Absolute garbage. Do not get suckered in to taking their software for a 'Trial' spin either. Because if you do and decide to uninstall it, a search in your Windows Registry will reveal hundreds of 'locked' and 'hardened' Acronis entries that are not only unnecessary for the operation of Acronis, they are malware that is impossible to remove even with specialist tools such as Registry Assassin. These malevolent entries not only prevent you from installing any other disc imaging utility, but will gradually slow your PC, cause irreconcilable errors, and cause increasing numbers of BSODs where before, there were none. The solution? Do not waste 1 second on their Customer Service. Just save all the data you can to another drive, reformat the infected drive to NTFS and do a clean install of Windows. These people are the scum-of-the-earth.

I just purchased [true image 2014} two days ago. I cannot get the product installed completely. When the install process asked me to update, it ask again for a serial number. It will not accept the one off the box. I tried going for SUPPORT, no such luck there.
The person writing the quick start guide has made it so very difficult to follow.
JUST WHAT IS THE CUSTOMER TO DO, HOW CAN ONE GET THROUGH TO CUSTOME SUPPORT?

Do not buy Acronis. The back ups seldom complete correctly and when they do, you cant trust that the back up will be recoverable.
Most importantly, customer service is a joke.
If you manage to navigate their "support" maze all the way to an actual human, don't expect the person on the other end to be intelligible.
Just don't abuse the poor soul. Everyone else already is.

Acronis very confusing software, does not give you step by step on how to image and retore foe new hard drive installation. There is no tech support I am only sorry I did not purchase some other product. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY OTHER PRODUCT!!

This is one of those companys with a website that frustrates you at every turn when you want customer support. Poorly thought out and makes you redo the form several times before you can find some avenue for support. I say do not buy from this company unless you really like their products and must put up with this kind of crappy service.

Acronis website says that, for particular products, within 30 days of purchase "you may request a full refund from Acronis for any reason". The product I purchased doesn't work but when I applied for a refund, as they had promised, they refused point blank. This sort of behaviour is against the law and against normal standards of decent behaviour. Their support staff won't answer any of my questions. They simply refer me to irrelevant links on their website links and ask for error logs even though I'm not actually experiencing any errors. The staff seem to lack the technical skills s and common sense to diagnose problem situations. Perhaps the staff (wherever they are based) simply don't have the language skills to interpret customer communications. They don't even display the normal levels of politeness one expects from modern customer contact staff. Don't see much evidence of supervision or quality control.

Makes there stated mission "Our mission is to create Customer success " sound cynical if not plain ridiculous
