I prepaid for six puppy training classes at the 839 New York Ave
Huntington NY location. I was only able to attend three classes. I was notified the trainer quit and I was going to be contacted by there other trainer to finish out the course. I never heard even after going to the store in person twice. Only to find out second trainer quit, Pecto refuses to give me a refund. I'm just getting the run around by the store and there customer service through Corporate. The manager couldn't even have the decency to call me back. Real great customer service on behalf of Petco. I don't recommend there services to anyone.

Don't Buy Fish From Petco. Their return Policy on their Receipt States 30 Days. Took one back and they wanted a water sample based on a statement on their Printed Fish Bags. Their tanks were filthy at their Rockford Illinois store with many dead ones in tanks. PetSmart has better prices and return policy on fish. Go there!!!!

Still waiting for a refund. I've tried multiple times to get my money back. I get messages such as "we can't confirm you returned the items." I have proof of everything. Just such a waste of time and effort!!! Now I'm on hold for over 20 minutes trying AGAIN to get my refund!

I saw an add online for a "buy two get one free" it did mention online only. When I got to check out I was told it was an online promotion only. After waiting to speak to the manager his explanation was "that's the way it is".I contacted customer service with online chat and the representative closed the chat, apparently my explanation of the issue was taking to long to respond. Their so-called customer service is no better than their in store " service'.I will just stick with PetsMart.

It is ridiculous that when I earn points I can't use them until I go on my account and " activate" them. Why would I want to earn points if they aren't activated? Obvious ploy to make it more difficult to access something I already earned. The only reason I haven't switched to another option is that our Santa Fe grooming staff is outstanding.

Petco needs to change their return policy, I was 4 days outside the 30 day window and they would not let me return an item that was to small for my pet. They would not even give me a store credit. I had not even used the item and the box was in fine condition to resell. Petco is usually a store I do not like to go to as the instore prices are higher then Petsmart or online, I just happened to be in their store and decided to purchase this product. This was also around the time I was about to leave for vacation. I was only able to look at the product after I returned from vacation. I would have been glad to accept store credit as I am sure there are other things I can use for my pets but after this experience, I will stick with Petsmart or online ordering of pet supplies.

This store took 30 minutes for us to get help after asking several times, then the rmployee wbo came ignored us repeatedly for 10 more min, as they helped customers who just arrived ignoring us. This was for Michael in Aquatics at 4 pm on 4-23-2022.

I will never visit this location again. As a long time customer of PETco i found this extremely unacceptable.

I printed off my receipt online and I returned it with the items a very rude young man at the register in Avon Connecticut refused to give me my money back he would not explain why he just said I'm giving you a merchandise credit. and I am not happy as it was a lot of money. I've had problems with this Petco store in Avon Connecticut in the past regarding their grooming facility. If this is the way they are then I will wait and I will order extra dog food when it comes in because it's out of stock at their store and online I will get the rest of it and I will never go back in that store again. When I brought my new puppy in to attempt to get a collar and asked if someone could help me I was told just go here or go there and the guy walked away so they don't seem to really care one way or the other and now I can't even get my money back. Poor customer service.

I have been a customer since getting my dog before June. Spent a lot on supplies in the Unleashed store. Getting heartworm and flee and tick mailed. Went to the Quincy store and did not get rewards.

I walked out and cancelling an $89.00 order.

I will go to.PetSmart from now on

I ordered 2 Honest Kitchen Cod skins Ocean Chews and an Honest Kitchen Cod Crisp on 1/07/2022 to be delivered by Door Dash. When The order was delivered it was missing one Cod skins Ocean Chews. Door Dash said that this has never happened before. They would go back to get the missed item. An hour later, no one came back so I called Petco Phillipsburg NJ. Josh answered, he said they were shorted so they didn't have it for me. Not to worry, the system will refund me in a day or two. I haven't received the refund yet. I also think it might have been better for him to tell Door Dash about it so they could have let me know. Even a small note would have been appreciated.

We bought frozen mice yesterday 1 11 2022. The frozen mice fell apart upon thawing and was rotten. We took pictures went back today and they refused to refund or give the same product, which is what we wanted. We needed mice, so we had to buy the same thing again. I have the receipt. The store worker said no refunds offered.

Hi Petco, today 11/24/21 I went to Petco at Sierra Lakes Fontana ( next to Costco ). I just bought Turtoise at Petco and made anew set up place for Turtoise. Most equipment, I bought from Petco. It's been about 7 days, the turtoise won't eat the food, but instead eat the soil and reptile mulching in the tank. Previously, I came and consulted with staff there to solve my problems about my Turtoise. I was suggested to bring the turtoise to Petco to see by Vents and rebuy it again when it is done for check up. Petco can help me for that.
Today , I met manager name : Jeanne, I consulted to solve my problem., but I was so disappointed and dissatisfied, she speak so harshly in front of me and my son. I understood her point that she will not able to help me return my Turtoise after Vent check. She suggested to increase the temperature inside tank. But the way she talk was so rude in the store, and intimidated. I was with my son 10 years old was also said to me that she was so rude. She was back and forth do something else, if she is a good manager, she should able to manage store with other staff. I don't have any problems with others staff there, others are nice, and friendly. Petco should have better manager there. It is really bad experience with the manager at Petco Sierra Lakes today.

I am writing to complain about the poor service rendered to me at 353 Harrison Bridge Rd., located in Simpsonville, South Carolina. On September 27, 2021, I arrived at 8 am to groom my pet dog at this location. The manager named Kaylee, asked me for his vaccination record. Unfortunately, I did not have them, so I told her that I would be back with them. Before leaving the store, I asked Kaylee where I could read the vaccination information. This is where things went left...
It's not what she said but how she said everything. Kaylee treated me as if I asked her to do a crime or I didn't have the right to question her. So, I asked if a manager was available. This was when she stated she was the manager over-grooming. She went to get another lady who did not address her name or position but immediately began to agree with whatever Kaylee said. I stopped this 2nd lady and asked if she could call someone to witness the conversation because I did not feel like I was being heard.
This lady said no... so again, I asked where to read the information Kaylee was repeating. By this time, they wanted to hand me a copy of the contract signed for service. Again, it's not what these ladies were saying but how. They made me feel lower than dirt and said that I was the problem here, not them. I left this building and contacted the store located at 1140 Woodruff Rd in Greenville to find out how to issue a complaint. The person who answered the line was very apologetic and gave me an 800 number for customer service, and she documented my account with the concern.
I called customer service and reported my concern. My complaint is that these women made me feel less than a person at Petco. Who would imagine that a simple dog's bath would turn into an emotional roller coaster? On the news, social media, and day-to-day life, I see how people are made to feel less than by someone who offers a service.
If you watch the video, you can see the body language gets aggressive throughout the conversation. At a Petco!

Do not use there same day delivery , it's delivered by door dash and once the order is complete if it delivered to wrong address you will be told you need to contact door dash, door dash will tell you to contact the company.

Tasha, Sachine, and one other, hung up on me, did not call me back. 4th phone call, a demanded a supervisor; got Rakima, she was helpful~
I've been a Repeat Delivery customer for years. I was charged for my repeat delivery on 7/19/21, but no delivery?! Checked my online account, said being delivered til 3-5 business days from 7/27/21, waited & waited! Went to store and picked up dog food. Called customer service, hung up on "3" times, called for "4" time and told our dog food had been on back ordered!?! And did not ship til 8/3 & would not be delivered til 8/10!?! I canceled my account.

I place an online order with petco the store in Kendall 112014 SW 88st Miami fl 33186. They say they have a curbside available they give you a number they never answer the phone only today they answer and told me they out of staffs and no raincoat or umbrella to come outside. Why giving false advertising if you don't have a court site service. Every other store I been to that day curbside do provide that service.

To the person below me, any time you return an item using your credit or debit card, it takes your bank 3-5 business days to process. This is a normal process. Do not complain about a company withholding your money if you have proof of your return when it is YOUR BANK that holds it until it gets deposited


No I don't not work what petco or any pet store. This is just common sense

So many problems with petco and returns. I ordered a fence online about two or three weeks ago. It wasn't as tall as I thought it would be. I went yesterday and returned it, in store. They never even asked me why I was returning. No I'd just showed them my email on my phone, he asked me to swipe any card to credit the refund on I slid my card and that was it. Now as of today I haven't gotten money deposited into my account but that was just one day ago. So, not sure why so many give such problems.

Poor service on returns. Not so easy as advertised. I had purchased items during peak of COVID and tried to immediately return and was told we could not because of the pandemic. Then in the summer and fall, again the notice was not yet. I tried today and was told too late... now pasted the 60 day window. Customer service on phone was not able to resolve the matter and just said my computer won't allow me to do it. So I respectfully asked for his boss who may have better luck with how to deal with an easy return gone rouge

Ordered some vitamins to make my sugar glider's food before I collect him up this Friday. I literally typed in my current address, and paid with PayPal, AGAIN selecting my current address. I haven't been to Petco in years because they just don't carry much that I need anymore, so I haven't updated my info on the site since 2016 or so.

Lo and behold, they completely ignore my request twice on where it should be delivered, and sent it to the wrong place. I contacted support FIVE times. Each time I was told they cannot change the address, and assured me the driver would text me to let me know they were on their way.

Never got a text. In fact, I didn't even get an emailed receipt from Petco despite arguing with one of their support staff that I should have and was told it was because I wasn't subscribed to their mailing lists. 1. I was. 2. Their mailing list literally says in fine print underneath it that I'd still receive purchase related emails even if I wasn't subscribed.

Now it's been delivered to the wrong place, and I have no real proof of such, so they're refusing to refund me. :/ Now I have to go through PayPal. Absolutely ridiculous, man.

I live in benton Arkansas i purchase a dog timeout and ur store will not let me return this i tried to return 30 minutes after I got cause my husband had already got one and no luck i buy a lot from yall but will no longer do that when pets mart is just across the street and they do return
