I ordered from Wendy's in Key West on July 7th online. They only sent part of my order but charged me for the entire order. I called the store, they would not help me. So I called the number on the back of the receipt and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes someone finally answered. I told them what had happened and after repeating my information 3 times they finally gave me a case number and told my my money would be refunded in 14 days. Still waiting for my refund. Called again today.. waited on hold for 30 minutes- even with a case number they said they would have to look into it. Waited on hold another 10 minutes and they said they were still looking into it.

I feel this is some type of scam by Wendy's- kind of like Insurance Companies. Do not respond, make false promises, do not respond again. I will never eat at another Wendys' and I will be adding this review to as many sites as I can find.

I purchased a medium coffee this am
8/4/23. The coffee was not even full about an inch and half down! So prices are higher and you don't get a full cup? How is that even fair to customers?

Jonathan waited on me and my friend. He does not speak. His words to me were what do you want. He makes us feel like he hates to wait on us. We are both seniors and get free small drink. He will throw the cuos. Just a very rude person. Was there Aug.1st at 11:02 a.m. I never did get my coffee with my order. He treats alot of people this way.thank you for lustening

Went to Wendy's in Hartsville today and service was awful. Had one on the register and about eight in line. Not only that she had to fix the bags as we stood there if we would ever get waited on. She was overwhelmed but no one said sorry for your wait or nothing. Seem to be maybe three others waiting on the window. We were on the inside and never seen such unorganized. I probably will not go back and that's always been our go to place. Need to hire more people and train them all. Sad, sad.

I was just at the Wendys restaurant at 2434 Highway 6&50 in Grand Junction, CO, restaurant number 00003735. I went through the drive through and ordered one medium combo with everything on it, one medium combo no pickle, no tomato, lime coke and a classic chicken sandwich. When we got home what we had was a classic chicken sandwich, a SPICY CHICKEN sandwich with NOTHING on it but a bun instead of the classic combo hamburger. The classic combo hamburger with no pickle/ no tomato had FRIED ONION RING crumbs and a pickle on it. Both orders of fries tasted old and were very short fries, like they were at the bottom of a bag. When we drove into the parking lot at 6pm on July 24,2023 there were NO cars visible in the parking lot or drive through. I thought the restaurant was closed!! We placed our order through the drive through and drove around to pick the order up. There was one car at the window getting their order. It took a few minutes to get our order out. I can't believe the staff at restaurant #00003735 could get this order SOO screwed up with NO ONE in the parking lot or drive through!! I have gone to this particular Wendey's for years and never had such a bad or screwed up meal. I won't be back and will tell the people I know about this very bad experience. My wife stopped at 145 talcottville rd. Vernon ct. Ordered a couple of Dave's singles where you bought one at full price and got the second one for $1
Frances, the cashier was having trouble
Processing the ordered and after repeating the order back to her I I ended up with just one single. When II asked why the manager Brandon said I would have to order a additional single to get the additional single for a $1. I explained I did that with that with the original order and Frances obviously didn't know how to enter it. Said he couldn't help me. Really? Wow. Someone needs to clean up this store. Including the small 3 ft puddle of water on the floor.

Wendy's is the only fastfood restaurant that I have check my bag twice before leaving the drive thru. They always forget to put food item, sauces, dressings, etc. The food is not cheap- I would like to get what I paid for.

I got to go to the first Wendys and on the first day they were open. It was great.

Today I went to the Wendys on West Broad in Columbus Ohio. The snotty person behind the counter told me to go to the kiosk and place my order. I asked him if the kiosk accepted cash, he said no then realizing I was correct for being in line. He then said Wendys prefers payment with a card,,,, i then told him Wendys prefers the card because they don't trust their employees with cash.

Never eat at Wendy's again. Charged$11.92 for a Baconator combo. Had one beef patty and I did not order son of baconator. Staff was rude and talked down to me. I forget more everyday than your your young punk employees will ever know. Very rude little children. Not another dime to Wendy's ever.

Today I went Wendy's Columbia City In.I ordered a Dave's single it was good my ordered baconater fries some of the fries were still frozen.I am diabetic I ordered water and I got a soft drink I almost choked.unless major changes are made I won't be back.

Good afternoon, I would like to start by saying that I have been coming to Wendy's. 4039 Curtis Rd. Jacksonville Nc. I have witness insubordination from one of the Manager their name Lori. Lori consistently yells at her employees. No matter what position you are in, in order to receive respect, you have to give it. There is no respect given from Lori. I have witnessed this behavior for months at this Wendy's from this Manager. Lori makes it a hostile work environment for the employees there. I feel the employees may not report her due to not wanting to be retaliated against. I'm hoping that this is not how Wendy's company allow their employees to be treated by Management.

Wendy's on Broadw, in Dry Ridge, need to train there employees better. Ordered two double stacks, one without a bunch, for allergies, and asked Todd lettuce and tomato. She said they don't give senior drinks, so I said two said two small, please. Paid $16.00 for one Burger was okay, the other one was just laying there with a pickle and a piece of onion, and no lettuce. Never to return. We go to our local Wendy's twice a week, but never had such a service.


So, very disappointed, and will start going to Burger King.

We visited a Wendy's in Jacksonville IL last Friday I waited at least 10 min in line to place order and then that long again to receive my order. Food was cold. Restaurant was dirty. No paper towels in one of the bathrooms and the other had no hand soap. Absolutely disgusting!!!

I'm leaving this review because Wendy's at 1755 North Main is constantly stating their frosty machine is down/needs to be clean, or they claim it's not working. Multiple times I've ordered off Uber Eats to have food delivered from Wendy's. Either items are missing or the food is cold. Last night I placed an order between 11:30pm -12am.. I ordered 1 burger, 1 chicken sandwich and 2 medium frosty's. (Abel) the Uber driver, texted me stating Wendy's didn't make my frosty because their machine was (Off). The audacity, I paid for 2 medium frosty's and I received nothing in return. They didn't even bother to substitute the items, they literally pocketed my money. This is about principles, this isn't right. Uber won't give me a refund, Uber said I have to take it up with Wendy's. Ofc I called the store at least 7 times today, no one is answering the phone. I know I'm not the only customer that's dealt with this issue. Wendy's and Uber has stolen my money multiple times by not rendering services paid for. I'll be filing a claim with my bank to get my money back.

On Sunday morning, May 28th, 2023, I had a bad experience at the Wendy's store located at Durbin Park in Jacksonville. I placed my order through the drive-thru, but was given the wrong order. When I returned to ask about the order, the staff appeared to be struggling with the order and seemed to lack proper training. I was asked to wait for my food again, but was given the wrong order once more. When I asked to speak to the manager, he was extremely rude and inappropriate. He even scared my children with his behavior. He refused to give me my order through the window and asked me to go outside to pick it up from a table. The restaurant was also not clean, and I believe the health department should investigate the way it is being run. I strongly advise against visiting this Wendy's location.

Wendys in Pine Bluff Arkansas at 2910 Pines Mall will take your money but never, never ever gives a receipt. Their excuse is " our printer is not working." This has gone one for months. You will never get a receipt.

I Have A Comment About All The Negative Comments Wendy's Is Receiving About The Service. I So Agree!!! Lousy Customer Service, Bait And Switch Biggie Meals And The Corporate Office No Longer Seems To Exist...number Is Just A Fast Busy. Tells Me That Wendy's Just Might Be Headed For A Shutdown. My husband and I WERE loyal Wendy's fans of the grilled chicken sandwich. We take our grandson every Friday. My husband tried the new grilled chicken wrap. He said it was terrible. Until you bring back the grilled chicken sandwich we will be going to the Burger King down the road. Very, very disappointed.

Be careful when you go through the drive through i used my credit card to pay for food, my order was 10.70 and got charge, a total of 23 dollars more. and he knew he did it,i ask for my recipt. said he needed it, for the register run off, went to bank, and check sure enough he added 23oo to my bill.This was the one in lincolnton north carolina the Wendy on mainstreet. A guy did it.they did give my money back easy. but didn't sy to much about him stealing it out of y card. thought that was not much for a manager,
