I have a new LG stove but the dials are white lettering on gray and unreadable. I sent them a photo of the problem. They said that was the product I purchased and I just had to be satisfied with it.

My LG TV legs disinagrated under weight of TV only, causing the tv to fall to my floor and shatter. Have been in contact with LG customer service team to resolve the problem. TV was removed by Authorized repair tech sent by LG and deemed non repairable on 4/27/23. I was advised a full refund would be sent me by LG presidential Liason customer service representative in early May, Now after 5 months of daily follow up with LG I am still waiting for the warranty refund. The customer service is terrible! Craig

Purchased new washer and dryer from home depot that are Lg products in January 25 2023 and now dryer is having major issues. I have been fighting with their customer service that is based in the phillapeens and lied to and laughed at on the phone. After 15 days of being run around their presidential liason calls and says that they can give me a refund which will take up to 14 days more to get to me. This is a problem when your customer service is in a foreign country and we are in America.
I have bought LG for many years and this is the last time we will purchases LG ever. All stores should stop selling there products.

LG OLED65G2PUA

This is the worse TV I have ever owned. Nothing but issues. Vertical line showed up last week and the TV is only 8 months old! Now it won't stay on for more than a minute - just shuts off for no reason.

I would never purchase another LG product. This TV is Complete garbage. If I could afford to I would just trash this &2000 TV and buy a Samsung.

This is i unbelievable. I have for 3 weeks been trying to get our refrigerator repaired. Why doesn't anyone know how to repair it n LG phone representative give FALSE PROMISES

IM TOLD ITS UNDER WARRANTY. IM TOLD THEY SENT MY INFO TO A Repai COMPANY. IM TOLD A REPAIR COMPANY Will CONTACT ME. Some bogus company named. A&E factory. Tried calling them n NO COMPANY PHONE NUMBER ONLY A RECORDED MESSAGE

WHY NOT JUST TELL ME U Don't WANT TO Be BOTHERED SO I DONT WASTE MY TIME!!!

LG products will never enter my home again. Unbelievable how they don't stand behind the products.

Why isn't there anyone to report to?? Next option will be BBB

3 weeks of false BLANK PROMISES SND IM STILL WITH OUT AN TOP OF THE SUPPOSED LINE OF REFRIG THAT FORSNT WORK.

Bought a lg tv from Costco 2021 has the allstate squaretrade warranty I loved the tv until noticed I had burn in right low side and in the middle and it's very annoying so I figured I have the warranty let's see what we can do omg it's a nightmare no response after you get off the phone square trade contracted lg after spending 1 hour on the phone with square trade then another 30 minutes with lg now I been emailing them but nothing back to me I logged in to my square trade to look at the claim and omg they closed the claim now I just creating another one I don't know what to do from here why charge me for a warranty that don't work I don't understand

After 10 phone calls and 2 weeks, I still don't have a LG servicer to fix my fridge. It seems like the customer service folks have no clue WTF they are doing! Never buying LG again!

Wouldn't fix my stove because they said there was a "point of impact" but we were both standing in the kitchen with it broke for no reason. Kept me on the hook for 3 months told me they would fix it then out of the blue denied the claim.

Will never buy LG again.

LG has the worst customer services. They hanged up on me and they lied to me to get me of the phone. They also procrastinated for almost a month to set an appointment to get my refrigerator repair. I have 3 young children and I didn't have a working refrigerator in the middle of this hot summer. LG did not care and waited almost a month to have my refrigerator fix. They are horrible and their refrigerator does not last more than 3 years without something breaking.

5 1/2 weeks without my 16 mos old LG fridge because their service absolutely stinks!!' There's a 10 yr warranty on the compressor and when I finally got the package they only sent the compressor not the other 2 required parts. They are the absolute worst. 4 LG appliances and a 75" TV was my biggest purchase mistakes ever! Don't buy LG!!!

Both of my ice makers are not working. It has been fix 2 with new motors installed. My LG refrigerator is not even 3 yrs old. Have filed up to 5 claims and when I f/up on the status to what there supposed to do parts have not been ordered or appointment has not been scheduled. I don't know why they keep dropping the ball. This is the reason I bought warranty for me not to have to worry of my refrigerator. This appliance is not cheap. I understand the number of calls they get but the tech have no idea what they are doing. I am very frustrated with LG this is the last time that I will purchase any LF appliances. All the customer service does is apologize for the inconvenience. All I want is the issue to be taken care of.

I bought a refrigerator from them barely turned 6 years old My extended warranty was over it needed a compressor LG said they would provide the part but I had to find someone for the labor and it was just a nightmare calling them for almost 2 months because nobody wants to deal with LG when it comes to warranty on refrigerators The call center will play games keep you on hold then they would pick up the phone and say sorry we can't hear you and hang up then you call back and ask for a supervisor and they will tell you they're only going to say the same thing to you that I said to you so let's just keep it here basically I would never welcome another LG appliance in my home now that I've seen the dark side of them You cannot find anyone who will fix their appliances that are under warranty through LG it's a nightmare this will be my first and last LG refrigerator. Life is not good with them.

LG has the worst customer service ever!! We will never buy another LG appliance again. I've spent well over the cost of a new unit of my time in dealing with this garbage and it's still NOT resolved!!! The new A/C unit has still not been sent out. More promises every day and still NOTHING!

Spend your money on another brand!!!

Our A/C went out in our house over a month ago. Tech went out and repaired it (took one week for this to happen) and it was broken again within 48 hours. He came back out and said it needed a complete new unit. (This was another week)

We didn't receive a new unit for another week because they didn't order it right away.

Received new unit on the 14th - which was delivered on the 14th - in the rain. No one called beforehand like they said they would - so it sat outside in the rain all day.

Technicians don't install the new units - when my husband went to put it in - the new unit was damaged.

I have called / talked on chat EVERY day since then and no one has been able to help me - everyone says they will escalate it and nothing happens - it's all false promises and lies.

For over a week of me calling / chatting - no one ever said we need you to cut the serial number plate off of the unit and send us that picture - it wasn't until I asked did someone finally say yes that's what we're waiting on!!! ?

Thankful someone reviewed my claim weeks prior to tell me what I was missing and what was holding up the process of them shipping my new unit out. ?? #thisdidnthappen

So here we are over a month later - over a week now since I sent in all of the correct pictures and still no new unit on the way. When I call and ask for a supervisor I get no where.

It's absolutely ridiculous that there isn't anyone capable at LG's customer service that can actually do what they say they are going to do and take care of the customer!!!

Wow! After posting my complaint concerning LG customer service being very poor, I find the "Employer's" comment.
That employer called all of us, who posted our complaints, "wine bags"! Lol, I guess he proved our point. LG has the worst customer service calling us "wine Bags". LG will never get my hard earned money again. I'm so sorry I didn't check these reviews prior. Lesson learned.

Our LG washer, which is still under warranty, started making grinding noise when spinning or agitating the wash. A call was made to LG for service. LG sent an email asking us to do trouble shooting - which did not solve the problem. LG continued to send us a "guide" to do the trouble shooting again, like we are stupid. Finally I called customer service again, and the call almost ended after the recorded operator, but I kept repeating, I want customer service, so I was finally transferred over to a live agent. The agent then tried to get me to trouble shoot a FIFTH time. I finally told her I need service. I have no more clean u derwesr as everybody in the home does not! Twenty minutes later, she told me she needed to get approval from the supervisor for a tech to come out and fix the washing mashing. So, it took eight days, four reports to LG and a final phone call that was 32 minutes and 52 seconds long to finally get a tech appointment set up. Was LG hoping my warranty would run out before I got service?!?! We will never buy an LG appliance ever again! Buyer beware!

THE WORST PEOPLE TO TRY AND GET SUPPORT. Once they take all your money they leave you high and dry. I paid to have my 83" TV mounted and only one guy showed up for a two person job. On top of that. I tried to contact customer service to reschedule... no luck... and when I explained to the live agent my situation, he responds 'alright?' .. I have the screenshots to prove it. So rude. 0/10 rating if you ask me.

Purchased a new LG minisplit airconditioner and two air handlers to replace an 18 year old Haier system. After 10 months the LG unit started to have problems. It took a total of 6 service call visits from the local HVAC company to repair and or replace multiple parts. Each time the tech left, the unit would work a couple of times within a two week period, until I would have to call for service again. This lasted over four months, and two thirds of the entire summer without a functioning unit.
-the fan motor which suddenly seized
-the condensor coil which leaked because of a seam split
-the line and fittings which leaked
The HVAC company had tried to have the unit replaced but LG refused and would only replace the parts.

We bought an LG refrigerator a year ago in April. We called them about the craft ice maker. They had us trouble shoot over and over again. Called them 6 times each time they acted like it was a new problem. Finally told us they had no authorized technicians in our area and gave us a list of people we could call on our own. The first one I called said he doesn't work on LG products on a regular basis so he gave me another number to call. Turns out Jeff is an authorized tech and he told me that LG extended their warranty on craft ice makers because of all the problems they have. Called LG back and they told me they don't have anyone in my area! 3 times! 3 times I said yes you do, I just talked to him. I was on the phone for 1 hr and 15 minutes and transferred 3 times because the agents didn't know what to do. One even told me she needed to get help! So they tried to get me to pay for repairs instead of sending a tech out and paying for it. What a joke! No more LG for me!

let add to the chorus of people that will never buy an LG product again. I purchased all new appliances for my kitchen from Home Depot. I got a stove a microwave a refrigerator and a dishwasher about 2 years ago. After 2 years my microwave display was not complete, still worked just a cosmetic thing.

I called LG Service out of warranty, they were going to charge me $400.00 to come out and fix it. I told him he might as well come out with a mask and gun as he would already be robbing me.

I have never heard of a repair that cost this much, almost the price of the entire microwave

3 year old fridge quit working while we were on vacation. Ruined 300.00 food. Got an LG repair - needed a compressor ( whihc was under warranty :>) Charged us 600.00 for the technician - so what is the warranty for? Good for 90 days. Day 100 - compressor again - 300 worth of food - again. 600.00 for new compressor - this is complete and utter highway robbery. Customer service is run by a group of indian women who have the hardest to understand accents - DONT BUY LG!!!!!! Unless you are a fan of spoiled food, horrible customer service and incompetant technicians. Seriously.

I will never buy another LG product! 2 1/2 year old bottom drawer freezer refrigerator stopped working. I call customer service. I wait and on my 2nd phone call after 3 days they say there are no LG service providers in our area. They will get authorization to use an outside repair service. I call back after one week of no frig. Told the same thing but that they would call me back later in the day with alternative options. No phone call! No options!
They send me in an email stating they are getting authorization for an outside provider and it could take up to 7 days(which is business days (so really longer in real time with no frig!
So we have gotten NO WHERE!
I call back again! Sanme thing they are waiting for authorization.
How long does it take to get an authorization. There's no decision that needs made here! Authorize an outside source on a $1500 almost new frig with a 5 year warranty!!!
I have had it!! I'm sick of the run around!!!
Don't sell a product in an area you can't fix it!!!!!!!!!

When I was microwaving bacon in my LG microwave, the glass turntable broke into three large pieces. I called LG customer service and after being on hold for over 30 minutes, I was told this was a piece that was under warranty. The agent said she would send me retailers in the area that would come to the house check out what needed to be replaced and then order the part for me. The agent said the retailers were within 3 miles of my address. After I receive the text message I noticed one retailer was over an hour away, another 40 minutes away and the third probably 45 minutes away. It shouldn't be this hard to get warrantied parts replaced. I gave up order the part on Amazon and will have it tomorrow for half the price that the initial agent told me it was going to cost if I went through them. We have multiple LG products in our home, a TV a stackable washer dryer and this microwave. I will have to rethink LG products in the future because of this horrible, horrible service.

We have an LG refrigerator still under manufacture warranty. It's been 10 days and they have not contacted us. They told lowes they don't have anyone in our area that services their products.
Samsung is the same way. Funny thing is a small appliance store told us the other day never to buy LG or Samsung they won't honor their warranty. Now how is it a small appliance store knows and Lowes don't. The devil is in the details. A word to the wise do t buy LG or Samsung.

Called 3 times. First time cut off when transferring to tech
Second time, back through all rigmarole, tech closed
Third time, tech rude, didn't listen. I'm saying refrigerator/freezer not cold above 48F, he's asking if there's frost! Said smart diagnosis didn't give enough information. Then said OK, have a good day & hung up when I still had another question,
