Through my absolute frustration of returning a numerous laptops due to not being suitable and issues the Gateway Best Buy employees were friendly, professional and very helpful in assisting me to finally find a suitable product. I just bought an Ipad air2 at the Best Buy Mobile Pacific Centre, Vancouver. I really like the gold color, however I cannot find it at many nearby stores. Then I went to Best Buy Mobile Pacific Centre store to see whether they have it, but they also do not have. Luckily, I get help from the store assistant name Hingrid. She is so nice and helpful. She helped me search it online to see whether they can order it for me. And then she made several phone calls to nearby best buy stores to help me order the ipad. Finally, I got what I want. I am really appreciate her helping and customer service. I am also appreciate that best buy have such an excellent employee.

Today I went in to replace my Fit Bit that had stopped working in Manassas VA at the Best Buy on Sudley Road. I was directed to Michael who worked tirelessly to figure out the problem, decide that it was a defect, offer me a new one, help me choose the new one, helped me to upgrade, and then totally got me set up with my iphone. He did it all. He was kind, understanding, professional, just wonderful! On the way out, I asked to see the manager to tell him what a great and wonderful experience I had had...and the manager was Michael!! So I want to tell you that you really did an amazing job at placing him in this position...he deserves any additional praise that you can give!!!!

Hello, today I went to the best buy in South Bay boson where a young lady by the name of Briannally helped me with upgrading my phone to a Samsung note 5 and she was amazing. Not only was she persistent with getting me the cheapest Plan from Verizon but she made sure every bubble was gone when putting on my screen protector. Honestly her personality made everything 100 time better. Thank you,

Recently visited the South Edmonton Best Buy location (#934) to a buy a new laptop.
I was well informed about certain laptops and their features. The two sales personnel (Syed and Daniel) were professional and well-informed about the products.

I went in today to purchase a gaming mouse and computer. James their sales associate was pronominal, very easy to talk to and helped me pick the product that was right for me and didn't make me feel pressured at all. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to many hours of gaming with it. Thanks alot James!

This review relates to Best Buy's response to my online request for a copy of a receipt for a laptop my wife bought for her daughter a few months age. In brief, my wife and stepdaughter a) lost the original receipt, b) made an error in both the address and the phone number they gave the clerk, and c) my wife used a credit card we usually reserve for business-related expenses. It took several emails back and forths, but they found the receipt and sent me a copy. (I pointed out to my wife the clearly stated "Please keep this receipt"

I went to BestBuy approx 1 month ago on 17th ave sw calgary. I needed a new laptop and a guy named Ali helped me find exactly what I needed,he was very professional,patient,kind & very informative to say the least! I had such superior customer service I said to myself,I want this guy to now show me a tv, I brought my husband back to meet him and we bought the tv. I really appreciate such great service from Ali,especially after the very bad experience I had there with a Victoria over the Christmas Holidays! I also met a Steven the other day and he was most helpful as well.
Keep up the good work guys and I will continue to buy on line and in store at both BestBuys,Chinook & 17th Ave.

We just bought a TV from Best Buy Lasalle- what a great experience. We were determined to shop around, until we met Mo-what a great salesman, the kind you want to hire if you owned a store.Mo when to great length's to ensure we knew everything we needed to know, all our options. We felt like we were talking to a friend. We bought the TV and feel good about it. We also enjoyed Bicky what a pleasant young fellow. Kudos to Best Buy for hiring these guys.

Regarding service from Dana and Sean that work at the Charleston WV store. They were excellent trying to help me with a faulty Garmin GPS I purchased. They worked and traced back a relations to the order which, sadly, was through bestbuy.com. Even though I left very disenchanted with the company not standing behind the service their name hoghlights, I want to make sure those 2 knew their efforts were excellent and appreciated.

I shopped at the San Marcos store yesterday and was assisted by a new employee -Spencer. He was so helpful, resigned me up for my card, found flash drive I was looking for and made sure I got the on-line pricing. A real delight to work with.

The assistant at store 510 Florida Mall Orlando, Romulda Titus, could not have been more helpful, taking time and giving her expert advice to advise on options etc. We made the purchase some +$700. A bright intelligent, courteous girl and provided great service.

I was in desperate need of immediately replacing my tablet stylus, and could not find a model that would work on my tablet that any Best Buy carried within a huge radius. Somehow I was referenced to the Pacoima, CA (store 1511 according to Google) branch because another Best Buy said that this location "might" have the model I needed for in-store pick up. I was helped by a gal named Sam, and she was phenomenal! She verified that this stylus did in fact work on my tablet model, and was very helpful. When I told her that I couldn't make it the same day, and that Best Buy doesn't hold items over night (she said there was only 1 left!), I thought that would be the end of it. As luck would have it, I was able to get someone else to pick it up for me that day, I called back a couple hours later to reserve it four about 30 minutes. When I spoke to her again, she had apparently taken the initiative and reserved after my previous call, even though I said I wouldn't be able to make it in. It may not sound like much, but the experience was just so much more than one would expect from any customer service. Sam was very helpful and enthusiastic, especially compared to the other 3 Best Buys I had previously contacted. I hope that in some way, shape or form someone commends her for such great customer service!

I recently wanted to exchange phone plans on a a cell phone that I bought at your store (off High Street in Richmond Hill). Your employee, a young woman named Shanti, is very knowledgeable, intelligent, polite and efficient - she resolved my issue in a highly efficient manner.
