advice about installation problem took days and then it was patronising, ie watch youtube. it said nothing about needing an activation code.
It just keeps nagging me to 'purchase' one. I already did!.
Secondly, It's impossible to get through to customer support.

i have been a customer of substandard useless kaspersky for a 7 year term, it does not protect against trojans and viruses that infect and redirect internet, i have been trying to get corporate customer to respond in usa and only get a form letter = NOT ONE PERSONAL RESPONSE TO THIS LONG TERM PAYING CUSTOMER WHICH IS SHAMEFULL, I ENDED UP REMOVING 8 malware TROJANS from my program files (x86) MYSELF because KASPERSKY FAILED TO EVEN DETECT THEM = I SENT THE NAMES OF THESE IN MY MANY LETTERS ANS STILL NO RESPONSE ... WHAT AM I PAYING FOR ???

I used Kaspersky last year after the Computer Active recommendation. It was good. Last week I renewed and wished I hadn't. On every webpage I visit I get the popup box from Kaspersky that says: "Cannot establish encrypted connection". This happens every time. I called the free helpline; they could do nothing. They only wanted to sell me
another program that might help. Next time, I'll go elsewhere next time.

I just ordered a 2 year coverage of Kaspersky, once downloaded I received a message that my activation code was not updated. Call Kaspersky, they tried to sell me another anti-virus/firewall options for $300.00, I refused, the technician was rude, and asked why I called, and that I would not receive any virus support, and not receive a return on my purchase. Very unprofessional company, with poor technical service. Do not purchase their product.

My husband tried to call for a technical support because he was getting a message which says, data cannot be updated. Somebody who answered transferred him to a guy from India because we know of his accent. My husband told him he has a hearing problem. After a while of talking to my husband he became abusive , he has the audacity to call my husband and I quote, " most stupid idiot ". My husband is not a computer savvy. He has some basic knowledge, but when it comes to other technical problems he does not know that is why he called for help. I was listening to the conversation and I heard my husband hang up the phone and was very upset and angry at the remarks of that person. He called back again so this time i got the phone and talked to him nicely. I said you do not need to be in this job if you do not know about customer relationship. I said that is the reason why you people are there to give support to people who are not computer savvy. I asked him his name and he said, Jack Sparrow. I said I know that character from Pirates of the Carribbean. I feel insulted of his attitude and he kept repeating my husband is an idiot.I have never spoken that word to my husband at all for all these many years of our marriage.We just hang up on him and he kept calling back to insult us. Finally after the 4th time he called us we just ignore it. I have never dealt with anybody so rude and abusive with their language to their customer. I am still troubled with his comment. My husband has a heart problem and has high blood and i was worried about him when i saw him getting red and asked him what happened. And that was when he told me the guy called him the most stupid idiot. After awhile maybe 5 minutes we called again. This person answered and we told him what happened with the first call. My husband told him about the problem with his laptop. He was telling my husband that somebody has hacked his account and that we need to have it fixed by their technician. At this time he was talking to me because of my husband's hearing problem. I told him that we only used our computer for checking out emails, Face book, and basic things, we are not computer savvy. So when he suggested to have the computer fix for the amount of $199 and I said me and my husband will talk about it . He get angry and said you wasted my time. You and your husband are dumb.I said, I apologize for wasting your time but I said you are there for suppport and being paid to do the job. He said you and your husband are dumb, you know nothing. When we hang up he kept repeating you and your husband are dumb, get lost.I believe he is the same person that we talk to the first time because of the tone of his voice which is very abusive. Is this the kind of service your company give? I would appreciate it very much if your company can look into this problem.
deserve to be verbally abuse because we are not that computer literate. Why do you hire people that does not have customer relationship skill. You will be losing a lot of customers because of this. This incident happened at around noon time Feb.9. This employee does not deserve to be in this company. He brings shame and dishonor and will cause your company to lose clients. I recommend this employee to be disciplined or be fired. I bet you,I am not the only one that experience his rudeness and unprofessionalism.

I bought and installed the Kaspersky Internet Security Program. I cannot download program files. I have sent four emails to Kaspersky telling them that I cannot download files. They keep sending
me an email back telling me to go download a diagnostic file and send them a report. The solution they are offering is worthless because it is based upon my computer being able to download a file. How can I download file to find the problem when the problem is that I can't download files.

OMG I am so sick of this product. I cannot do anything on my PC I mine as well have it full of viruses because I cannot get anything done. I cannot even SINC my darn phone any longer with I tunes This product is a pain in my a... Lost hours and hours of work because it keeps disconnecting me form my WI FI. I will not even activate the other license and will not recommend this product and warn others. This is way to difficult and time consuming to use for someone who does not work with computers. I cannot even fill out applications for my new credit card but have to do it from my phone. This is insane!!

Bought the "full Monty" in a renewal after 10 years of Kaspersky becomming less and less usable by me on my computers - have had to turn off functions more and more and the virtual keyboard and safe money are now directly competing with Microsoft & Windows security functions - hours on the damn phone line to India and neither could I understand the helper or his supervisor but nothing matched my problems - now I am fed up trying to get my money back end this relationship

I just bought a 1-year subscription of their Anti-Virus 2015 product (1 year, 3 PCs, for $59.95. It is running now and indicates that it is 30-day trial licence.

Am in the middle of a "war" with this company. Have been using their software for many years with no issues. But I downloaded Internet Security 2015 and the activation code just disappeared from the program. I got that back into the correct spot and tried to re-enter my information to register the program. My password doesn't work anymore, and the form won't accept my secret question answer. I've gotten four links for resetting my password and the techs apparently aren't reading that it's not the password that's the issue..it's the secret question answer. The form won't accept it. I've asked for a refund of my money since part of what I paid for is the online help should I need it. But without proper registration I can't use the online tech support. This is a mess and I will never use this program again. Their tech support is horrid!!!

I have been using Kaspersky Internet Security for 3 years. A few days ago I bougt new licence for 1 year. I tried to activate my licence on KIS 2013. However, licence required newer version of KIS. Hence I installed KIS 2015. After installing KIS 2015, my printer via LPT port is blocked. I contacted Kaspersky Technical Support, they were so uninterested about the problem. It has been 5 days, since I first contacted to the support team. They didnt solve the problem and wasted my time. One day, they said we will send you an article about the problem, the other day I called the technical support and they said "We forgot to send you". At the end they said "The problem is not due to Kaspersky, we cannot help you".

About the problem;
Just before I installed KIS2015, the printer was working perfectly. I installed KIS2015, printer stopped working. Today, I restore my windows to just before the installation of KIS2015 and the problem is gone.

I am disappointed with Kaspersky Technical Support.

I bought a year long antivirus with activation code and it worked for a month. Then the product disappeared from the PC. The lame technical support guy sent me a link that only gave me a 30 day trial.The second Indian I talked to was even worse that the first one. I'll never buy this production again

Kaspersky has many issues with both their site and their customer service. Even the simples things require having the issue escalated. This escalation can take days to have anything get resolved if it ever does.

I installed the software in my msi desktop and my system a\has failed to operate since then.It is just not responding and I wonder if kaspersky is the biggest and the most harmfull virus!!

I bought Kaspersky from you got charged for two orders and every time I wanted to activate and get the Key up activate and by now I got fedup getting Emails from you ( we are at War now ) when I told you I only wanted on License no answer all I now bye got activate my Laptop is now gone High wire because I uninstallt you .
I wan't a refund for the two Payments you took out of my Bank one For £34.00 and one for £ 28.00
I will never touch your Site again,will by from McAfee and just wan't my Refund.

Worst customer service. The company is a fraud. They sell you expired licenses and ask you to pay to give you a working license. They have to be investigated.

I tried to get a code from Kaspersky technical support, but was unsuccessful (I still have 50 days left on my service contract); in fact they offered a specialist @ $146.00 to clean up my laptop & who would also re-install the program! This to me is unethical!

They always shows urgency to close ticket without giving proper solution. Even they disconnects the phone if tech think its a complicated issue. No Coordination between
support staff and they fight each other pin point others. They never resolved any complicated issues for us so far, once you implement Kaspersky in your network you are in a trap. Its a great product but support sucks. If you are planning for your corporate network please don't consider this product.

Ordered product online product loaded but said not active. Called tech support they
are located in India. Tech support said
program would not work tried to get my order cancelled same day as web site advised the problem is no matter what you
ask you are again routed in a circle this
a great bait switch machine good luck getting a refund. Pc Magazine recommended this guys they should be discounted for their knowledge based on these complaints.

For two months prior to the annual expiration of my antivirus, I receive a repeated, annoying notice prompt every time I open my computer, reminding me to renew my subscription. I finally broke down and purchased a renewal after a month of reminders hammered onto my screen hoping the reminders would stop, but they didn't. I held out and activated the renewal on the exact date of the expiration of my old software only to discover they started my 1 year subscription on the date of purchase, thus automatically losing 28 days of service. My repeated online complaint attempts using their product support VIRTUAL AGENTS blanked out before or during sending my complaint. After hours of repeated fuss. Finally, I used their direct email to request either my 28 days of service returned or cancel my renewal. Two days later I receive an email response providing long, time consuming instructions to cancel my subscription. Their CS and marketing is dirty rotten chicken @*%&.

Horrible technical support. 50 minutes on hold. I had to go through 3 people before someone actually helped. The first 2 people had absolutely no clue what they were doing. Total time on phone 3 hours 40 minutes for something that was ultimately fixed by the 3rd person in under half an hour.
