Went to Wendy's easley, sc. Ordered 2 small burgers with fries. Got home and no fries. Staff does not check tickets. This could have been avoided if they knew what they were doing. Will not get my food there Ever!!!

Just came from Wendy's on Cerrillos Rd in Santa Fe NM I ordered fries they were over cooked and cold I also ordered a fish sandwich and added tomatoes that too was over cooked and cold not to mention no tomatoes

I came to Wendy's Garners Rd. Columbia 29209 by the plaza with Foodlion (just remodeled). I feel this need to work on its customer service on the front end. The cashier just looked at customers when they came up. I wasn't handed a receipt. I watch them bag food up for customers put it on the counter and not let the customer know there food was ready.

Surge pricing???? No thanks I will be going elsewhere. Why would something at one p m cost more than something at seven p m??? Don't you make enough money enough profit??? I will not be eating at Wendy's anymore. I will go to your competitor McDonald's Burger King sonic. Whatever how greedy can wendy's get????

Houston 2/25/24, 5916 Richmond Store.
An Ohio girl I spent over 20 years in Columbus and was always proud of our test market and Wendy's, when they were the real thing. This Sunday I picked up 2-large chilis, without cheese & onions because these are now extra charges. The 2-containers were put in a brown bag. I propped them behind my carrying case for stability. I hit a bump and the tissue paper thin bag dumped over and into my case, all over the make-up bag, clothing, front passenger seat. Small bump jarred them.I was still in the parking lot. This was 12:44p. only one car and me; no business, no rush.
Order taker tried to help but cheap paper napkins will not do the trick. She tried. Bottom line, the chili packer did not secure the lid! Sloppy!
Words were passing inside between the order taker and the packer. I received 2-replacements in another brown bag, inserted into a Wendy's plastic bag. Very upsetting for such a small order.
What really ticked me off I called the corporate in Columbus and that number is not working an obviously won't be working. It is the same number listed on the internet in hundreds of places. The complaint number is not working and you are being pushed to deal with complaints electronically...no longer people available and obviously no longer interested. Not only was there the mess but the chili was so watered down there was no taste. I simmered it for about 40 minutes. STILL NO TASTE. I am a Chef AND I question IF IT WAS MEAT... To save money are they are using fake meat now? looks like beef, bulk and NO Taste. This is the second problem I have had at a Wendy's. The soft serve used in floats. Just plain nasty like the chili. Nobody is interested and a woman can't even do her job to put a lid on correctly. Good Luck Wendy's. You don't care about Customer Service; I no longer care about you and that was my last trip to any Wendy's anywhere. What am I eating? I intend to post this with the BBB and on my FB account. Lousy and nobody cares. No apology either! I have photos of the mess.

Anyone wondering why Wendy's restaurants are going down hill just go to Zephyrhills Florida location. Cold food slow service and bad service.

The most dishonest experience I've had right after I ate at Carl's Jr and Wendy's is as bad. The pictures and the food I got absolutely are not the same and I found this to be unethical and I will never go back and I don't know how these people stay in business. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Anonomys Wendy's in berlingturnpike in hartford CT they have no care for the workers dining room cold as an ice cube costumers are complaining and workers are getting sick constantly then they get upset when employees are calling out cuz there sick and people working in there sick too no consideration at all this Wendy's need someone to go and check how cold that place is now .

Wendy's restaurant SAND SPRINGS is slow this is supposed to be fast food it's not, and they charge the price as if it wasn't fast food. They told us " they are short handed is the reason why we have been stuck in a drive thru line you cannot get out of, they are always short handed

I had a bad experience tonight at the Avon Park Wendy's after I got my order and drove all the way home I was missing food I tried calling but no one would answer the phone I drove all the way back went inside told the person at the counter and he went and got my food that was left out of my order not a fresh on no apology or anything not very personal I feel I should of got fresh hot food but nothing

After standing line for 10 minutes while orders were caught up I watched (who seemed like the manager) use her gloves to enter information on screen and then with same gloves prepare burgers. I decided to leave. It's certainly not sanitary

I just left the Wendys by Fort Jackson South Carolina.
Yall might as well board that place up. I have never in my life seen such slow moving and lazy workers in my life.
The person taking the orders at the counter takes one order at a time then goes and stands and watches that order be made. once the order is made, he walks back and gives it to the customer then takes the next persons order. Everyone there is moving more slowly than I have ever seen a person move except those on heroin.
i walked out without ordering. it took eight minutes to serve two people in line ahead of me and I was sixth in line
So sad. I was a friend of Dave Thomas and he would not have ever imagined such an operation
The drive through line was out into the road and was not moving

I was told they couldn't take my order because of shift change. I asked how long is the wait and was told 15 min so I said ok ill just wait. Then was told to get out of line and park because I'm running the timer in the drive through up and they can't take my order. I get it sometimes working sucks but to just not wanna do your job at all is terrible.

Wendy's customer service in Vineland NJ went completely downhill.

Several days ago I ordered cheese (fries which were cold and dry as if they were sitting around for a long time).

This seems to be a regular habit of the Wendy's on Delsea Drive in Vineland (near Park avenue).

The other Wendy's ( located on Main road in Vineland New Jersey ) also serves old food.
Their junior cheeseburgers were very dried out (like hard hockey pucks) & the bread stale.

I suppose they figured that the children would not know any better to complain about how bad that food was


And Wendy's customer service lines are all unreachable because their mailbox is full for days on end.
Bon voyage Wendy's.

I will go to your competition to eat instead instead.

I had a horrible experience. As a single mom of 2 toddlers...I contacted corporate and they did not refund me or even help me! They just prettyuch told me I had to have that Wendy's app ( I'm not huge into electronics..) They would give me free points to use. I decided ok, my kids love the food so I'll do it. It's been 3 weeks. They still put nothing on it. I emailed them and received no email back ..I have been a customer here forever. We had _20 of missing food, the service was horrible. Employees were rude and arguing with me as my toddlers cried in the back seat. I showed them I was missing food. They refused to replace it and said it was in there.. The employees were all playing around then began laughing at me. My brother in law had just passed away the evening before.... Everything was just not right that week..I hate that made it worse...Thank you for not caring about loyal customers.... especially corporate.I used to work at Publix. This is not how a franchise is ran...

The gal that took my order was very unfriendly no hello, can I take your your, no smile, cash or credit. I ordered a cheese burger it was terrible. The meat was dry & old my burger looked like it was thrown together with no dressing no taste at all. I will never go back again to the restaurant on Route 66 Flagstaff AZ. Your commercials are great the food is not.

A great value as always. The Biggie meal, with Chicken BLT, large fries,large drink and the improved nuggets have a great flavor and make for wallet friendly meal when compared with other fast food places including Wawa & Quick check.
The service is as good or better than other fast food places.

If you go anywhere else, you'll get less for your money.

Good evening, I was trying to do something different tonight. And the food was not great ? ? just sorry food. I not sure what happened to the chicken sandwich. However it has changed. And not for the better. I ask for tomatoes and lettuce. Just a small piece of lettuce. Just to much money for what they give to us. The Hamburger was good. Thank you for hearing my comments.

PLEASE go back to making Taco Salad as large as you made it back in the 80s,NOT so small as you're making it now. I'm glad it's back, but it's now very small (like an appetizer). I would have to order 3 Taco Salads now,to equal the one you previously made. We love Wendy's! Lots of delicious items to choose from, but disappointed with the size of your salads. Personally,I wouldn't mind paying a bit more for a 'Dinner Size' salad (but that's just me). May I please hear back from you regarding my request?

Wendy's....

How COULD you?!??

How could you take away our FAVORITE Wendy's item of all time?? We have been lifelong patrons of Wendy's and enjoy your food very much. The one item that we especially love is the Southwest Chicken Avacado Salad. It was perfection in a bowl!! The combination of ingredients topped off with the divine southwest ranch dressing was the stuff from which legends are made! It was the one item I looked forward to treating myself to once a week after work and it NEVER disappointed, even when the portion sizes decreased. That flavor combination was absolutely second to none and was the PERFECT meal. But now it's gone...

I understand costs rise, demand changes, new things must be tried, and menu items can't stay stagnant, BUT...you guys are one of the ONLY fast food chains still serving amazing salads and have a corner on that niche of the market (at least in my area). It's a shame that you are taking away the BEST salad of your selection and replacing it with a more common salad. People who love salads and want options LOVE Wendy's for the varied choices AND the AMAZING quality. I'm sure we will continue to go to Wendy's and order salads, but it won't be the same without our ALL-TIME FAVORITE on the menu anymore. I sincerely hope that you will consider bringing it back soon!!

I know you advertise hot fries but I can honestly say that I never get anymore than warm fries at Wendy's. You have fries that would be the best if there were hot when served. I don't like McDonald's fries because they are thin and loose heat really fast.

Just witnessed one of the most impressive young man working the cash register at Wendy's # 00005590 in Springfield MO. My receipt says my "Host" is Kayden so perhaps that is his name. He had 2 extremely hard customers in a row, 1st one elderly and confused, 2nd one special needs both received kindness and patience above and beyond ! This kid needs to be a Manager !

I had an amazing experience with Elena from the Palatine, Il restaurant. She was accommodating, professional, and informational. She assisted my guest and I in a manner that was unexpected, and she made our day!

The Wendy's on 22nd Ave in meridian ms has the best customer service. I'm so glad I stopped by there on 9/28/19 .The staff were very friendly and nice.My food was great and it was hot and fresh

I have been to the Wendy's on Mineral Spring Ave in North Providence RI 3 times.
I believe it is the MANAGER, an older women who is ALWAYS friendly,helpful
caring. The Kids not so much but she makes up for it. She is an asset to Wendy's

I want to compliment a manager named Marc (I believe) who runs the Wendy's in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois on Summit/Midwest Road. His voice was kind and polite. I was having a tough day and having someone who is polite, considerate and easy to understand was very comforting. Thank you for hiring him. He should teach classes on how to greet people in the drive-up.

On March 6, our small dog (Henry) jumped out of the car at the Cracker Barrel Restaurant in Anderson, SC. He ran through the parking lot of surrounding restaurants and hotels and up into a wooded area before reappearing in the drive-thru lot of Wendy's #5204. A staff member at Wendy's saw us trying to catch our dog and came out to help. He was soon joined by two more staffers, and after much cajoling (complete with chicken nuggets for bait), Henry was caught.

It is with heartfelt gratitude that we wish to recognize AARON JAMES, MARLENE and TEDDY at Wendy's Store #5204 in Anderson, SC for their kindness and amazing patience. We offered each of them a small monitary reward for their assistance, however, they refused stating that they were all dog lovers and were happy to help. Had these three people not taken time to come to our aid, it was likely that we would have returned home to NC without our dog.

Please make it a point to share our sincere appreciation to Aaron James, Marlene and Teddy. Employees like these three are an asset to your company and to their community.

I was in your restaurant at 1880 Rockbridge Road, Stone Mountain, GA on February 8, 2017. A young man named Takeem helped me and the manager of the store is a young man named Daniel. Both of these young men were so gracious and nice to me. Management should know about this and this is why I am sending this to you. I can only say good things about both of them during my time in the restaurant. Maybe they will continue their climb through management in your corporation.

On Saturday, January 28 we were traveling through Hellertown, PA (RT 78) near Allentown. We stopped at Wendy's for lunch around 1:15 and had to go inside since the drive thru was out of service. Once inside we found their whole computer system was down. That did not stop them for servicing the line inside QUICKLY - One person writing orders on the paper bags and yelling them into the kitchen, while people scrambled without complaining on doing things manually. Manny at store #2082 did an outstanding job! Writing the orders, adding the totals up (without looking at the menu board mind you)AND... WITHOUT using a calculator to add it up or to make change!!! KUDO's to this man! I often do not go to fast food places anymore because the young people look at you funny when you hand them dollar bills and change! Can't even say thank you or even crack a smile. Geez your job is really hard! We shook Manny's hand and thanked him for doing a great job and also said so to his team. THIS IS THE WAY it should be!

my first go at an order of chili-cheese fries and shared with my wife left us on the far end of
disappointment blvd. in a cul-de-sac.the problem is not with the fries,rather that goop poured atop,the yellowish-orange stuff
what is supposed to resemble cheese sauce. it might even cheez wiz that
is flavored a little differently.
holy cow folks,does any one there ever eat this stuff or only sell it

My complaint is from an employee perspective I work at the Wendy's in Mattoon Illinois. We have these 3 employees who treat other co- workers really bad! The 3 of them get together on a shift and just try to tear you down for no reason at all! Really they try to control who they work with and who they don't work with and if you go the manager about them she does nothing they control her also! So it's a loose loose situation. The employee 's are Heather Nicolas, sierra Brandenburg, Chastity price- Eskers. As young man working I just wanted to be treated with dignity and respect. A lot of us agree with me about the three of them. And it needs to stop! Not to mention chastity is a shift manager condoning this activity and joins in. If you could bring this to Melissa clines attention this would be great. Thank you

I was in your Hogansville, GA location and observed workers who had been at work since 6:00 in the morning, who were not given a break at 2:00 in the afternoon. I am a HR director and I know that is a violation. Then the manager is so rude and very unprofessional to her staff, who told a worker I don't care if you don't get a break. I will be contacting someone about this. If you go and audit your store you will see employees working 9 hrs without a break.

I think the world has change and on these days there are so many people with bad habits
and going crazy at their jobs and in public places.
It is about time Wendy's begin the process of back ground and drug use checks.
You don't know who you are working with.
My daughter was working in the East stroudsburg, PA she was locked in the frezzer several
times by the manager himself, they will send her to clean the garbage on the bathroom floor with paper towels, she was only 17 when she began the job and as soon as she turned 18 the put her to work nights sending her to take the garbage out and locking her outside and the higher manager GEORGE told her nothing I can do SHAWN is the BIG MANAGER best FRIEND if you don't like it leave and that is what she did.
But I feel that harassement and that is illegal in The United States I know the changes will no longer help my daughter but somebody should take care of it before a big lawsuit comes your way in my case I am glad she had that experience this will teacher her how important it is to get an education and work in a better place cause
WENDY's is the first place hiring and having manager without and education.
HOPE SOMEBODY READ THIS!!!!!

Hello , i am trying to get a hold of someone about a form of discrimination. From Wendy's in saint Albans wv, i applied for a position there. and got an email saying the were interested, then found out they decided not to highrt me cause two employees said they would quit, if i was hired, i am going to get in touch with my attorney . Over the matter, that is a form of discrimination. I never thought that Wendy's was like that, they just lost a potential employee who would have made an excellent asset to your company, i have experience in customer service, management , also in lost prevention, i just wanted to let you know your founder Dave Thomas wouldn't treat people like that,
