Pogo Customer Service Complaints - page 3

I have been a POGO client for a very long time. Because my husband enjoyed playing I continued the yearly billing so he could enjoy playing. Since the payment came out through auto pay there is no question of timely payment. My complaint is one of customer service. Once they have your money they have no interest in treating as a valued customer. My auto renewal came through 8/19 and my husband died 8/27. I am going to cancel the subscription but regret that I will not be able to endorse this site. There is no way I can cancel the subscription as the questions asked don't apply and there is no way to contact a human. Every phone number I have tried is "no longer in service". To me this is just outright fraud.

I Have Played In Pogo For Years, It Wasn't Until Last Year That I Came To Realize That Pogo Was Taking Money Out Of My Accounts And There Was No Reason. I Am Starting Proceedings To Try And Get My Money Back But To Bring Charges Against Pogo. I Don't Know If This Will Even Get Into The Reviews, But I Would Like To Warn Others Of The Scamming That's Going On.

My account was renewed without my knowledg Ihave canceled the account. Still waiting for my refund of $61.00
Received a e-mail stating it was cancelled but nothing about refund.

My card was charged for something I know nothing about! I want this to stop!!! I never gave anyone permission to take money out of my bank account! I will be contacting my bank and filing necessary paperwork to stop this!

last week i was Wandering who was taking Money out of My Account and not letting me know about it and some boy or man said it would cost me $79.00 to Cancel my Subscription and i called my Bank and they told me who it was so they Deleted that Debit Card and Blocked it from anymore transactions and i Shredded my Debit Card so now i dont have one thanks alot from lola

on july 21 you're site was down for repairs, when I tried to play pogo games on july 22 when hitting the play button the address bar just flatters rapidly and nothing else happens it was fine up until that date. I have windows 7

i have been using Pogo for a Few Months but they Never would Let You Know when they were Taking Money out of My Account and i Called them and said Something about it and to Un subscribe and he Told me it would Cost me 79.00 Dollars to Unsubscribe and so i had to cut up my bank Card and change the Numbers on it so no unauthorized people could charge me its sad when People take Advantage of People who cant Work and it makes it Hard on us to live Month by Month.from lola

I have been with yall since the '90's but have decided that I no longer wish to use your services for several reasons one of which is half the games do not work properly, often some of the games with badges do not give credit because the system goes down for some reason or other and trying to contact pogo has been futile. In the past an email letting you know your membership was almost up was sent out to make customers aware of the charge. I did not know membership was due until the charge was on my card I immediately canceled my membership but have not found a way to contact you about the refund of my money this upsets me greatly since I have been locked out of pogo since the day I canceled and membership fees have not been returned this further insures me that i did the right thing by canceling my membership Now can I please have my money back..

I have played on your site for several years but have yet to join. I have been considering it lately but frankly the lag is so bad that it's causing me to rethink... when I play word whomp or do the crossword there are times I time out because of lag. I know you have a lot of users but in order to offer a paid service I think you need to upgrade your software. It's very very frustrating.

I joined Club Pogo about a week and a half ago. I was charged for the 3 months I asked for at $14.99 on June 9th. On June 17th I was charged $14.99 again. Why? that was only 7 days apart. I've written 2 emails in the last couple days and have had no response from you. I need to hear from you about crediting my account for the $14.99 or to cancel my membership. Thank you.

Very disappointed that I can not talk to a "live" person. Have filed numerous abuse reports on and all his pass names. He harasses players that tell about his cheating by "watching" them and if not muted tells what cards they have in their hand. Also has pass names that are vulgar and racist. Why does pogo allow him to continue as a member? Have a msg from a player that quit pogo on account of him that I can forward to you.

pogo has been a horrible experience for a lot of us the last few months we pay to play on this site games always freezing or we get booted we play in leagues and lose games because of poor service from pogo shame on you pogo

I have been trying to make contact with you for over a week now but come up against a blank wall at every attempt. I paid for Zumas revenge on May 31 order and you still have not sent the game. The whole runaround smells of fraudulent behaviour in taking money and not supplying the goods. I have dealt with Popcap for many years without the hassles and . but the actions of Pogo have assured me that my dealings with you have come to an end. It is the first and last time you will take my money fraudulently. I will also be referring the matter to the New Zealand Trade commission

Re Games requiring gems

This is a total rip off. You have them screwed up so tight it is impossible to do any thing but lose. This is supposed to be a fun channel but with your greed you have taken all the fun out of it. I'm talking about Bejewelled 2 and Peggle slots for example. Count me out.

Pogo is viewing too much nonsense in their channel such as chota bheem ,mighty raju and many more .

But it give all children a bad effect on them .
Then can veiw old programs such as oswald ,noddy ,takhesis castle ,little bunny ,mad etc.

I have been a paying customer for Pogo games for over fifteen years. I HATE the new format and want to go back to the old format - if that is not possible, I will probably drop my very active subscription. Is it possible to open POGO at the old format and pass the contest between teams playing games?

This is a joke pogo will take your money, but there is not a way to get a hold of anyone for help.
