We were in the Arby's in Richmond Hill, Ga. Today and we were both so very impressed with the young lady working the front register. Her name is Brenda Allen and she is such an asset to Arby's Sh greeted every customer with a big smile and hello and I was sitting with my back to her but could hear the smile in her voice. You are very lucky to have this young lady there. I did try to call the store to speak with the manager but got no answer. I just had to let someone what a gem you have working at the Richmond Hill, Ga Arby's

I am leaving this comment today because I was greeted by a cheerful and very friendly staff at one of your stores today during lunch. Store #0003 in Akron ohio. The entire staff was very polite and friendly. I want to give a special shout out to Suzanne. She seemed to enjoy her work a lot, she is very friendly and outgoing. She is worth a raise. The ideal type of employee.

Hi I'm a regular customer at the Arbys on windward parkway in alpheretta and just wanted to share what a pleasure it was today having Jessica take my order she was very nice and helpful for giving me options which I never knew existed with my meal great job.

The shift manager in the Merritt Island location her first name was Amber.Not sure of her last name due to her running around like crazy making sure orders came out in a timely fashion. They only had her and another employee 8/7/16 at 5:30pm working very hard during rush. I wanted to mention what an outstanding experience we had because of Amber still having a friendly demener during a stressful time. Give that woman a raise!! She deserves it!!

On July 31st 2016 my 89 year old father and I stopped at Arby's in Mason, Michigan. As soon as they saw me getting a wheel chair out, they were right at the doors, holding them open for us. They also carried our order to the table without being asked and were right at the doors when they saw us preparing to leave! How wonderful! It renewed my faith some in the younger work force.

Had a horrible meal at Abby's in Clifton heights...meatballs were cold and gray.service was good they were short handed at dinner time...

My daughter and I stopped at Arby's on Fields Ertle Road Tuesday around lunch time on July 26th, 2016. The lady taking orders was very professional and nice. We were greeted with a smile and she took our order and got it out as fast as possible. Her name is Joy and she remained pleasant and composed during this time. My bill came to about $12 and I gave her a $20 and told her to keep the change for being so kind to us. It just seemed like the store needed more help. Joy was very sweet and did everything she could to get our lunch to us.

On Monday July 25th, I was a customer in your store on Fields Ertle and the lady working the register was very busy multitasking and her name tag said "Joy". She was pleasant and welcoming and made a shake for me and packed up a cherry turn over. I told her it was very hard to multitask without getting frustrated. She, however, maintained a friendly demeanor and smiled throughout my purchase. She seemed to handle the stress of the situation with ease. The situation was that they were extremely busy and she was handling many different transactions and filling many roles and kept a calm, friendly composure during the entire time.

I visited the Arby's on fillmore in colorado springs earlier, and I just wanted to reach out and say that I received amazing service from a lady named Nan in the drive through. She was so sweet, I have never received such amazing service through a drive through any other place I have ever been. She was awesome.

In Porter, TX you own the star jewel in your crown of success. The manager JIM is creme de la creme of a store greeting me like royalty as all customers are. The food is fresh, scrumptious, correctly prepared. The immaculate conditions in the lovely interior are inviting. Jim's supervision is constant and superior. I sent many RV-ers from all over who later thanked me for such a great DELI, vs fast food eatery referral. Jim really works hard to maintain this great Arby's. Please tell him.

The crew and manager on duty went above my expectations yesterday 6/8/16 around 630 pm. My son had recently broke his foot and is in a cast. My family had stopped in for dinner last night. After we had ate the manager came out with some different toys and said because my 6 yr old summer was ruined do to being in a cast she was giving him these toys. He had a smile from ear to ear. That really touched deep down in my heart that somebody would care about a child who is not their own. I will be back back to visit the Coldwater Michigan restaurant. I have never had that happen to me at any fast food chain. Thank you again and sorry I wasn't able to catch her name.

I have been going to arbys on Springfield in Champaign Illinois for years and they recently hired a new guy who goes out of his way to satisfy my wife and I such a respectable and classy young man a true throwback I wish I knew his name but he's a young African American man he wears glasses and usually works the front counter I wish every restaurant had more people like him I think he should be promoted thank u young man for your outstanding hospitality and keep up the good work......

Just wanted to let you know, last Sunday, May 29, we stopped at the Arbys in Milroy, PA. It was around 8:30 pm. I had my 87 year old mother with me. She has Celiac and can not have gluten. I went to the counter and ask the gentleman if we could have just roast beef and explained that she can't have gluten. He responded with "Do you want us to clean off the grill for you?" We said sure! We have eaten at lots of places, and this was the first time someone offered to do this for her!! We were super impressed and the only disappointing this is I didn't get his name! The kitchen staff were also super great about the whole thing! I give these people a 5 star rating!! Thank you!!

I went to the Arbys in Lebanon Indiana on Friday May 13th. There was only two people working and they were very busy. The female came out and helped me until the male finished at the drive thru and took my order. The service and food was the best I've gotten from any Arbys while driving across the country. I will be visiting this store again soon. Thank you for all your help.

Sylvester at your store located at 4415 Roswell St, NE, Atlanta, GA is one of the nicest employees with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. It is a plessure to order food from this location knowing one will receive excellent service. Sylvester is truly an asset to your corporation.

I visited the store in Pocomoke, MD. I must say the girl at the drive thru was very friendly and courteous. I ordered the loaded fries and a turkey and cheese sandwich no lettuce. She repeated my order and asked if I would like a drink and if I wanted anything else. Then gave me my total. I questioned the total when I got to the window. I thought the loaded fries were more expensive. She said they are only $2.99. Really not sure what I was expecting. When I got back to work and unpacked my food. Major disappointment. Was not even a child's portion of fries which half was drowned in can cheese. Now I do not know if that is how it's supposed to be served but I will not order that again. On a positive note the sandwich was very good.

Arby's Lima road ft wayne in is the best. Great service they clean tables and pop machine all the time. Help customers with orders. They even help handicap to their car. The food is alway great we love it. We are here almost every day. We have a closer location to our home but we drive 20 miles to come to this location.

I visit the Arby's on War Memorial In Peoria ,IL.Had young man name Dashaun wait on me. He was most polite young man I have came across in long time. He was so very hard working in taking orders and when not busy he would clean .He seem to be very hard worker and very polite to all customers.You definitly should be proud to have this employee in your organitation.

I went to to that Arby's in Fuquay Varina North Carolina and I went to buy a sandwich first of all some young lady the name on her tag with Ashley I ordered my sandwich and she threw it on the table as if I didn't mean anything very rude and vulgar people that work in that RV store the manager acted like he didn't care the one person that acted like a professional was a young lady by the name of crystal Wyman I was very impressed by the way she handle the situation I think she should be a manager because of the way she handled the situation it was very professional thank you very much for listening

First time at your arbys in Hillsboro Ohio. Was pleasantly surprised at the clean friendly environment. The ladies working in there truly seemed genuine in their attempts to provide great service.would love to see every fast food restaurant this nice.

Stopped at arbys #5891 in lebanon tn and very fast service the manager even took the time to check on us after we got our meal... sevice was great speed was great food was great!!! Good job arbys with ur new manager.
