Disconnected our service due to continued raising rates. Was told I had to pay the full amount of my bill when I disconnected 4 days into their cycle. Paid the bill and now I get a letter informing me I have a credit balance of $9.14. Contacted them today to find out how they reimburse credit balances... Spent 50 minutes on hold only to have unfriendly sounding representatives.
50 minutes on hold is not acceptable TDS.... have some "secret shopper" call your service line and listen to your representatives tone of voice. I imagine if I was looking to connect service I would have not been on hold that long.
No wonder people are opting out of your company.
