I placed 200 hundred orders as holiday gifts for my clients, and they messed up almost all of them. They never shipped many, shipped the wrong product to the wrong addresses. They refuse to send me order confirmation and tracking on all my orders. Most importantly they refused to take responsibility for any of their errors. They were HORRIBLE. Order from anyone else, but them. I have never seen a more disorganized company in my life. They took my money and never delivered. That is called FRAUD!! Stay Away and BOYCOTT their products. Give your money to starving children instead of LEGO!!

Very bad at correspondence and confirming orders. Ordered LEGO items OVER 3 days ago... yet written statement said, I would receive confirmation no later than 3 HOURS!!! I sent an e-mail asking for confirmation and shipping and STILL I RECEIVED NOTHING!!! Lego Customer Service is VERY BAD!!! I will NEVER use Lego.com for orders, ever again.

No Damaged Goods Return Shipping Labels for Lego.com Purchases to Australia.

Lego must be desperate for new business, they now appear to be offering permanent free shipping to Australia for purchases over $150. I have made two such purchases. On both occasions Lego packed my orders so badly I received damaged goods. The first time it was a free poster, for which they sent a replacement. The second shipment consisted of a large Lego set plus 2 key chains plus free Splinter key chain. Lego put the key chains loose in the box, then the large set face down directly on the key chains. No protection at all. This shipment was guaranteed to arrive damaged. Upon contacting Lego and requesting return shipping label, I was told they have no return label system for Australia, and that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself. Now considering Lego already charge Australian customers approximately double what Americans pay for Lego, it seems incredible to expect us to pay again for damaged goods. Amazon does the right thing, why cant Lego.

Lego's pricing policy is, to put it kindly, abusive and short-sighted. To wit: Placed an order for item1228, for $179.99. Found out item not available before Christmas; decided to cancel. Learned next day that item is available after all, but only at Lego's Rockefeller Center store. Went there and was informed that item would cost me $197.99. Reason given for difference? "To help pay for store rental." In other words: Lego starves their online order system and makes the "unavailable" item available at a premium. This must be a new version of the old "bait and switch" scam, except that it should be called differently. What about "bait and sting"? Legality of this procedure seems questionable.

Customer service is horrible. They just do not want to have to work to resolve any issues. They know people will buy their products, so they just do not care. Most horrible customer service ever:(

ordered 62 VW Bus online...small credit card address glitch....strightened out and told them to proceed (after being on hold for 30+ minutes)...just wanted to make sure they hel the unit from the day before since it was now on back order. Was told it would be and I added that I dont want it if I cant get it before Christmas...they understood...said they had it and no problem. Email on back order til the 37th...wrote custome svc 2 days ago...no email form them just one saying the order is on back order and it was all set...still no cust svc reply after 3 days

I have been collecing your vouchers from the sun for lego.I cannot get some of the items. Every shop sold out. I am vert very dissapointed.The ones I am not able to get are pharaoh's quest, desert rover, skeleton chopper, dragon fight, starwars X wing. It is very unfair As i have traveled quite some miles to collect these. I am collecting these to help raise money for our football club. not very happy

Ordered Lego Mindstorm NXT. Lego.com let it sit for a week without contacting customer. Lego.com not reachable via e-mail (link disconnected) or phone ( recorded message only on three support numbers ) for 5-days prior to Christmas. Customer service with order non-existant! Another case of a company that has gotten too big and as a result complacent.

They delayed shipping an order by almost a week, then instead of expediting the delivery that sent it via slowest method possible.
