We own a 2014 Mazda 6. Unfortunately and we do not know how it happened, the Driver Headlight cover got shattered. We called to see how much it cost to replace it and heard the Part alone cost $730 plus $230 Labor. Come on guys, really? The headlight cover is broken, the light works and everything has to be replaced? $1000 for ONE headlight cover replacement??? I'm so mad. I really liked driving the Mazda, but if I think about what we have to pay for something so simple, I don't think I ever will own a Mazda again. Other Car companies offer here and there something or if you contact them, of courtesy help you out. There is no Coupon, no nothing. This is not the 1st time we felt, Parts are just outrages cost. This time, it hit bad ......

This comment is about toyota collision centerKaren hammock office manager gullo Toyota collision center very rude, gave me problem with calling for check. Proceeded to tell me to just leave the vehicle. Proceeded to talk about how Milstead used to be on a po system and to just leave the car, proceeded with an attitude and told me several times to be quiet and once to shut up.. 4:20 p.m. this place is needless to say unsatisfactory.. I have been disrespected by the staff here and will never return as a customer, as a towing provider servicing most of the Montgomery county area, I will never recommend using this facility.

Hears the deal I'm a pretty honest person when it comes to being responsible for my debts and money owed to those I've promised to pay! My problem that I have with this transaction @ your dealership is you have yet to prove to me that I'm responsible for your mistake. I feel your employees should know your in house policies and should never hold customers responsible for services they've promised and their mistakes @ the time of purchase I made it clear I was not in a position to give a down payment! Your employee assured me she had a way of making my buying purchase a pleasant experience and keeping my purchase close to what I had in my previous loan agreement with No down payment and loan @ or around the same amount. It was her who approached me on how this was going to be achieved! They offered me a refund on the amount I'd paid initially for my gap insurance that had yet to be used, oil change and dmv credits which would be used as my down payment and might I add this was done with much excitement! I was never told nor did I sign any contract that stated if or upon denial of credits I would be held responsible for a cash down payment. Her being your finance coordinator and working for your Co. I had no reason to believe that she had no idea of what she was doing or was trying to swindle me just to get a purchase at my time of visit. Your employees should know what they can and cannot do as well as your on site Managers who are approving their paperwork. I am very displeased with your Co. and their ethics when it comes to customer satisfaction. I feel as I've stated to Orasane you need to provide me with paperwork that clearly states I'm responsible for this down payment your asking for 3 months in to my loan payment. When provided necessary documents I'll have my lawyer take a look at the paperwork then we can move forward. You can contact me by my

I have had my Mazda Miata 2001 LS in Ourisman Mazda of Laurel Maryland for several problems. The most expensive and pervasive problem is my check eng light coming on. I have had it repaired here and another shop. I took it to the dealer because I KNEW they would fix it right NOT. I was told the solution to my problem was to add carb cleaner and drive it. It still codes. In addition, the last service at this shop, My rear heated window was popped out when I came to pick it up. This is a convertible top. Of course I complained to the Service Manager who denied it happened in the shop. The tow driver even knows the window was in tac when he towed it to the shop. Now I have to replace the top not to mention all of the money I paid for service that is still not working. . I had the car towed to the shop this fall...havent been able to drive it because I have no window and the car keeps coding. ..could not find any one to put the glass back in. I was told I had to replace the convertible top to the tune of $2500...So this car has sat in my driveway for about six

My next step is to report this problem to the Attorney's General's office for resolution.

Sincerely,

Denise J. Ponder

This is my second Mazda that I've owned. I bought my Mazda6 in 2014. Since then I've had to replace my head light and fog lights six times! Every four to six months one or both burn out. I've taken it to a Mazda dealership each time only to be told that don't know what the problem is YET they charge me $118.00 each visit. I've owned plenty of cars to know that changing the bulbs two to three times a year is not normal. At this point I would NEVER buy another Mazda nor recommend someone to buy one. I have written to the manufacturer, I have argued to no end with the dealership. I have received no response.

I drove to Graham Powell Mazda in Seaford Victoria to get the stone chip guard repaired under warranty.
I spoke to the woman at the service desk about why I wasn't given roadside assistance when I bought the car .
The matter was then passed onto the manager. My wife and I explained that the salesman told us he would sort out road side assistance for us.
My wife explained to the manager that when she bought her Mazda at another dealership she was offered twelve months roadside assistance as part of her deal.
I said to the manager that I would never buy another Mazda again.
The manager asked why? I said because of customer service.
My wife told him how hard it is to bring our four year old to the dealership from our house.
The manager told me to get into my car and go back to where I came from.
I told hime to go back from where he came from. The manager then got into my face and said are you calling me a wog.
That is when the other salesman stepped in and said come outside. I made a mistake leaving my wife and child in the shop.
I said to the manager you fool I am Australian.
The manager walked away when I told him I would take it to consumer affairs and the manager came storming back.
My 4 yo started crying because the manager was in my wifes face telling my wife to go back to your white Australia.
My wife told me I was told three times not to come back onto the property. I don't recall being told that at all.
The following are the issues I have with the customer service at Graham Powell Mazda:
I may have interrepted it wrong but I took it as a racist comment towards me when I was told to get back into my car and go back from where I came from.
I told the manager to go back from where he came from because I believe he was being racist towards me and my wife.
The manager had no right to get into mine or my wifes faces and say what he did.
The manager said am I calling him a wog which I never said.
I called the police and the manager told them that I called him a white wog, which I deny.

Im paying for 2007 cx7 which i owe $8000.00 more. I can't drive this car because of the white smoke. I was informed of a turbo charge problem and the expense very costly. I'm 62 yrs old and a patient with M.S. I'm very upset with the thought I'm a loser again. What would be your suggestion before I proceed with legal actions against Mazda.

My mother and I both purchased mazda 3 at the same time. We are now both expected to return to the dealer once again for another recall. This will be my 3rd trip. Sadly when i get there i already know that they will not care, just like the 2x before. Just wondering, maybe i should wait a bit to take it, there is bound to be another recall next month! Buyer beware! Mazda is not what it used to be.

This 2015 Mazda Touring 5 door hatchback is my wife's 3rd Mazda. Her 1st was a 03 6 sport with the v6 & a 5 speed standard transmission. What an awesome car. Kept it for 9 years with only minor problems. Her 2nd was a 2012 3 touring. This car was not so good. Lots of transmission problems that the dealer couldn't repair. So, we tried again with her latest 3. This has been a pretty good car other than the sunroof leaked water all over us whenever it rained. They fixed that at the 1st set ice. Now the display freezes for no reason. When it happens, you are stuck with whatever was on the radio, because you can't adjust the channel or volume when it freezes. Same with the GPS. If it freezes when you are using the GPS, you are out of luck. It's been back to the dealer 2ce now. They say if it's not acting up they can't fix it. So when it happened today, my wife called her boss and told him never be late. She then drove 15 miles to the dealer while the backup camera was stuck on even though she was driving forward... And couldn't use the radio or GPS. She got there, left the vehicle running so the techs could maybe diagnose it while it was acting up. They said they didn't have time today, shed have to bring it back!!!! WTF??!! I know she will bring it back and it won't be doing it and they will blow her off again! This is our 3 Rd Mazda, and our children bought a Mazda because of our recommendation. If they blow us off again, it will be the 3rd time and we will start the lemon law proceedings and have Mazda buynthis car back, and we'll buy a Toyota.

Took my Mazda BT50 this morning at 08:00 to have the interior light replaced. At 12:20 I was called to collect my vehicle. On entering my vehicle I noticed that the workshop must have left the paper towel sheet in the center consul. Looking up at where the light fitting was replaced, I noticed all dirty marks, against the roof fabric and around the light fitting. ( Picture available as proof ). I subsequently showed this out to the lady, only to be told that they will drop me of at work and take the vehicle back to the workshop to have it cleaned. I collected the vehicle at 16:15, upon being called to say that the vehicle is now ready. Getting into the vehicle i noticed that all the marks and dirt is still around the fitting. This was a waste of time, and the worst service that i have ever encountered with any motor vehicle dealership!!! Shame on Ermelo Mazda, Mphumalanga

Subject: Sudden unintended acceleration with Mazda CX-3:

On January 27th 2016, I got into a very bad car accident while parking with my new Mazda CX3.

That day I drove 20 minutes from home to work, and when I entered to parking lot I was may be 15 miles an hour! After I made my 90 degree turn into parking stall with a very slow speed, I pushed the brake to fully stop! Car almost stopped but suddenly something extraordinary happened and car suddenly accelerated! I could not do anything! It stopped by hitting the snow bank and another car parked in another stall! Lots of damage on both cars! Luckily I was OK physically and there was nobody in the other car.

As soon as I can, I called Mazda CEC, filed a claim and made the car towed to the dealership where I purchased it.

Both dealership and Mazda engineer inspected the car, they think there is anything wrong with the car however there is NO explanation regarding how this sudden acceleration happened when data from car also tells that my feet was on brake during the incident!

I don't buy Mazda's answer regarding car is safe to drive!

I did lots of research, talked to lawyers who are very familiar with this issue and found that there are similar cases, involving "sudden unintended acceleration" with many accidents involving bad injuries and sometimes death, but to the best I can figure out, it is difficult to prove causation by car malfunction. It leaves no trace and it is very hard to prove car has a problem. Even NHTSA did not find a vehicle-based cause of those incidents but some manufacturers still needed to pay millions of dollars to people who had Sudden acceleration with their cars for their lost!

Mazda wants me to drive this car again to replicate the case while all facts out there tells that sudden acceleration happens and kills people!

Let me know, does Mazda really want me to prove with my life and with my 2.5 year old daughter's life that this car has a defect? Or you want to keep a person's trust in Mazda again!

Please help!

My car (mazda cx7) is 4 years old and currently has only 57.200 km (I use to do less than 20.000 km a year. I bought it three years ago with 3.700 km, before buying the vehicle, this car was being used by a Manager of Mazda Spain).I know that the guarantee coverage has expired, but I understand the car has very few kilometers to suffer such a big engine failure. I tend to think that the car left the assembly line with this engine problem according to the explanations given by Mazda technical staff at Motor Zurbaran S.L. (official Mazda Repair Shop where I have checked up this car all the times required according to the instructions set in the maintenance book).
One month ago I took the car to the garage for a periodical checkup and the technical staff told me that the car was suffering a severe oil loosing, affecting the car crankshaft and at least two connecting rods. I got shocked by the news I´ve just received considering that I´ve been extremely careful with the car usage and maintenance. When I bought the car I was very anger to buy a Japanese car, (this is my first and presumably the last Japanese car I buy) due to the prestige and the well-known quality of the cars manufactured in Japan. Nowadays my perception of the quality of your cars has got worse dramatically. The feeling I have not only affects to your brand but also to all the other Japanese car manufacturers companies.

After dealing with many 2011 Mazda cx9 ("top of the line") problems (dead battery the day after I got the car; dealer would not undercoat beneath the spare tire; a transmission that jumps sporadically into gear going from park to drive; bad wheel bearing; rusted coolant by pass tube; a bad PTO; a recall on both control arms....all with only 174,000 km I have decide to zoom zoom zoom my way back to Toyota because of getting no help from Mazda Canada. I live in the country and could not get to the Mazda dealer 50 kms away for regular service (it was however completed by a local Ford dealership...but that does not count). And unless you purchase the extended warranty you will not get a loaner car if your vehicle is laid up for these major repairs.

Mazda Canada say you need to be loyal to the dealership of purchase or else we will use this as an excuse to not cover any major expenses that you ask for help with under a goodwill policy.

So buyer beware...ask alot of questions before purchasing a Mazda....they will gladly sell you a car and speak volumes of why you need to own a Mazda.....
I should Zoom your way to other dealers if were you.

So instead of trying to help us out you send us a email wanting us to refer people to go take a test drive for charity event. Seriously at this point after having two different mazda's one with front end problems the dealership couldn't find. Then the second one was sold to us as new and later find out it was crashed and has a bent door according to the dealership. I wrote mazda in 2008 no response now in 2015 twice. I realize it been a while but now the paint were the repairs were made is shot the door trim is falling off again. It's really disappointing. At least the second Mazda haven't had any mechanical problems yet. Bottom line is we are not pour by any means but still who would want to purchase a brand new car and find out it was crashed no one. Apparently Mazda doesn't care what there dealerships do or how they scewed us twice. I am one pist off customer. We are going too purchase another Honda which is what my wife was driving before we bought are first junker Mazda. Thanks for not giving a hoot ! If I sound mad I am I wrote mazda a week ago and instead of helping they replayed with a come test drive event. No thanks. In fact if there is no response in a few days. I will copy and paste this to my Facebook page and make sure my 700 friends read this. Well it is only 698 friends but close enough. As a business owner I'm disgusted stand behind you product no matter what makes all the difference just a bit of advice to keep customers coming back.

In 2006 we traded are handa civic for are first Mazda 6. Soon after started having a violent front end shake that would only happen at freeway speed. We took it to the dealership we perchanced it legacy Mazda in Orem Utah and had it looked at they could not find anything wrong. We continue to having the violent shake where the whole car would just start shaking unexpectedly it was very inconsistent you could drive for a month then all of the sudden you would be literally shaking you off the road. . After a couple times taking the car in for the same problem. We decided to trade it in. Here's where the story gets even crazier. So we perchance a another new Mazda 6 at night. We got up the next morning and of course went out to look at are new black Mazda 6 and discovered a scratch on the trunk a burn in the seat, some swirl markes in the pant on rear drivers side door and roof pillar support. We went directly to the dealership and on the way noticed a mileage discrepancy instead of 270 miles it was 2,700 miles. We had a our sales representative come out and take a look at the vehicle. He would not give us a different vehicle. He said he would replace the set and fix the scratch. We reluctantly agreed and later took the vehicle in for repairs. Instead of replacing the cover they had it repaired you could still tell they didn't fix the scratch on the trunk either. We tried to get them to repair it properly a second time of course they declined. Wait there's more a few months later the trim on the rear drivers widow started falling off. We took it in under warranty back to legacy Mazda they fixed under warranty and said nothing. A few months later the trim is falling off a second time so we take the car in but now the dealership is Orem Mazda not legacy Mazda. They call my wife and tell her we can't fix your trim you door is bent do to a previous accident ! He didn't believe here when she replied we purchased the car new and have not been in a accident. I literally went down to the dealership and basically told him what I have written today and he was very willing to help. He got Mazda to pay for the part under warranty and basically had his machines rig it back on the best they could being the door is bent. The car at the time was less than a year old and all repair were done under warranty. I once again was unhappy with are new car and tryed to get them to help me out with another vehicle. Being they had changed ownership they felt no responsibility. So I went home got online on logged my complaint with this exact form with no response from Mazda. Now in 2015 I'm still waiting. We are ready to purchase a new vehicle and however we take extremely good care of are vehicle's are mazda 6 has clearly been wrecked the paint on the door and the rear bumper has been going south on us since 2010 and the rest of the vehicle is like new. The trim has started coming off once again. I know there has to be a paper trail a mile long to confirm all my complaints if only someone would look into it. Time to step up or loose a customer for life. Thanks

I bought 1 bt50- new version(2.5manual) 4by4 from kota kinabalu sabah in the year 2012. Last year, I found my machine jam on wheels when I do cornering while the 4 wheel engaged. I had contacted person in charge many times, but I only received response on words 'pending on parts'. Now, I have been waiting for coming a year. Can MAZDA give me positive response?! Meanwhile, my machine already been used 3 years in this November, should I still entitle to have warranty/guarantee!

I bought my 2015 Mazda 3 in July of 2015. I received a recall notice & immediately brought my car in to Palm Springs Motors for the recall service. The service manager indicated that they had not yet received the necessary parts from Mazda to perform the service e. A week later PSM calls to say the part is in. Now, PSM does not have a rental for me & I have to wait over an hour for a shuttle. I'm now being told that the "clips" to the fuel tank are on back order & this whole recall service may take even longer. I am so regretting leaving Toyota for Mazda & will never recommend any of my family, friends, or coworkers purchase through Mazda.

I bought my 2007 Mazdaspeed 6 to two different dealerships here in the Denver metro area (Lakewood and Groove) and both times got terrible service. My car has had issues with "bucking" in the rpm range of 3000-4000. I also asked for an oil change at both. The first dealership, Lakewood, let my car sit for 32 days and did nothing, even forgot my oil change. After that experience I took my car to Groove which supossedly found my issue then replaced a $1,000 part which did not fix my problem, and claimed they changed my oil. As I was leaving the dealership I checked the oil dipstick and found my oil was still dirty after being assured it was changed. On top of this my driver side window was broken and off track when no work involved anything to do with my window or doors. I was given excuses but still charged for all services. The techs and management there were rude and indignant about my obvious frustration and I was told the GM no longer wanted me to come to that location for service on my car. Neither dealership was able to fix my issue but I have been inconvenienced and charged for services which left my car in worse shape then when I brought it in. This is unacceptable as I was under the impression that dealerships are more expensive as they have the knowledge and tools to work on and fix MAZDA vehicles.

My2012mita was serviced at Hiley mazda in Arlington Texas they forgot to tighten up the oil drain plug. All the oil ran out. I took to another dealer to fix it. Now Hiley will not pay me back. Not A Happy Coustomer.

I lease a Mazda CX-5 2014. I just learned the tires are poor and worn. I have only had the car 1 1/2 years. Now I have to replace tires that a special size and very costly. I am so angry over $900 for new tires plus alignment. I really like the car, but this is no acceptable. In the future I suggest better tires. Disppointed Candise Tykac
