I had a brown ball of slime in the bottle. Completely disgusting. I have photos but can't upload. This is absurd! Will never purchase again.

I bought Snapple peach, no sugar added, and that tea is not good. It's full of sugar, so I just wanted to let you guys know make a complaint that that thing is full of sugar and I'm not buying it again

I recently bought peach ice tea from three drifferent places and they all seem to have lost their sweetness and flavor as though there were old. Normally i love the stuff but seem to lost my taste for the brand

Snapple Kiwi Strawberry in glass bottles. Please send me 6 of the 16 fl oz size bottles, as there are no glass bottles on shelves any more. This drink tastes 75% better stored in glass, as opposed to the current plastic styles.

Love the product but so frustrated that I can no longer read the Snapple facts with the blue top!! It's like not having a prize in the Cracker Jax anymore!! Package Design FAIL!!!! Please change it back to White!

I am thrilled at the fact I found my favorite Snapple over the weekend. I thought it was gone. Please keep Trop-a-Rocka in your inventory. Also happy to see Zero!!! I'll be one happy camper if you do. ?

I ordered some Kiwi Strawberry, which has been my favorite Snapple go-to, since the 1990s. First sip tonight and I thought I'd gotten the wrong flavor. It tastes nothing like the old favorite. What happened? I'm truly bummed. It tasted as if I might have the sugar free version, but the label certainly identifies sugar included and added. Is it possible this purely a difference between the old glass bottles and the current plastic version? We also ordered some Snapple Apple, and it had a very similar taste profile.

Me and my family were directly impacted by hurricane Ian and I could only have a few things and one of them was a SNAPPLE Cooler /radio and let me tell you it kept our waters old and the radio kept me updated on what was going on at my 7 mile island fort Myers beach.
It's old and dirty but keeps on rocking when needed!
Thank you,
LouAnn Nosker

I have been a Snapple consumer since the 1980s, but I can no longer purchase or support Snapple now that your products are available only in plastic. You've taken a step backwards by no longer using glass. Most plastic sold these days does not get recycled even when we consumers do all the right things - put it in our recycle bins. Returning to glass bottles would be good for public relations. Producing with plastic puts Snapple on the wrong side of history. More and more companies are making sound environmental decisions with their products. Join them.

My Giant grocery store in eastern PA no longer carries Snapple tea glass bottles - only plastic. That is unacceptable to me and means I will no longer purchase Snapple. I have been a Snapple consumer since the old advertisements many years ago with the elderly woman behind the desk - the 1990 (?).

It's stupid that there no coupons... A convenient store can by Snapple cheaper and we get the jack up prices and we can't buy it bucks like the stores do. That's America for ya. Will not buy another Snapple products j

Your new peach flavor no sugar doesn't taste the same. You can not taste the peach flavor at all. Very disappointing since this was my favorite drink. May have to leave Snapple.

Its true. The snapple apple is several watered down to the point that you can dry dock a boat in the bottle.

Glass or plastic is not the issue. Snapple sold large plastic bottles forever. Tasted just as good. Seems they are cutting back to recover from the down economy.

I enjoy Snapple Mango flavored drink. I recently purchased 4 bottles and can't open any of the bottles, so they sit in my refrigerator unopened. I spent a lot of money and am very disappointed.

A Snapple driver in my neighborhood in Brooklyn hit an elderly man and attempted to fight multiple other people in the community for "standing to close to his truck". Clinton & Washington St in Brooklyn NY. This man needs to be FIRED!! 85626-MK license plate NY

It's been a Snapple man for the past 25 years. After my gastric bypass i am no longer a loud to drink carbonated drinks. The crazy part is lemon ice tea was my face until after surgery my body rejected it and I tried raspberry and it have been my go to for the past 5 years and its the only thing I enjoy drinking. I have cases on hand all the time. when they went from glass to plastic the first time around u can taste the blk teas a bit more but still was a great tasting drink. Now this past week the newer plastic bottle came out and for the first time I have to say warm or cold it is not the same great taste. The one thing i enjoy the most every day is no longer the best stuff of earth and I'm being truly honest here. When u guy started out not only did u put out a great product but u did it right. why break something that's not broken. I understand that maybe the plastic is good for cost for u in some ways or u feel it will help the environment but at the end of the day the product that was the greatest stuff on earth is no more, I'll tell u something else and to many it might not matter but I miss hearing that bottle snap when u turn it the opposite way and that is no more with the new bottle. if it was possible I would want every last glass bottle of raspberry Snapple I could get my hands on. I know this might sound a bit off topic from a drink but years ago DiGorno changed there sauce and it said right on the box new bold taste and it flopped poorly and with a months time they pulled them all off the shelfs and when they went back to what made them so good as a frozen pizza on the box right in front in big and bold letters. Back to Original sauce. They new it would have impacted there sales but more they cared about what there customers thought of the change and wanted to not disappoint anymore and they went back to what made them great from the start. All I'm saying is we do care about the greatest stuff on earth and not your changing that to being NOT the greatest stuff on earth.

I just want to know what you mean by made from the best stuff on earth. Is the aspartame that you use in the diet peach iced tea considered some of the best stuff on earth. I don't think so. I'm pretty sure there are other alternatives but I'm sure they would cut into your bottom line being a little more money

I absolutely loved your Papaya Mango Tea!!!! (The Amazing Race). I found out that it was for a limited time only and promptly stocked up. Unfortunately, I enjoyed every one of them and none are left. It was the smoothest of all of your flavors and is sorely missed. When are you planning to produce more?
