I just want to say that most people have something to complain about and I did not find a place on the main UPS website to write reviews so I will submit it here and hope someone in the higher up corporate world reviews it. I am a business owner and know how important it is to hear positive praise every now and again. I missed the delivery of a package that was time sensitive for my customers so I set up the option to pick up my delivery at the UPS warehouse so as to not delay production. The pick up time was between 730 and 830 pm which was not necessarily a convenient time but was going to have to work. About an hour after I set up the pick up time I see a UPS truck pull up to my address and the driver comes to the door with the package I missed earlier. He told me that he was happy to bring it because he was still in the area and thought he would try to drop it back off so that I did not have to travel out this evening. Superb customer service! Thank you! This was something the driver did not have to do and I wanted to recognize him for his service.

Today, UPS demonstrated to me that they are a top rated shipper, they are setting in place mechanisms to assure that package-receiving customers get quality, white glove, service from them.

I ordered a large product from Amazon, by non-hurry delivery, and the shipper, through its customer services representatives, assure me that I will get my package later today when I am available to get it.

The customer services representatives that I talked with today were anxious to help and go beyond their normal functions to make certain that my package arrives to me today.

I can only say that the service has greatly improved over the past year, its attempting to "get it right" with great efforts to do so. I highly commend the company and have a new, positive opinion of it. Thanks UPS and all the great Customer Services Reps that I talked to today!

I am pleased to comment on the outstanding service by T.J. Nelson, the substitute driver for Brigham Drive, Sandy Springs, Georgia. T.J. went far beyond what would be expected in helping us with a very heavy delivery. He offered to help us load this package into our car in our garage. He was cheerful, considerate and efficient in helping us. You are fortunate to have an employee of this caliber.

UPS was supposed to give my package to UPS for delivery. However, since they were coming by my house anyway, they just delivered it, meaning I got my package a day early.

When I needed a package TODAY after I missed the carrier, UPS was able to provide a will call pickup so I could get my package before I left for vacation. Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating once I was able to get through the (absolutely horrible) automated service (hint: keep pressing zero until you reach a human being).

I ordered enough ahead to get my packages on time but my packages got here faster than I had expected. Good job UPS. I think people have become to expect super human things from people.

For those of you at UPS who are getting hammered with criticism for late deliveries. It is too bad that people are receiving their items late, I can understand that they are upset but with online vendors promising impossible deliveries everywhere you look and last minute ordering I can see where some things just aren't going to arrive "on time" The expectation is too high. Some issues are out of UPS control and cannot be overcome. As for the effort to deliver, this is where I feel the criticism is very unfair. I know because I had a package delivered at 8:30 pm Dec 24 and I thought about the people that were missing Christmas eve with their families to make that happen. I went outside again at 10:30 and saw the UPS truck still making stops in my area. Thank you all for your superb service. You people are the best!

UPS did an excellent job over the holidays considering all the bad weather throughout the nation. Promised due dates are promised under normal conditions.I don't think Christmas has changed its date each year. . . so if you did not order early for Christmas gifts it is not UPS fault it is not at your home in time. Everyone is quick to blame others for their own procrastination.

Today 10/31/2013 My Daughters, Chrissy Williams, Dog (neco) Ran Into The Ups Truck On 74th Ave. Starke Fla. The Driver Took Time To Stop Even Thou It Was Clearly Not His Fault. We Only Know Him As Brian But We Thank Him Sooo Much For His Concern. We Are Truly Blessed To Have Such A Wonderful Ups Driver. Thank You Brian. The Dog Required Stitches But Will Be Fine. The Dog Is A Part Of Our Family And Grateful He Is Alive. Brian Was So Very Considerate.

My mom and brother was on hwy 78 going from Tupelo to birmingham this morning. A UPS 18 wheel truck was traveling the same direction as them and was swirving all over the road. My bother thought he might be asleep and spead up to get near him and the man had his cell phone up texting and not looking at the road!!!! this is a very serious issue and we do not know whom to call. My mothers number is She can tell you the exact location that he was at.

Sabrena at the counter was excellent. She provided quality service with very very high professionalism. She was able to effectively manage phone calls computer support and three customers at the same time keeping everybody very happy in their process. Because of my experience I will use UPS every time I can.

Regarding UPS Delivery Tracking #

The UPS Delivery person went over and above the normal call of duty to get my package delivered to me. When we did not respond to his knocking on the door or ringing the door bell; he exceeded expectations and found us in our back yard to sign for the delivery. His initiative was greatly appreciated.

I ordered something online, and the sender put the wrong address on the box. Luckily, it was a completely invalid address, so my $200 package didn't end up getting delivered to someone else. Online, you can only fix the address if you're the seller or if you get a $40 membership. So, I called costumer service. The robot at the beginning gives limited options, but it you say things it can't understand for long enough, it just transfers you to a person. Here's where it gets good! Within 5 minutes of being transferred to a person, the operator, Will, fixed the address and notified the dispatch office, all while I was on the line! He was so nice and professional, and got the whole thing done with minimal hassle.

I have the BEST UPS driver in the world. Always rings the doorbell and waits for me to come to the door. Very polite and a genuinely nice guy. Hope he get's an atta' boy from this.

I Received A Package Before I Had A Chance To Finish Shoveling My Sidewalk From A Snowstorm Last Night .i Am Older And Was Getting Tired When The Truck Pulled Up With My Package. To My Surprise The Young Driver Gave Me My Package And Finished Shoveling My Sidewalk For Me.what Took Him A Minute Would Have Taken Me A Lot Longer To Do. What A Nice Young Man And What A Nice Gesture. I Think He Deserves A Raise. Kudos To Him Whoever He Is.

I was bound to get a package on the 21st December 2012....it say out for delivery...but no package received,then i called UPS on the 28th December 2012 on 1-800-742-5877,A UPS representative said it will be delivered by the 02nd January 2013,

and he took my contact number saying he'll further let me know.but i didnt get any call or feedback,still I waited for the package but no package..then i called on the same number above on the 8th january 2013,Another UPS representative took my number promised to call on the 9th January 2013 but never returned the call as to what happened,...today the 9th january 2013 i called again to the above UPS phone line,then another UPS representative says she got to investigate on the package,,,,,SO only now you all do investigation on this package,,,you all didnt have any descency to call me even. still no package but the tracking number says out for delivery since 21st December 2012.ITS SAD TO SAY NO ITEM SO FAR AND NO UPS REPRESENTATIVE KNOWS WHERE THE PACKAGE IS BUT ITS WITH UPS STORE IN N.Y ACCORDING TO TRACKING NUMBER GIVEN.....BUT THEY CANNOT FIND IT, thank you
