I use the Kroger in the Woodlands, Texas on Research blvd. It used to be my favorite store. Now it's terribly understaffed. Long lines of customers waiting to use the self check out because no cashier lanes are open! The office is supposed to stay open until 8pm. It closes much earlier at times. There were 5 people standing around the other night with long lines of people waiting to check out in the self check out lane. No cashier lanes open! I know some of those people were cashiers. It's happening at other Kroger stores also. I was cursed out by a meat market manager for noting I was charged a different price than what was on the meat item! "If you'd open your God#$###% eyes" he said in a loud voice. I reported him and nothing was done! Kroger is going down hill fast! I'll miss them!

Krogers are discriminating against the Seniors requiring them to use an app for the weekly sales price. Not all seniors have cell phones or computers to clip the coupons on sale. They are going to pay more on a fixed incomes. It is a shame they do this to thd Seniors. I may be shooing at a competitor if this isn't corrected for thd seniors. We shouldn't pay more because we don't have internet serve or an iPhone to shop in their store.

We purchased a Home Depot gift card for $200 ad a gift at your Kroger on Windward in Alpharetta Ga. We have the receipt and activation code. When we went to HomeDepot is was flagged as an inactive card. We went back to Kroger and the store did nothing to help rectify the situation. We have been jumping through Kroger hoops for two weeks to be told there is nothing Kroger can do. Not only are you selling fraudulent cards, you will do nothing to solve this problem.

If you look up our purchasing pattern, we spend 30k per year with Kroger and mostly with Amex. However, we bought this card cash as the receipt indicates. Thus, there will be no relief by the credit card company.

All we want is our Home Depot card or a refund. We have the time and patience to take this where it needs to go, legally, social media and any other means to expose this fraudulent sale of gift cards by Kroger. Should be a simple solution on your part. As a point of reference, the store GM wouldn't see us and left the commutation to a very nice, but entry level service agent. HELP

I am actually at the Kroger on Covington and there is only two registers and the self checkout is the second and as I stand here in this line wondering why didn't I got to Walmart ! It doesn't make sense if you short on staff why not take the one cashier and have him or her to watch the self check out and you will atleast have 4 registers open, but I assume it's best to have people stand in line all night with one cashier and on self checkout register.

This is getting really old, have complained before, paying 6 dollars a pound on your 40% lower sodium bacon and the cuts are totally inconsistent, thick on one side and paper thin on the other, you need to do something about this issue

I was in a ruler where expired meat was on shelf an they were quick to inform me of an expired coupon, the expired date should pop up on their screen for that

Why is Kroger the most expensive place to shop now. There's no shortage of product and price has risen to the extreme. It wasn't even that bad during the pandemic. One Kroger item I noticed went up over $2 to then back down in a much smaller quantity. That's the way you treat loyal customers? When times are tough enough! I will ban going there and be sure to let everyone I know what your company is doing.

I am VERY upset with my recent interaction with a team member. I have tried SEVERAL times today to place an online order for pickup today. I kept receiving an error message saying to call customer support. Upon calling them I find out I have to wait 24 hours to place an order? Why is this?? When I asked I was provided with no explanation. I tried to make my order for tomorrow, and AGAIN the order could not be placed. I am very frusterated. The whole point of this is to be making this EASIER for people with busy schedules. I do not have time to go into the store, wait in a long to check out and get my groceries. How in the world am I supposed to order my food?????

I was at the Kroger in Hillsdale Michigan recently and became aware that you have discontinued the senior citizen discount program. I am glad that they are building a Meijer store in our area so that I can no longer shop at your facility due to such unkind management decisions.

To whom it may concern
I bought hair color last month
I decided to go purple instead of the Pink I looked for the receipt.
If I only buy a couple things that will not discount with Phone # or in a hurry I prob won't use customer input. I went to customer service on 196th in Lynnwood. This lady was super rude and looking at me like I was a POS ?. See gave me a gift card and proceeded to say "you can't return anything without a receipt for90+ days." I said to her. "Don't return things very often"
I felt violated she was super rude and felt like she was
Trying to make me feel like a criminal. I am terminal and disabled.she has red hair not sure if she is management. I felt super be littled and will never shop at that store. I only live 1 block away and will shop elsewhere from now till I die

How can you have a special sale on Milo's ice tea and not have it in stock for two weeks, that's not just insulting, it's beyond stupid. that's why I go to meijers.

I frequent the Kroger in Loganville GA, highway 78 and Rosebud. I find it very rude and tacky to sit a sign in CUSTOMER SERVICE that states be nice or leave. That sign is abrasive and is the opposite of customer service. I'm very surprised at management...whoever believes this is appropriate needs training.

Don't waste your time and money. Shopping at Kroger on League City Pkwy,, League City,, Texas, I was overcharged for an item on sale. The following week, I took my receipt and cocky young African told me that they had no idea what their prices were the previous week. Told him that was not HEB's policy. He responded " Then go to HEB". I had the checker page the manager 4 times and manager never came out . .hiding under his desk maybe???I complained to their Ohio headquarter on Feb.6 and have not received a response . .guess they're trying to find the manager. Go to Kroger's website and you'll see that Kroger is a huge proponent of DEI . .a theory that does away with merit and looks upon whites as white supremacists. Google DEI , go to Krogers website and see for yourselves that Kroger doesn't care about customer satisfaction . .just virtue signaling.

I'm 63 years old and couldn't buy a bottle of wine at the Kroger in bowling green ohio. I would think that your employees are savvy enough to determine when a person is over 21. Being carded at this age isn't flattering, it's insulting.

We did delivery from Kroger Alvin Tx. Delivery was ok. But pie we ordered the cover on top was not good. I prefer to have tape or a better way to secure lid. It was loose anyone could mess with it. So we threw it in the trash. Couldn't trust that no one messed with it.

After being locked out of account I was treated very rudely by the customer service agent. Will be deleting the app

Hi I have been shopping at Kroger for years, all the employees are usually nice. However, I'm not sure what my husband and I did to deserve their cashier named Jennifer never saying hi or have a good day but always giving us dirty looks and as soon as we leave we hear her actually talking to other customers. Just not us. If she can't be kind to everyone move her out of CUSTOMER CARE AREA PLEASE. My husband came in this morning and she ignored him and checked him out yet again no hi or have a good day and he even tried talking to her. Again her name is Jennifer. WORST CASHIER with the worst attitude!!

One of the worst experiences I've had. I ordered $150.00 worth of groceries to be delivered to my house on King Soopers website. The Instacart guy was very late. I called Instacart to see what was happening and they said the couldn't get ahold of their employee that was supposed to deliver the order. I had them cancel the order. They told me that King Soopers would have to refund me. I called King Soopers on 01/18/2023 and the person I spoke with said they would refund it. I called them on 01/27/2023 because my order was still not refunded back onto my card. The lady I spoke with said they didn't actually request a refund until 01/24/23 6 days after I requested the refund so now I should expect it by 02/03/23. This is absolutely not ok. That's not a small amount of money for myself and my kids. They have kept my money now for 10 days. I will never order delivery from them again. They can't even keep track of their employees and we have to pay the cost for that.

I am watching Dayton news and see another new Kroger in Miamisburg. I have shopped at Kroger in Huber Heights since it opened. My question is why isn't there a new Kroger in Huber Heights? It is overly crowded and my products are not in stock. This store serves Northern Huber Heights and southern Miami County. It seems as if we are the 'forgotten child'. Please look around and see the limits of this store which is located in a higher middle class neighborhood. Surely we are worth improvements!

I have not received any coupons in the mail from Kroger now for months. I still shop the same store and have no idea why I no longer receive any coupons from Kroger. My daughter receives a booklet with coupons along with the ones in the mail. I have not moved or changed addresses. Please let me know why this has happened. I am a senior citizen and like paper coupons, not digital. Please check and reinstate my coupons. I have lost a lot of savings due to this.
