Lord Jesus I hope this post is made public!!! These F***rs just keep sliding around standing behind their products,doing the right thing, keeping their consumers safe, keeping fatalities to an exceptable minimal, ruining peoples lives to a maximum!!!! Thanks Sahana for NOT helping me with my 2nd defective new- now 2023 Kia Soul that is dangerous as all get out and undriveable! Just keep collecting those bonuses for NOT repairing vehicles and doing the WRONG thing! Karma will TAKE you in the end!!!

I bought a new Kia in St. Cloud Mn. I have had nothing but attitude from the service manager they do not stand behind the warranty. I have always been an American car buyer but thought how could I go wrong with their warranty? Wow did I take it !they totally deceived me and out right lied at time of purchase. Believe me these cars are not what they say they are. The people are dishonest and have no idea how to treat customers

Kia service is the worst. Not only do they over charge for their services, they are dishonest in their interactions with customers. I have had to go to a Kia dealership 2 times. And 2 times they have lied to me and either charged me for services that they DID NOT COMPLETE, or for services that were unnecessary. I am specifically talking about Jeff Wyler Kia on Rt. 4 in Fairfield and Kia of Dayton in Huber Heights. It is literally, unbelievable. I am thinking of writing a letter to the Ohio Attorney General.

NEVER BUY A KIA NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DEAL! They have terrible customer service! I bought out my lease, and am still waiting for title. They constantly lie that they sent it. No communication, and constant lying is the norm. STAY AWAY

I bought a certified used 2017 Kia Soul from Oursman Kia chantilly in 2018 and in 2022 so far everything has gone wrong with this car. I went to West Broad Kia in Richmond VA for a state inspection and to fix a recall on 10-14-22 and basically they neglected to tell me my car was leaking oil so I'm driving to NC to get a steering rack assembly and gearbox and my engine plug comes out, all the oil leaks out and the engine seized. I brake down on the highway emergency stop. Have it towed to West Broad Kia and they refuse to take responsibility for their negligence. I call kia consumer affairs and they refused to assist me and even told me they called the dealership and when I didn't hear from them called again they told me I had never called them twice just one time. The representative I spoke to Michelle recently told me she would escalate it to the Regional Manager in Virginia and I still haven't heard from anyone. I honestly think all of us that have had horrible experiences with Kia dealerships and consumer affairs should come together and file a massive lawsuit against Kia.

I have been very disappointed with my experience with ourisman Kia Fairfax. They sold me a car with problems. They initially debated fixing the problem. It seems they fixed it. U can refer to case #15135951. Also, they added $9,000 into my sales contract without explaining it to me. I thought it was my 6 years interest. Internet sales manager said cost of car was 17K. I got charged 22K plus add on's. My loan ended up being 30K. I'm going to cancel the add on's as Carlton at ourisman said I can. Also, they were supposed to reimburse me for my tow. Ourisman Fairfax Kia still hasn't done that! Told me 3 days. It's been over a month. All around a terrible experience with this dealership! Kia is by far the worst manufacturer ever!! My car has now been broken into 3 times this year. The key ignition has been ripped out twice. I got the car fixed this past week. Less than 7 hours after it was fixed, it was stolen. This was yesterday. To say I'm angry and frustrated is an understatement.

I have had oh my Kia for 10 years I have an engine problem that they had to replace my engine the dealership that I deal with gives me attitude all the time. the service from them is not up to any standards their customer service is terrible I have called and complained to consumer affairs they took my information down and the people that I spoke with there were very nice but all they did was took my information down. when I had problems after my engine I got attitude again when I took it back like it was too much trouble I got my car back after one month I got it back dirty they couldn't even vacuum it out I would never deal with this dealership again and probably not buy a Kia again

MY 2017 KIA Forte was broken into colum broken ignition damage on 10/4/22. I haven't had my car since. The insurance company blaming Kia. Kia blaming insurance company for not sending adjuster out. Not only that I found out that my insurance didn't cover me for car rental. this is so dog gone car unfair-somebody should be paying for my car rental. since ya'll got my car.

Kia Riverchase has had my car since August 30, 2022 with no results. I have been getting run around since it's been here. I really do not understand why they would have my car and not communicate with me. When I reach out I'm told the part is on order. Time goes by and it's now October 27, 2022. I spoke with someone and they inform me that there is no part on order and my car has not been assigned a mechanic yet. At this point I need compensation because I've missed out on money from Uber/DoorDash. I have spent over $2000 with no results. Car still running hot. Was told it was the engine and they were waiting on the part. I need a car to get around even if my car is not ready.

I've been in queue for 6 months to get 2022 Telluride. Now they've changed over to 2023 model being shipped. I have to update my order with the dealer. I red rumors about new color combinations and price add-one.

There is NO information on Kia web site. There is no "BUILD" information that answers many of these questions about options and price. There is no brochure available for 2023 Telluride.

I spent hours searching their web site and Google to get this CRITICAL information.

Decided to call Kia. I was on hold for 45+ minutes. The csr asked 6 questions about me and the other 8 about the car she noted and said she'll get the answers. After another 15 mt wait, i was back in the queue!

After another 15 mts a CSR answered. She was more interested in recording my information about the call, than answering my questions about the product! She could not answer a single question about 2023 Telluride. Finally she too hung up.

With the queue so long for a popular car, everyone at KIA has become arrogant.
MArketing does not put our critical product information.
CSR does not answer calls, have CSRs who are ignorant, unhelpful, arrogant, and rude.

Is this a way to sell a 50,000 $ car?!!

Shame on Kia management and marketing. KIa's arrogance is unbelievable!

I will remember this. I'm almost inclined to hell with Kia and go to Hyundai or other car manufacturer.

I went to Kia of Cherry Hill, NJ to look at buying a new Tulluride. After having the sales rep try to pass along a $15,000 "fair market price premium" and having sales manager make continued rude and offending statements my wife and I left. We really wanted to become a Kia owner but instead I will return to GMC to purchase my fourth Acadia. Your Cherry Hill dealership is an old outdated, dirty and not so welcoming place. The sales manager is arrogant, rude and offensive. I will never return to this place and will pass along my feelings to whomever wishes to hear it. The market is turning as the Semiconductor industry recovers. One day soon this dealer and others will be begging to sell cars. Shame on you Kia for taking advantage of the current economy and chasing away customers.

Worst and rude bad customer service will hang up on u or a keep transferring back to roadside. I've been calling for 82 days now they have had my vehicle for a recall and manf. defects that cause me to almost lose my life I want to thank a civilian for alerting me and assisting me to get out of my burning kia many. He put the fire out.they r so rude hung up when I told her that kia ganley of mentor never gave me paperwork for my car she said she was not able to assist me cause someone didn't do they job they r some liars like at this time my car payments r 2 behind they! Said they would pay it cause of the recalls and defects which was a lie I hate these people my daughter was locked in the car too and they had to bust the windows cause the locks kept trickling and it did the same thing I was so scared I could only imagine what my child had to go through. This car has ruined my life and they have too. If doing business with them record all calls

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life.

First, it was a 30 minute wait to speak to someone. I was told to fax a request for a power of attorney to exchange my current license plates for handicapped plates. I did that and never got a response.

I then printed out the forms that were on Kia's website, but the Division of Motor Vehicles would not accept them because they were not notarized.

When I called KIA again this morning, I waited on the line for a representative for 25 minutes, and was disconnected. I finally got someone on the phone who understood what to do.

KIA customer service is the worst! My trunk latch failed months before the recall on the trunk latch. I purchased the latch from KIA Van Nuys California. Because the wait time to have the part installed was at a minimum 2 weeks. The car was not drivable with the trunk wide open so I took it to a small independent repair shop. Unfortunately the receipt was an old fashioned 3 part receipt book and my copy was the last page and difficult to read. Then a recall was issued and I contacted KIA customer service to file a claim. Three months later I am still waiting for the refund (approximately $110). I have sent copies of the two receipts at least 5 times (at their request). Today I received an email telling me that the reimbursement for the part purchased directly from KIA was approved but they need ANOTHER copy of the installation receipt. I will never purchase a KIA vehicle again and I won't be buying an extended warranty that they keep emailing me about. I will tell everyone I know that is looking to purchase a new vehicle to stay away from KIA!

Kia's reimbursement department is truly one of thee most UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL departments I've ever had business with. They make you pay in advance for car rental reimbursement, and it takes MONTHS to receive your reimbursement. They never explain that it takes months although the information on the website states 15 business days for reimbursement. Called them numerous times. Spoke with Ashton, Shawla, as well as Tracy who all were extremely unprofessional. To this date and time...STILL no reimbursement and my car payment is now due and I'm unable to make the payment. This is truly heartbreaking that a company doesn't care about the well being they place families in with not being ethical and upfront about their reimbursement process

Have a 2019 Kia Optima, oil was burning and we have warrant on it but were denied because of not providing receipts and not having our oil changed and a facility when THE OWNER MANUAL DOES NOT STATE WE HAVE TO TAKE IT TO A DEALERSHIP OR FACILITY FOR AN OIL CHANGE, dealership was very helpful in trying to help us. we called customer service and asked why were denied and they said we needed to provide receipts for our oil changes but pretty much said it would've been still denied since the "Kia tech" said it wasn't taken in for an oil change. Customer service line is horrible last week spoke with someone and she said she would filed an "out of warranty claim" which makes no sense if our car is still oin warranty. called back this morning to get more info after not having any follow up "Alexa" then told me it was our dealership denying the claim initially and told who we spoke with was the tech when in fact the person who had helped and spoke with us was someone from the dealership! She gave me false information when I tried to asked why is it an out of warranty claim she got an attitude and told me to hold which she didn't at least get in contact with the dealership for the rest of info needed but told me it was dealership denying it. Dealership called shortly after asking to bring the car in for pictures and said it is the Kia tech who is denying the claim . Tried calling customer service back after waiting an 1 hour spoke with "Amanda " and explained everything and which she told me it was just getting denied because of missing a receipt so I continued to ask why I was having an out of warranty claim she asked me to hold,held for 5 mins and then she hung up on me and did not call back . Now again I am waiting for someone else to answer for customer service for an hour already again . Kia customer service is horrible !! I have been told 3 different things by 3 different people /4 including the dealership!

After 3 years of buying my 2017 Kia Soul with extended warranty...I have a huge oil consumption problem...took it to Rusty Wallace Kia, Knoxville TN........of course the warranty did not cover the combustion cleaning they said "might" fix it and did not cover the second option of taking engine apart and have the Kia warranty people come to look at problem.....So...here I am on a fixed income having to put oil in it constantly and praying that it does not break down.....I loved this car for 3 years....but will NOT own another one. THANKS KIA!

bought a kia soul ex in 2015-16 paid $28000 including extra insurance for scatches etc. we did our routine maintenace etc
brought it back for recalls etc.at 100000k noticed that it was low on oil .had it serviced .same problem after 4000k .took it to a mechanic and found out that the motor is on its way out.i would never buy a kia o huyundai again . after reading other reviews its noted that kia had problems with the 2 liter engines . but no recalls on the faulty engines good bye kia

It's a 6 week wait to schedule a waiting oil change. Then it's 3 hour wait for an oil change. Unacceptable!
So mad I bought the oil change package. I will now be requesting a refund! I am not dealing with service levee for an oil change. There is a huge problem with your appointment scheduling!!

We called kia customer service and the call center person didnt know any of the information, in-fact they provided us with wrong information and since we didn't get any updates after 1 week , we called again and got connected with the supervisor/manager and she hung up the phone on us . we want to POA paper work for our vehicle registration and inorder to see the message online it takes at-least 10 business days for kia . one of the worst customer care services and won't lease a kia car in future .

Our local KIA dealer requirs a $2000.00 down payment to order a Carnival, which will take 6-8 months to build and ship. If we find the model and color we want elsewhere sooner, our $2000.00 is non-refundable. Obviously, we did not purchase a KIA.

Kia Repair Service is terrible. Techs do not know their products so they can't fix the issues. Service Advisors are no help either, all they are is a Buffer Zone between a customer and the Techs.

Complaints against Kia Winston-Salem location. The service department is not good, called regarding vehicle and was put on hold for 5 minutes then was hung up on. The service department repeatedly lied about working on car. I will never purchase from them again and will advise others not to.
