We purchased 6 Elton John Tickets through ticketmaster on 10/15/20. Concert was cancelled due to covid. Re-scheduled for Feb of 2022. Unfortunately none of the 6 people can go at that time. We requested a refund during the month of June as allowed by Ticketmaster per an email received and it is still saying pending with no refund and now no tickets. Can't reach anybody at Ticketmaster by phone and all emails are canned responses. Your talking over $2,000.00 in real money. How are we suppose to proceed now???

I purchased $400 worth of tickets on 06/05/21 for an event scheduled 04/16/22. It was not until after Ticketmaster collected the money for my MOBILE tickets, which do not require printing, mailing, etc., that I got a notice that my mobile tickets would not be available in my account for more than 10 months - just a few days prior to the actual event. This is clearly intended so that any resales basically have to go through their own reselling site, so that they get to collect yet more fees for tickets. I purchased tickets, and do not have them. I was not provided warning that I would not actually be given tickets for 10 months, and that if I wanted to resell them it would have to be through their own site, prior to purchase. I would not have purchased them, had I known. This is a mobile ticket, after all...there is no other reason they should not be made immediately available. Ticketmaster has a very, very, very long history of continual immoral, unscrupulous, and illegal business practices, screwing both the performer and the customer at every turn, which is why both performers and customers hate having to deal with them. And this is yet another in that long line of Ticketmaster frauds and scams.

It's been almost two years and I still haven't received my refund on a concert that is not going to happen because of the pandemic. I've tried calling every number you have on the site and also the customer number I used to buy the tickets, and no one answers the phone it's only a automatated message that comes on and then hangs up. All I want is my $260 back. I've made sure to tell all friends and family that stay in South Carolina to not ever buy any tickets from ticket master Ever!!!

Just another customer not paying double the ticket cost in fees to Ticketmaster, and buying close to the event date from desperate sellers. Ahhh... the brilliantly marketed `Convenience Fees'.

I bought a Drake Bell ticket February 2020. Before Covid and before Drake Bell was exposed. Ticketmaster refuses to give me a refund. $51.25 may not seem much to several but it is a lot to me especially after losing my job.

Last month (September) Kiss canceled their concert in Tinley Park, IL because Paul Stanley & Gene Simmons had tested positive for Covid. When they rescheduled the concert for October, Ticketmaster had posted a refund link for those that could not attend the new rescheduled date. On this link they said customers had until Oct. 8th to request a refund. I saw the link but because I was out of town did not make the request. I would do it when I get back in town. Well now I am back and went to make the request and the link is gone! I've checked every way I could but it is gone. So I contacted Ticketmaster to ask about the link and/or to give me a refund as I cannot attend the rescheduled date. All I keep getting back is a "robo" response telling me that the concert has been rescheduled and my tickets are good for the new date and they are not offering refunds! That is a Bold Faced lie not only because of the link I saw but a friend of mine, who also can't attend the rescheduled date, did request and receive a refund. Ticketmaster is lying and will not honor the link they originally posted which is unlawful. There has to be a way to get Ticketmaster to honor the link they originally posted.

I have been trying for weeks to get my tickets printed from the Ticketmaster site and there is no option to print. If you call their 800 number you get a stupid message and they hang up on you!!! You CANT talk to anyone. I've emailed 4 times and still no assistance. I will NEVER use them again. BEWARE!!!!

I would prefer to give a ZERO. Bought 4 tickets to see Lynryd Skynrd at Bethel Woods where we would be on vacation. Friends decided to join us and bought 2 more tickets for them. One day before the concert was cancelled due to band member having Covid, they sent an email saying that we could get a refund, credit or I could donate the money to Bethel Woods. I opted for refund and did receive notice I would get on the first 4 but when I tried to get for the other 2 I was told the show was rescheduled. I tried calling only to get a recorded message and then hung up on. I tried emailing and keep getting a generic reply. I tried numerous times over 3 weeks to no avail. Now as it is closer if I cannot find someone to buy I will screwed. Ticketmaster, Live Nation as bad Bethel Woods - ZERO's across the board!!

Ticketmaster sucks. Requesting a refund for rescheduled events twice and basically doing it on a daily basis because the automated emails say the organizers for that event haven't set up a refund for it yet. And that I will be notified when the available refund window is open to get a refund is a load of crap! No notifications, so when I try again today for the millionth time to get a refund, an automatic no reply email comes back saying the window for availability of a refund has expired! WTH. And there is no number to call to talk to anyone, as if I really want to talk to someone who basically steals hard earned money from someone, so I guess if I can't somehow sell these tickets , which would be a dumbass idea through Ticketmaster, then we are out of almost $400! May as well have thrown it it the garbage! Cuz who even knows if the talent we were going to see will even be living a year from now. Ticketmaster is trash! For anyone looking to but thru Ticketmaster, don't do it. You may as well kiss the money goodbye if your event gets rescheduled or cancelled.

I purchased 3 tickets on Ticketmaster on February 24th, 2020 for $344.85 a piece for the Dave Matthews Band concert to be held June 23rd, 2020 at Blossom Music center.
The show was cancelled due to COVID.

I held onto the tickets expecting either a refund or to be used in exchange for the re-scheduled event. Dave's concert has been re-scheduled for September 29th, 2021 at Blossom.

There is no area on "My Account" on Ticketmaster's web-site that allow me to do this nor is the Ticketmaster phone number to contact a live person operable.

I give Ticketmaster's refund and return process a "F"...it's like Ticketmaster has made it impossible to return very hard earned money for tickets purchased through their company. This practice of significantly limiting ticket holders an easy access to contact information and returns or refunds a near criminal act.

I purchased Justin Bieber tickets for my daughter and they were FRONT ROW and then it was rescheduled and now they are giving me tickets for the 13th row! UGH NO that is not right. Now they say I can pay more money to get the platinum seats which are now where I purchased the first ones. THIS IS NOT RIGHT! I want what I purchased and that is front row!!!!!! It is not my fault they changed the venue so I should still have the front row because that's what I paid for.

Received an email at the end of August that our October 8th concert for FFDP in San Antonio has been cancelled. Was told in said email that the refund would be issued "in as little as 30 days of receipt of the initial cancellation email". No max time... only a minimum. It has now been 39 days... no refund.

Deception and untruthfulness Business Practices

Purchased ticket to event My Songs - Sting at Ceasars Palace on event for Aug 26, 2020. When checking the status on the ticket, I found that it was rescheduled for May 12, 2021. After contacting them, they said I miss the windows for the refund. They said they sent out an email. I have verified with my mail exchange and search my email account and not email was received. Ticketmaster Fan Support could not resend or verified when the email was sent. Just that it showed in their system that it was sent. On the second call to them, trying to get this resolved or possible change dates, since I was unable to attend the rescheduled date. Reading this from there website: If an event is rescheduled, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. If you can't make the new date, in many cases event organizers will provide you the option to request a refund, or they may be offering you the option to choose a refund or a credit. We will send you a notification email as soon as the event organizer updates the status of the event. The email will also specify the timeframe the event organizer is making refund and/or credit options available; either 30 days from when you received your notification email or up until two weeks prior to the rescheduled date. Ticketmaster Fan Support agent informed me they don't do refunds. We purchased the ticket insurance, but was told the only way I could use that is if we were sick or dead. I would have to contact the insurance provider for this. I asked about move the date to another date I could attend. The agent informed me that they would need approval for that and they would send me an email if approved and would call me to reschedule seating assignment. She also said they would wave the reschedule fee since of all the trouble I was having. Got the email approving the exchange that evening. I contact them the next day to do the exchange. The Ticketmaster Fan Support Agent said it was denied. I informed the new I was speaking of the entire issue I was having and that I received the approved email from them. The agent placed me on hold and came back and informed me it was approved and the agent I spoke to yesterday should of handled this exchange since no approval was needed. He said they would be a exchange fee and the mobile ticket app would not work with this ticket so I would have to pick them up at the box office. To do this exchange for an addition 20.00 for both ticket and 12.00 to pick up the ticket at the box office event. Ticket Master organization in a whole is untrustworthy and doesn't care about customer service at all. They post there FAQ on there website, but don't follow them. This is false advertisement and unjust business practices. I would recommend to use any other ticketing service that TicketMaster. They are only masters of deception and untruthfulness.

I had an event cancelled as well for May 1, 2020. I called Ticketmaster within 30 days and they said it shows it was cancelled & I will be issued a refund but the money comes from the vendor and is sent over to them. I'm heading into 2 months now without a refund. I could really use that $160.

Requested a refund on May 21, 2020 for an event that was cancelled. No other contact has been made....no refund...I am paying interest on the card I used to charge the tickets and the only balance is these tickets [plus interest]. I would like a refund now...if they camn charge me in one day, they should be able to refund it within 30 days.

I too, bought Disney on Ice tickets back in November, for a May show. Thanks to coronavirus (rather the public reaction to it), the show was cancelled back on March 15, with an initial email stating I should receive my full refund (fees, taxes and all) 15-21 days from that date. It is now over 30 days, and no refund. I try calling or chatting and get the instant message stating the event was cancelled and I should receive a refund within 30 days. Within 30 days of when is what I wonder? Is it within 30 days of me being declared dead? It certainly isn't within 30 days of venue and show cancellation. I do understand they have an enormous cancellation schedule and many refunds because of it, but if they can charge me in a day, they can refund me in a day.

Purchased tickets for Disney on Ice in November 2019 for an event to be held April 2020. Due to Covid-19 event was cancelled and I was told I'd receive refund. I did, but it was short $140 with no explanation. Why wasn't I refunded the full amount? I've made numerous attempts to contact them via phone, email and live chat to no avail. I just want an answer!!

I don't feel that it is fare to not have the event on the day of the schedule will not refund the money. When the event is rescheduled than if the people still want to participate than they can purchase their tickets again. But not giving the people the choice is not fare at all. That's robbery without a gun!

I purchased tickets for the bandito tour (by Twenty One Pilots), for my brother and I as a gift. We're only two of the unlucky many (sold out concert), who found out it was cancelled 3 days prior to when the event should have been held. In fairness I hold scotiabank arena responsible more than anyone, but still, EXCLUDING the cost of the tickets (&fees) we invested about $1000 into our trip to go see them (train, hotel, etc) and we are completely screwed.
Trying to contact Ticketmaster for help to find a solution, not to mention my "automatic refund" still isn't in my account. And the only possible (sort of) tickets I could HOPE to buy, were going on sale in about 12 hours, and were-obviously- in extremely high demand. So I went on live chat (on a Sunday, 2days prior to next "available"-if it will be-event,not even 1 full day prior to the 1day sale they will 're-open' on the 'replacement' concert, with limited seating left, since it was selling out already too, at 7pm, promptly after receiving the cancellation notice) the first person I reached on chat, said this was too big to handle online, so call. When I told them its after 6pm already, and their phone line isn't open, he disconnects from chat saying there's nothing he can do. I emailed as well, but it's too little too late waiting for that reply, tried chat again, they became completely unresponsive, no matter how many times I reopened the chat connection. We had to cancel the entire trip, and we still don't know how much of it we will be able to get back. We could barely afford this in the first place, we've been saving/paying for this over the last 6 months! And now nothing. Because scotiabank is willing to prioritize one event over another, but not too prepare for this kind of thing. If I had known that this was such high risk, I would have bought tickets(arranged transport & hotel) for their Ottawa concert instead. And we would still be going (have went? I think Ottawa was before Toronto). Now the raptors get priority, but screw all the fans who have put hundreds, some thousands (some of the tickets were over $300 each, I can't imagine what their total cost for the trip would be if traveling from out of town) of dollars into this, just to be told 2&1/2 days before that the best they can do is sell tickets to us for the show the night before, well SOME of us. Who knows how many are available even until they're on sale day before the show. This is all pathetic. I am angry at Scotiabank Arena more than anything and plan to tell them so however possible tomorrow.(if the raptors are such a priority, than why did you have the entire stadium booked? If they can just steamroll over whatever other event(s) they want, than they should either have a disclaimer of the risk, or they shouldn't book ANYONE else any time there MAY be a game of theirs. Ridiculous? Yes, but so is the fact that around (I'm not entirely sure but) up to 10 000 people got screwed out of all the money they spent preparing for this over the last (up to)6-8 months. Nevermind the fact that we've have been waiting to see them in concert for so long, (I know my brother and I did at least), and now we have to hope they go on tour again, because the 28th is the last day they play in Canada, and I can't even buy tickets to that show.)

We bought tickets off of Ticketmaster for a baseball game.
Due to weather, the game was cancelled.
Being from another country, the day it was reschudeled for we are no longer in that state let alone country.
We messaged ticket master
We were told they were happy to help and we would get a refund

Shortly after we got a message saying no refunds were being offered. Instead an extra charge of $20 would be what we get if we could make it back within the season.

I thought ordering from ticketmaster would be a good idea. It was fast, easy and when it asked if I would recommended it to friends and family I said absolutely.

I most deff change my mind about that.
I understand weather can't be controlled but understanding and refunding should be allowed.
By any and all service.
