their service is to wait. is a joke this customer satisfaction support ?

The worst Customer Service I have received from any company - and I am 70 years old so have 50 years of experience. Incredibly slow and uncommunicative, not willing to work with customers. My car is 3 years old, low mileage. will not respond to or work with me on infotainment screen delamination issue.

I called customer care 5 times today at all different times and was never able to get through to anyone. I waited up to 1 hour and 47 minutes. This is horrible customer service. Kia is not a good company to deal with on any level. Kia has had my 2021 K-5 for one year and still has not repaired it. I also emailed customer care and have not been notified yet.

Just bought my 1st KIA on 5/10/24. The AC went out on 6/8/23. I had contact service the best date I could get form KIA to look at my new car is 7/3/23. I check 2 other dealers and they were even longer.

Kia customer service is trash. Called at 3pm. Was on the phone waiting for someone to pick up until after the customer service lines closed at 6. Never spoke to anyone. Requested a call back. Crawling into bed at 9pm the phone rings and it's Kia customer service. The lady was no help what so ever about the engine warranty/settlement. Literally told me to contact the dealer that told me to contact them. What a run around crap show.

I bought a Kia Seltos in bathurst a while back and the time of purchase service was really really good but as soon as I left with my Seltos I started having problems couple of weeks after and the service was really awfull, the girl and her boss basically said I was stupid and made me feel even worse and all they say is the problem is normal. Then I went to Miramichi, service was alot better and they told me it is not normal. Bathurst Kia is the worse.

My Kia Telluride 2021 has been in 3 times for a total of 39 days and they still cannot fix it. Service dept keeps giving the runaround. Do not buy a KIA from Amarillo, TX!

Just try to get reimbursed for a recall brake line, plan to get nowhere, or be on hold for hours. Bought Four vehicles from them but no more out $1100.00 good luck to you

I bought a kia niro. I really liked the vehicle but the dealers that represent kia ruin their ratings. I purchased mine from lee kia and had a problem with car skipping when cold. Lee kept telling me wasn't showing a code. When warranty ran out they finally put it on a monitor and said it was missing and maybe the plugs but I would have to pay 270.00 for them to try and if that didn't work I would have to pay for them to try coils. If that didn't work I would have pay to try something else. Their techs are parts changers and hope they soon change the right part. I would have bought another niro but after this I bought a toyota.

Hello I have a Kia my car been burning oil quickly .... Been spending more money on oil...... still paying car note and insurance.... I should not be changing my oil this many time ..... I will make a complaint with the BBB .... Every time I call the dealership I always get attitudes Not professional at all should not have to be going through this something wrong with Kia motors and they telling me that I might have to pay for the test for my car to see what's wrong I shouldn't have to do that I need some help with my car so I will be making a complaint

I go online for help from Kia and now they want to charge me $5 just to answer my questions. This is after they suck me out of $27 on a paint color that doesn't match my car! WTF!?

After being put on hold for 45 minutes. I hung up and called back. Was put on hold another 25 minutes. Finally left three messages for a call back. Somebody called me back and put me on hold and I was on hold for another 5 minutes. So frustrating! I bought a touch up paint pen through Amazon Kia color Alien. Went to go put the color on and after a couple days realized it was not the right color. It stated it on the pen that it was Alien green. It is silver green. Can't get anybody to return my calls from kia. Amazon said it is their fault since the pen states it is alien. WTF!? Any suggestions?

Horrible I've never been late on a payment nor have I ever not faithfully maintenances my car but engine blows and Kia can't help. Even when heard out on a mistake of not receivig knock recall because vin number was addressed to prior owner. Yeah maybe I should have randomly checked it one day to update but 6000 owed 12000 paid I'm just stuck. Not that you care but I just want to say for an honest customer never late in a payment took great care and respected my Kia for this to happen. Guess doing what you think is right just doesn't matter. I know you have millions of engine recall but maybe give the customer a chance to plead their case and individually give them respect to hear and dissect the error. Thank you for wasting my money and thank you for making pay for a car that you built that died on me. Good luck and by the way I have another Kia besides that one perfect car love it and because of this I am ridding of that omen god bless Kia. You need it you theifs!!!

I would like to say don't ever buy a car from Kia they will lie to you just to take your money they don't care about your satisfaction they care about lieing to you to get money so I am warning everyone don't go there and to the worst salesmen in enterprise kia that lie Moses/Jamel being very smart ass I hope Karma bites you in the ass

Took my Kia Sportage in for yet another of several recalls was basically left at and was told to call back once a week to see if Kia Northtown is ready to do the update on my software the car has had so many recalls and Kia in Northtown Kia, just leave it in the customers lap and basically laughs at me

Don't buy a kia period they don't last I bought a 2014 kua soul the catalytic converter went bad they said car was leaking oil it wasn't because I would of seen oil on my driveway instead it was leaking in the engine I had to put a quart of oil in every week for 3 years never knew why Kia Corporation didn't want to listen to me at all waited an hr on the phone for to talk to someone. Stay away from kia.......

I received a letter in the mail about a recall and when I tried to schedule an appointment I was told to call back because The woman who makes appointments would be out for 2 days. When I called back in 2 days the woman was there but so rude! She hung up in my face due to her being upset about the system being down. This is the worst company to work with.

I had an engine replaced and I came up with a broken fog light and Ferguson Kia technicians divider said that the technician said he didn't do that and they won't fix my fog light

The transmission on my 2020 Soul with 24,500 miles went bad on Friday. It was towed to Diel Kia in Hermitage, PA. They still don't have a loaner available for me. So, I am now 3 days without transportation.?

My car was stolen Via TikTok's trend. I was referred by the insurance company to file for rental reimbursement through Kia. I filed a claim, only to be told Kia doesn't reimburse payment because theft is out of their control. There's no recall to stop this worldwide theft trend, so we the Kia owners are suffering the cost & lost of the theft. Why allow us to file a claim , but never send a denial letter in return.

2023 Kia Sportage crapped out at day 77 of owning it seems like they were shady dealing done cuz we signed a four year lease and after there was engine problems found out that he bought it out right I don't know how that's even possible just seems awfully shady to me the key and are renting don't go there very poor customer service very poor service in general they act like it was our fault that the engine was was faulty

I need you , this company to understand the utter stress this reimbursement policy is causing me. This is the first time that a factory warranty caused me the consumer to pay out of pocket for anything and then you say I will have to wait almost 2 months to get my money back. I cant afford Christmas this year gifts and buy food to cook .December 6-8 in the shop I had to pay for a tow and Uber's to get back and forth to work , now my car is back in the shop and I had to some money the tow what the dealer would not cover , some more Ubers and now a rental. The technician does not know how to fix the electrical problems in my car so he waiting for guidance on how to fix my car. I am sadden , dismayed , broke , upset with this company barbaric disrespectful money hungry policies. This policy is not customer centered it top heavy top down business model.
I need my money immediately .
