I visited the store on 8 mile in Detroit Michigan the store was not well stock it smelled. So of my items was rotten onions let me said it just was a mess they had no baskets to even shopp with lucky I got one out the parking lot that has really gone down I will not be going back and the store smell bad.

Kroger Pharmacy- W Lake Houston and Summerwood Dr. Stopped in to pick up my prescription. The pharmacist Shaundha was very busy but there were. two pharmacy technicians on duty. As the line grew and more assistance was needed at the counter window, the pharmacist jumped in to help move the line along.

Meanwhile the two technicians walked away and went back behind the desk and began other task leaving the pharmacist with no support. I witnessed the pharmacist ask several times if she could please get some assistance at the counter window..? They both ignored her. Literally did not respond to her repeated request for support with checking out the customers. I was flabbergasted.

The behavior of the two technicians was insubordinate, dismissive and unprofessional. Perhaps they don't want their jobs. It's possible they don't care for the pharmacist that was on duty. Whatever the reason their blatant disregard for the need of the customers was disheartening.

I hope the divisional mgr. takes a trip over to the store. There needs to be some coaching and clear level set of expectations on professional behavior and the importance of team work. They're behavior warrants a documented verbal warning.

Customers come to the pharmacy because they are ill, on maintenance meds, perhaps needs a consult on a new prescription etc..we don't come there to watch them be smug and dismissive.

Placed an order for delivery on 12/12/2022 at my local kroger store here in hilliard ohio and never received the order for 36.20. I have been speaking to there kroger store and instacart for a month now in regards to my refund. Today is 1/11/2023 and I still have not received my refund. I keep getting this run around about 5 to 7 business days and the funds will be back on my card and still have not received my funds. Spoke to management this morning to file a complaint and the manager didn't even sound like she cared or filed my complaint and was told I have to wait another 5 to 7 business days. I'm calling my bank today to dispute the transaction and calling the bbb to file a complaint

Addressing your Jarlesberg appetizer (previously sold as "Al's Appetizer.) The Jarlsberg cheese is CLEARLY the most expensive ingredient, so... WHY scrimp on the onions and the Miracle Whip?! It's bad enough I'm stupid enough to BUY something I can make for 1/2 the cost, but WHEN I do (because I'm short on time to prepare it,) I'll be damned if I'm willing to pay a premium price AND be disappointed!?

I have been a faithful Fred Meyer, which is now owned by Kroger, in the North Spokane store for 23+ years. I could understand shortages in many items during Covid, and during the times of shortage of many items, but as that time in history has changed, and supply chain should not be an issue, I am a very unhappy customer with the Fred Meyer we shop at. In this time with inflation sky-rocketing, and as we are Seniors on a fixed-income, sale items, particularly one that are 'staples' in most households, are particularly important. Why is it that the sale items are not on the shelves to be purchased as advertised?? I was in our Fred Meyer store yesterday, and milk was high on my list of needed, 'on sale' items. It was the 1/2 gallons of milk which were a great savings, if only they had been available.. THERE WAS NOT EVEN ONE (1) 1/2 jug of any Kroger sale-priced milk in the store! NIT EVEN ONE OF ANY WHOLE, 2%, 1%, OR NONFAT KROGER MILK IN THE ENTIRE STORE!! Come on, Kroger.....you should be better than that. If this was the first time I had run into this problem, I could probably let it go. But, it continues to happen, week after week. You are losing customers, and I am ready to join the ranks of those who have moved on, unless you can make some improvements.

I enjoy Ginger Snaps and coffee each evening and this has been going on for the last year.

I know that when we are doing prescriptions, it's between the insurance companies and Kroger's but I am seeing nothing but Kroger greed. I am done shopping there and have always been a great customer! I think corporate needs to do a little bit more negotiable with all insurance companies. Corporate greed is getting a little out of hand.

I cannot buy Kroger lactose free milk because more than once it was spoiled way ahead of expiration date. Lactaid brand lasts better. Spoiled milk says Jan 28th 23A on the box. Probably purchased 2 weeks ago. Do you really expect it to last more than month??

I have tried all day to get help getting into my Kroger account on Google. It keeps saying Trouble with sign in. disable pop ups or ad blocker. I have no idea what that means or how to do it. I've spoken to 4 people, 2 of whom didn't speak enough English to help and 2 who didn't know how. I tried to speak to a supervisor but got hung up on. I use the digital coupons but now can't get them on my card.

I just need to know hiw long can I shop in your store, before the cart wheels lock up....I was in your store today as I went through the doors my cart wheels lock abruptly then a sack person used a gadget to unlock. I don't want to do a coupon for a survey...I just want to prevent this from happening again

I've called the store and corporate. Twice now corporate has hung up on me right as I was explaining my issue. I have been a loyal Kroger customer for my entire life. That is no longer the case after this. I started doing pick up orders due to Covid. When I do, I request a store receipt. After lots of huffing and eye rolls they do provide me one. That is until yesterday where I was blatantly disrespected and told no even from Andy the store manager. I then called corporate. The first guy lied to me. The second and third hung up on my while I was explaining my issue. I just wanted a receipt I can't believe that this is how they treat people over requesting a receipt. The pick up people have no idea what they are doing, but this is a new level of disrespect and unprofessionalism that should never be tolerated from any company.

I'm very disappointed with Kroger dairy products. I bought a box of Kroger brand cheese for my mac an chesse an the didn't melt which messed my dinner for my family up. An then I bought the shredded Kroger brand cheese made baked spaghetti an it didn't melt at all. I'm purchasing anything Kroger brand again y'all need to do better. I purchased these items from the Kroger on 28th an Broadway st Louisville Kentucky. The worst Kroger's in the city

It's upsetting that digital coupons are not being deducted at the register. I clip the coupons but they're never deducted at the time of check out. I have to call the store to notify them about the coupons & then have to go to the service desk the next time I'm in the store to get the difference owed to me!

Krogers is terrible December 2022..... I had included in my home delivery order one bottle of wine. I was not notified the wine I had ordered was not found and no attempt to make a substitution. As per the agreement of the third party delivery company I had my identification on a table in the garage. I'm in a wheelchair and unable to meet the delivery person in person but however I did have video cameras inside the garage at the time of the delivery. The delivery person photographed or scanned my driver's license without delivering alcohol. After I had realized what had happened. I becamed very upset and called Kroger customer No service. I was told by Korger's No service, the driver was doing what they're supposed to do. Even though they did not deliver alcohol because it was on the original delivery order, BS. they were still required to scan my driver's license to complete the order. This is wrong, I will be speaking with an lawyer soon. Warning this is not the only a negative experience for me but should be illegal taking my driver's license identity without a valid reason. I recommend to all never uses Kroger's home delivery.

I am beyond disappointed in Krogers. I bought 6 bags of chips from Vitacost. I just realized today they are manufactured through Krogers. Every single bag is stale. I am telling you stale beyond disgusting! I took time out of my day and called the number on the bag of chips letting them know they had a bad batch of chips. I also said while I was on the phone that I called Fry's main headquarters over a month ago asking why I don't get mailed the store coupons. They said they would mail them by the time I received them I was sick for 4 weeks. By the time I felt well enough to go into the store was 2 days after they expired. I asked at customer service if I would be able to still use them last night she said no Also I received the envelope opened like someone had been into it so I don't know if some were missing. I asked the person if they could please send me the coupons again. She said no you don't swipe your card enough. I said yes I do except for this past month being sick!

You know I took the time out of my day to call you people to let you know about these chips. I also have to throw away a big bag that's full of these chips. Also the inconvenience of it all and you don't even care to send me coupons! Awful!

I live in the Delhi area , we only have a Kroger store !!! Prices are outrageous and a lot of the time marked wrong !! We need another food store this is ridiculous !!!

I'm very upset that your credit card machines requires a password for debit/credit cards. I have not used a password on my debit card for over five years. There is no other store in town that requires it. I've always been able to sign for a purchase... So yes I had to put my $50 sale back because I don't know my password and I did not have cash on me. I will not shop at Kroger again For this purpose. It should be my choice on whether I want to sign for it or put in a password. The manager was absolutely no help and shrugged her shoulders like oh well. Plus you're cashier did not count my change back to me. I had cash for my daughters purchase but not for mine. And she simply handed the money in a pile into my hand and told me how much it was. That's not counting change back. Call me old-school but I feel like that's how it should be done. Again, they shrugged their shoulders like oh well. Just letting you know I will not be back and both of my grown daughters and my mom and my aunt and everybody else in my household likes to shop at Kroger's but they will not from now on until this issue is resolved. I
am Sure no one cares but this is my review. This was the Kroger on grand parkway and Mason in Richmond Texas

Terrible experience! I ordered groceries to be delivered this morning. Order was started and I was corresponding with shopper. Suddenly, she disappears and I get another shopper from another Kroger that just beginning my order. I've spent 2 hours on phone trying to get items because they are out of most everything I ordered! I was finally able to locate someone in customer service, and they were located in Jamaica!!! Absurd! I should receive a refund. Will never use this service again... felt like a scam. So disappointing.

Poor: Kroger is not serious about "honoring" military heros. They cut off all Tricare customers for pharmacy use. Will minimize use of Kroger.

Poor staffing at busy Bellevue location. A shortage of staff renders ample automated lines ineffective. Also 8 lines are unmanned on a Saturday.

Kroger you do not need to be buying anymore stores . Your stores are so poorly run in Westerville Ohio ( ST .Rt3 614-794-5555)and your store on Polaris parkway . Neither store had any one working at the customer service office and told me no one would be working the service desk at Polaris indefinitely. You don't need to buy another chain store you cant handle what you got.Your employees are all rude .

I believe from what I've seen and heard the managers at maysville Kroger think they're super human or something they def think they r better than anyone shopping there or working there n a position less than their own. The lesbians run a portion if it and try to convert the "straight'coworkers to seeing their side. The grocery manage is call of ,24-27 maybe, big n his church, HA, if only that were true,!! He takes any and every girl that goes to eat rk there out ,,if they'll go,,, just for a little strange. Leafs them in then finally tells them he's gotta stay with the Church. Them off to his next BB conquest. The VC store manager talks horribly behind the backs of his best workers. They even have employees go out of their way to go pick up other employees who aren't so work oriented so that they'll make it to work on time and get paid where the hell does that come from why should another employee have to pick up someone else just to be sure they make it to work on time for the manager if the manager wants them there so badly the manager I'll be the one picking them up not using the other employees of the store. If I work there with this being a union job I would have someone all over this and I'm not too sure that I'm not going to say something to other people anyway and get an opinion from them maybe if enough people stand up and show these managers that they are people just like everyone else is and they can be brought down to size and start treating people away they ought to be treated
