I was bound to get a package on the 21st December 2012....it say out for delivery...but no package received,then i called UPS on the 28th December 2012 on 1-800-742-5877,A UPS representative said it will be delivered by the 02nd January 2013,

and he took my contact number saying he'll further let me know.but i didnt get any call or feedback,still I waited for the package but no package..then i called on the same number above on the 8th january 2013,Another UPS representative took my number promised to call on the 9th January 2013 but never returned the call as to what happened,...today the 9th january 2013 i called again to the above UPS phone line,then another UPS representative says she got to investigate on the package,,,,,SO only now you all do investigation on this package,,,you all didnt have any descency to call me even. still no package but the tracking number says out for delivery since 21st December 2012.ITS SAD TO SAY NO ITEM SO FAR AND NO UPS REPRESENTATIVE KNOWS WHERE THE PACKAGE IS BUT ITS WITH UPS STORE IN N.Y ACCORDING TO TRACKING NUMBER GIVEN.....BUT THEY CANNOT FIND IT, thank you

I went to UPS Store #1716 in Golden,Colorado today. Beverly Fuller was most helpful. She went far beyond her job scope. I felt the Christmas spirit in your store. You have warm dedicated employee.

I frequently ship and receive via the UPS Store # 1029 at 623 Eagle Rock Ave in West Orange, NJ.I have complete satisfaction with their services. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Admittedly,I miss my FED-EX Guy named Guy; he was so nice! However, I'm always saving $$$ with UPS over FED-EX. Also, I'm recycling less packaging shipping via padded envelopes versus large cardboard boxes. Ups's online system has multiple ways for you to estimate your shipping costs, tracking is easy, and they are ALWAYS on time.You can rely on UPS.

I use UPS a LOt, at least 4 days a week I am receiving packages. I can say that I have received such outstanding service from them, each and every time. They have made my business dealings very pleasant and worry free. My usual driver is amazing, courteous, careful with packages, always pleasant, I could not ask for better. Thank You UPS !!!! My complments to UPS driver Mark Pierce, who went far beyond the call of duty to solve a delivery problem I had been having fror years. There should be a waty of lwetting managment know when a superior emplyee is giving good customer service but I understand this page is not monitored by UPS. Barry Miller MD

there has to be change in management in 2012 cause I have never seen service like this ever I get a Pakage everyday and this year it has not arrived as scheduled atleast 15 times

Up to this week I have had the utmost praise for UPS. They have delivered my packages in a timely manner, my freight has never arrived damaged (despite the looks of the package), and the driver(s) have always been helpful when I have had questions. I will continue to use them.

I have a problem which had just arisen, the resolution will be a new one for me to experience. My package had gotten delivered to the wrong address. I will see how UPS will handle this.

I have nothing but praise for the drivers of UPS in our area for Virginia. I have pick up and delivery every day in my business. It is the management that is terrible. The drivers do not know most days in which directions they will be delivering. My guys take excellent care of me. I live in a rural area. a package that was to be delivered to my home required a signature. I was at work. The day of the third attempt one of the drivers on another route recognized my name and gave it to the driver coming to my business. Could not ask for better service! Is this area it is Fed Ex that is terrible!

Ups lost my new longbow from there warehouse in Mesquite Tx and we could get no info on it until I finally talked with the manager at the warehouse and she located my bow, out of the box, at the warehouse in Salt Lake City UT within 5 minutes of phone calls. Their whole system could not locate it or give me any info but she did right away. Thank goodness she is a bow hunter too.

We have a great UPS guy on our route here in Mt Adams in Cincinnati. All I know is that his name is Vince and he goes above and beyond his job. He's been our guy for 6 years, always has a smile, brings things all the way to the third floor. Kudos!

Thank you with huge kudo's to the crew at the Commerce City Colorado depot that found the missing parts to my 320 year old clock. "I have them on my desk" were the best words that I've heard in ages and I can't remember meeting people as concerned and humble. I'll deal with the shipping outfit later. I ordered chocolates which were packed in ice cold and insulated containers. UPS dropped the package over the front gate, never rang doorbell or knocked on door to let us know package arrived. It sat all afternoon and night before I found it in the morning. I called UPS and registered a complaint.

i get packages all the time UPSis just great, and go the exstra mile i live way out in the middle of no where just off a highway but the driveway is ruff but the driver always gets the package to my door, sometimes the truck gets stuck but we always get it out, the drivers are the best and friendly
i live on the crescent valley nv route great job the regular driver is tops

I had to decline a delivery that was sent to me even though I was told the order was never placed. The delivery driver said no problem picked up the two huge boxes and hauled them away. He was not upset at all, in fact, happy to help. On top of everything he then came back with my co workers wallet who he had dropped by the elevator in the office building. I was very satisfied with the delivery but above all else by the honesty and integrity of the UPS driver. A lot of times we judge a company by the service we receive over the phone when in fact the true image of the company are the pople that deliver our packages.

I'm amazed about all the negative comments about UPS. I live in Middlesex County. New Jersey, never had a single problem. All packages have arrived on time and in good condition never had any reason to call Customer Service to complain.

I have used UPS for packages and some important documents for the past 8 years. I can't ever recall having a problem with later or lost deliveries. The worst thing I can recall, and it happens only very occasionally, is that tracking information is delayed. I do not hesitate to UPS them with any shipments, important or not. Having a local UPS Store nearby makes it convenient for outbound shipments.

I would take UPS any day over USPS! They generally have our apartment manager sign for the packages and leave then in a locked room that the residents have a key for. Works great! Today is the first time I have received a message that an error occurred and my package will be delivered on Friday. One error among all the packages I have ordered is nothing. USPS makes mistakes constantly! USPS will put an orange card in your mailbox take the package back to the post office, even though the package will fit in the box. Now, that is idiotic!

I recently had purchased a flat screen T.V. from QVC and using your tracking app lication I see that it traveled from Miami,FL to Watertown,CT with stops in between.I was suprised to see the carton was almost perfect after all that traveling!! Thanks to everyone at UPS for your superior service!! Your employees are the best!!

UPS helped me intercept a package for which I had provided the wrong address. My son was looking forward to receiving the gift for Christmas and I want to thank UPS. I did have to pick the package up, but at the facility, I saw friendly staff members trying to help people with package problems. The staff was friendly. Great job!!!

The information on this page really helped me!

A package with our address was delivered to our house, but the name on the label was someone we had never heard of... obviously, the sender must have used the wrong address.

Try as I might, I could not contact UPS. I ended up in voice mail hell, everything about shipping packages and tracking packages but no options for what I needed.

Calling the voice mail number and responding to the questions by pressing 0 did the trick. After I pressed 0 for the second question, my call was redirected to an agent who was very courteous and helpful. The package will be picked up. :)

Saw a UPS truck passed by today to deliver a package to all my neighbors except me....I was seriously considering posting on the negative comment until...my door rang. YAY!!! the graphic card is delivered...Thanks...very happy!
