Snapple Customer Service Complaints - page 2

I've been drinking the snapple fruit punch for years. Recently meaning the last several months I noticed the fruit punch drink has been tasting watered down. Apparently they are skimping out on their products. I will no longer buy their products if they keep this up.

More than half of the snapples that i buy taste like old dust, disgusting, but when i try to return item, i only get: "contact snapple", well for your info, snapple never answer or show any interest in any issues,

What the hell is this ripoff now selling Snapple and doubleing the price?

I am a snapple addict...diet peach and raspberry, but having a great deal of trouble finding it in the stores I shop...namely smart and final, ralphsznd gelsons...what is going on????

I have drank hundreds of gallons of raspberry ice tea. It does not taste the same in the plastic bottles. Not sure what you did, but it now has an aftertaste. I will not buy it anymore.

Dear Snapple, I know that your complaint department is being flooded with all these negative reviews about switching over to plastic bottles please listen to your customer base the plastic is ruining the taste of every flavor that you guys have Snapple Apple one of my most favorite does not taste like Snapple Apple anymore it's like cranberry juice please go back to the glass bottles bottles

I have drink Snapple for many years but these plastic bottles are ruining the taste. Like another customer said plastic is not the greatest stuff on earth. Also the Snapple facts are missing lately. I think this product is losing its fan base quickly.

I have enjoyed the diet raspberry Snapple for a couple of years. Recently the local stores have not been carrying many choices since you converted to plastic bottles. is there a problem with your production or the distribution chain? Further, with the new plastic bottles, I miss the factoid that was printed on the bottle cap.

Snapple a major corporation, has made a new recent change to produce their products from glass bottles to plastic bottles. After purchasing the new Snapple, I noticed that they are advertising that their new plastic bottles are eco-friendly. But upon reading the label, no where on the bottle states that their bottles are bpa (bisphenol A) free. Bpa has been widely reported throughout the world that it is a harmful chemical to human males and major corporations and companies have made the change to be more safe & responsible to the they sell their products to; such as Essentia, Dasani, & Honest are companies who have changed for the better and are prospering. Bpa is known to cause Loss of memory, Slowed learning to children, Heart disease (especially to females), & Male impotence. If this issue goes public enough, people will realize why companies & corporations such as Snapple have not took the responsible measures to ensure its consumers to continue buying its products because your making an effort to make it safe to consume. If your not making the right changes just to make profit, well that profit will be short lived. I'll be sure to make this issue public because this is a matter all companies that produce products for consumption should produce them responsibly and safe.

Snapple mango in plastic bottle completely different taste. And ido not like it one bit stopped buying it awful is best adjective to describe it

Love your oriducts, just two comments, no more plastic bottles,(I don't know if your company is aware that no matter how much one recycles, only 9% of all recyclables are actually recycled!) please.Please lose the puppets doing your advertismants, it makes the company look cheap, and makes most consumers feel as if we're imbeciles to be "amused" by them. Even children I've asked about them feel as if they're being "spoken down" to. No insult intended to whoever thought it would be cute, but common consensus shows otherwise.

I hate the new bottles. There was actually something satisfying about the snap as in snap-ple. And why can you not find Snapple apple anywhere right now. What's up with the supply chain.

I Loved Snapple But Since They Switched To Plastic Bottles It Makes Product Taste Bad,like Plastic. And It Never Seems Cold No Matter How Long It Has Been In Fridge.

Snapple has really gone down hill lately. The taste is not the same as the glass battle and now even worse in the new plastic bottles. Also put the facts back on the lid!

For some reason the Snapple Tea tastes better in Glass Bottles. Its not the same great taste! It's harder and harder to find it in Glass Bottles.

What happened to Trop-A-Rocka availability in the Cleveland area??
Ever since you went from glass bottles to plastic bottles, it mysteriously vanished from all local grocery stores.
I've been told by the grocery stores that they only get what 7-Up delivers to them.
So why are other flavors available in plastic bottles but not Trop-A-Rocka?

I love Snapple but I got a few bottles out of my cases that were not open seal not broken but the Snapple was missing.I can send picture, so my question is the Snapple safe to drink?

My family does not like the new plastic bottles, it has changed the flavor and you can't read the snapple facts on the caps

I bought Snapple peach juice and I tried everything to open it. I even tried cutting the plastic bottle open and it still wouldn't cut open. When it did cut open I wore juice and my floor did to .I tried 3 to 5 different bottles from different places and the same thing happened. I even went as far as asking my son if he could open it and he couldn't do it. I "WiILL" never buy this product again!!!!!

I have kept Snapple in my mini-fridge at my office for over ten years, mainly half and half, diet half and half, and sometimes peach. I look forward to one about 3:00 each afternoon. Recently, my wife picked up more at the store and I noticed they were in plastic bottles. I did not think much of it at first, but when I got them cold, opened one up and took a sip, I almost spit it back out. I truly did not know how much difference the taste was tied to the glass bottles until that moment. There was a nasty plastic aftertaste that lingers. It is horrible! I am very disappointed in this change, for whatever reason they made it. Bottom line, they can call it the same product, but it tastes significantly different and I am totally done with drinking Snapple, until or unless, it is once again available in glass. I will give away or throw away the 3 six packs I have left on hand. Extremely disappointed.

Been drinking glass bottles tea for 30 years. It was recommended by my doctor and quite honesty helped me with bathroom facilities. Plastic bottle sucks. After taste. Does not allow me to go, what the hell are you thinking. Do t you know putting lemon in plastic bottles creates a toxic problem. You have not created the Best Tea on Earth in Plastic. Managing packaging and packing more is t worth the horrible taste it has created. You have lost perspective on best tea on earth to cheapen your packaging. 225 292 8686. I am very very disappointed to see that Snapple has changed from glass to plastic bottles. The world is already polluted by plastic!
