The BLT Sandwiches were the worst I have ever had for real I don't even want another one

Posted by Anonymous

I went to an Arby's in Richmond Virginia at 7:19 PM on Sunday, March 3. Out of Arby's sauce?!
Seriously?! I went through the drive-thru. As I drove by the windows inside of the restaurant, they were bottles of sauce on the tables. They couldn't take those bottles and fill some small containers with lids as an option?? $18 for three sandwiches..and no sauce. Absolutely ridiculous! Do better Arby's for as much as you charge your customers. I attempted to do the online survey, but it was not excepting the restaurant number that I was putting in.

I stopped in at Arby's on Martin Luther King Jr and 231 initially the service was all right but I ordered stuff that I was charged for that was not in the bag that when I left I contacted them and asked for a way to resolve and they began to get rude with me said that I could bring my I could come back and pick it up I feel a little bit disgruntled and I would like to know what you guys are going to do about it thank you and have a good night happy New Year

Lady lake Arby's is the worst service I have ever seen we have customers every where waiting for food. We have waited for 45 minutes for our food and many customers ask for refunds and left. They have no one taking charge, no management at all just a lot of excuses.

At approx 4:30 pm 12/12/23 Shawnee Oklahoma. The arbys on Harrison. The manager was talking extremely loud to the employees concerning the fact that she was't going to get fired because they go out back and smoke weed. The profanity she was using was ridiculous. She may not have realized I was inside trying to eat my lunch. It was quite disturbing and uncalled for. The language she used was awful. The food was delicious but not enjoyable to sit and listen to an idiot spew filth.

I came to the Arby's Niles I come often I came with a coupon expired 3 weeks he declined it I thought that was petty on Dec 10 after 5 pm.

When they have a sign in the drive thru and it says 2 for 7 and they wouldn't let get it and when asked why they shrugged their shoulders to say I don't know.

Stopped at the South Parkersburg location drive thru for a fast lunch. In line third car fron kiosk 15 minutes. Placed order then waited second at window 10 minutes. Had to repeat order to "Robot Guy" three times. 1 classic lettuce, mayo, and crispy onions. 1 double beef and cheddar with crispy onions and horseradish sauce. Got classic no mayo and brown wilted lettuce. Gave us Abby crappy sauce no horseradish. I keep making the mistake of going to Arby's thinking it will be better. The food could be great if the management was good.

I came in to place an order your employee walked by me twice without asking if I needed help. I waited for my food the nac n cheese bites were burned, the employee handed me my food and never said a word. I spent $25 dollars and honestly the food was not good. Probably won't be back

First, I would like to say I'm never make complaints about food industry. I understand everyone is stressed and good employees are hard to find. But the attitude I received today at the Arby's in Hartselle Alabama was completely uncalled for. A vehicle was pulled up to the ordering menu for the drive-through and was sitting there. When I pulled in behind this lady sat there for a good 15 minutes while I was there and I never heard anyone tell her to hang on or anything. Just silence. She even said hello a few times and was never answered. She drove away. I pulled up and sat another five minutes. Seeing the first lady drive off I drove up to the window after waiting a bit. I'm on duty as a deputy sheriff. I'm in my marked patrol car. I sit at the window and see people moving around worried that there was something wrong in the store, I figured I would just place my order at the window. If everything was OK I get they were busy when the woman opens the door to hand me an order I didn't place and there was no one else in front of me that had waited. She told me 1107 I said, ma'am I did not place an order yet we were sitting at the ordering speaker and it wasn't moving. I wanted to make sure everything was OK. The lady at the window rolled her eyes so hard and said well we're kind of busy. I said I understand that but I thought something might be wrong. (There's not that many cars in the parking lot.) she said nothing's wrong and rolled her eyes again and began to shut the window. I left and will not be back to this location, especially on duty. It was an older blond headed lady with messed up teeth. No Customer should be talked to like that.

I just wanted to pass along my disappointment and the rudeness I experienced from your Camp Hill, Pennsylvania office on Veterans Day. Arby's was listed on several websites as offering a free Arby's sandwich to honor military and veterans. When I visited your Camp Hill, Pennsylvania establishment, I was informed by the manager that your establishment (Arby's) was neither honoring or recognizing active duty or military veterans for veterans' day. The disrespect towards a retired military veteran by your staff was so unprofessional.

In the future, please do not advertise that you honor active/retired military when clearly your Camp Hill establishment does not agree with your policy. After my experience with your unprofessional manager, I can understand why the establishment had two customers at lunch time on Veteran's Day.

No need to reply, maybe someone from your headquarters should plan a surprise visit to observe the customer interaction.

Disappointed former customer

Just tried the fried Mac and cheese and feel that paying almost $1.25 for each Mac and cheese nugget is far extremely expensive I don't feel the value is there

Whitehall Michigan.

We eat at Arbys several times a week and have noticed that temp is very cold, I mean very cold. Yesterday we tried to eat our food and I had a laser thermo device and measured the temp at 54°. I was told corporate controls the temp. Get your act together and follow up with the controls! Turn the heat up, this is not Georgia.

Arby's customer service on Morgan Road in Bessemer,Alabama is non-existent!! Employees are very rude and not helpful AT ALL!! There was no one in the drive thru and my daughter placed an order using the app. She was traveling with an infant and went to the drive thru to pick up the food and she was told she had to come in. She told them her situation and they practically threw it to her out the window. When she tried to ask about the sauce they cut her off and said "in the bag". Honestly, I don't see how this location is still open and when I looked at the overall rating for Arby's, it's amazing there are any locations still open!

Try to order food thru the drive thru on foot at the lake city branch because the door was close and they didn't take my order she was disrespectful and close the window in my face

I came in, stood at the counter for over 5 mins and nobody acknowledged that I was standing there. Empty restaurant, nobody in drive thru. Staff just standing there doing nothing but talking to other staff. He asked another staff member to take my order. She had already signed out and was leaving for the day. Another staff member finally took my order. It took another 10 min, to get my order. I was was absolutely Shocked about the service
Check the cameras, if they work. You would see.

I visited an Arby's in Rapid City, SD and tried the seasonal Mac&Cheese bites. You only get four for over $3.00. They were so very disappointing. Too much coating and too little fill.

False advertising the Classic Cheesesteak is nothing like the pictures on the TV ad or the menu at the restaurant, the sandwich was flat and not sure if there even any steak on it! The cheese was more like a sauce, the bun was chewy and no flavor! Definitely not worth the $23 for two meals!
Went to the Arby's at 3 Trinity Point in Washington, Pa.

I was at Arby's today on 84th & I-25.I called they forgot to give us our Mozzarella sticks. I called after I got home and whoever answered just said Arby's didn't identify himself. I told him I didn't get my mozzarella sticks, and he said to me I don't believe we forgot to put them in your order. He is calling us a liar. I think that is so rude. I don't believe it was William that answered because he did the order and gave us our food. I wasn't going back to pick them up I was 20 minutes away. Thank you, Paulette Fox

My arbys on highlands drive in lakeland fl has forgot my sandwhich one day this week and I had to go back and get it because they said they couldn't refund me. Today they forgot my tartar sauce which u might as well have not given me fish and they forgot my cookie. I asked the lady are u sure everything is in the bag because I cannot come back this time and she said yes !. Again they said we cannot refund me. We can add u to the list for next visit.

I just had the new cheese steak sandwich
It was horrible! The absolute worst thing I have ever gotten from Arby's! Such a waste of money, it was literally just hard crumbs of beef and a literally no taste NEVER AGAIN! Conyers Ga

The wrap was hard, the chicken was cold and hard, it was not eatable. The fries were cold and old. I was very disappointed. This was at Olney, Illinois

The new Phillysteak and cheese was horrible. My wife and I each got one to try from the Arby's in Bonner Springs, KS, and they were completely flavorless. It was like eating wet cheesy cardboard. A real Philly has seasoned meat and the peppers and onions have flavor. VERY DISAPPOINTED to say the least.

I went to Arby's at 4711 West Broad Street, Columbus Ohio 43228 at 4:30 p.m. on Friday September 15. Imagine my surprise when I was told that they had NO roast beef...... yes you read this right. NO roast beef. Arby's advertising says that they have the meat.... I was stopping to buy four French dip sandwiches for my family's dinner before the football game but again they had NO roast beef!!???? Isn't roast beef meat?

Arby's
6308 Capital Blvd
Raleigh, NC 27604
United States
This place needs to be shut down immediately. I ordered a roast beef classic, curly fries and large strawberry lemonade. I got the wrong order completely. The sandwich bread was hard like it set under the warmer all day. My curly fries were cold crinkled fries not completely done in the middle. My drink was the only good thing because I was so thirsty. The way they rushed me through my order annoyed me constantly asking me "Is that all?" And I've been told from someone that works at JiffyLube beside this restaurant they get free food from here everyday. Unacceptable.

We visited the Arby's on Route 66 in Tinton Falls two times in the past month. The store and bathrooms are well maintained.

The staff is courteous, helpful and upbeat. We always get the right order. They soyld be commended for their excellent customer service.

I ordered the Reubens sandwich at the Arby's in Butte, Montana store#1937. When I got home I discovered it wasn't grilled.

Arby's does not have 3650 Riverside Dr. Columbus Ohio listed on the contact form.

The young man working at the Arby's listed above was very polite and got our meal very fast, even though he was the ONLY one there.9/30/23 approx 11:30am.
He deserves some recognition for his work ethics.

You have a gem of an employee -Mike Shrum at the Arby's location in Trenton,Mi ... been with the firm many years and well known and liked in the Downriver community for giving fantastic customer service. Always enjoyed interaction with him when checking out at the drive thru.

Disappointed however with corporate doing away with the potato cakes- Don't frequent as much as we used to because of that.

I think you should get rid of the crinkle fries and bring back the potato cakes .everybody misses them .the crinkle fries tast too generick .

I am at the Arby's at 195 Baker Road, Dexter MI. It's 930 pm. There are 2 staff working. One is clearly senior. They became overwhelmed with customers and the gentleman working the register became flooded when he made an error with the cash tendered. The senior staff reassured him, made the customer right and the customer that had to wait for their food. The whole time, the senior staff reassured his coworker and encouraged him. He called in backup as well. The coworker remained friendly and willing to help customers despite being overwhelmed and flooded. They both responded great under pressure and deserve kudos for their efforts working in the high pressure of a truck stop during unexpected traffic.

Store manager in Spring Hill Florida Jared Ross was wonderful in solving a few issues we had there Sunday nite. I ordered chicken nuggets because roast wasn't done yet. I didn't like chicken at all. Went through drive thru again and without hesitation Jared swapped our order. I realize this wasn't a huge transaction but I wasn't made to feel like a a nagging old customer. Thanks for a great beef sandwich!?

I walked into arby's and the employee remembered what I liked and asked did I want the same as the last time I cam in. I was totally impressed with COLTON who waited on me because I don't remember him waiting on me before. He must of remembered hearing me give my order to another employee before. This is the best arby's store I've been in and I visit many. They've all been wonderful. I must give rhe manager much cridet because all these employees are OVER and ABOVE the Call of Duty. and I love the food. I've been visiting arby's for 50 years and I know for a fact it is my favorite sandwich of all fast food restaurants. I will drive an extra 10 miles just to eat at this arby's. Thanks COLTON you are wonderful!!!!!

I wanted to give Arby's on 42 in Turnersville NJ a five star rating for their employee Zig. I went through the drive through and as I was reading the menu the young man asked for my order. I informed him I have not visited Arby's in over 15 years. Instead of being annoyed or impatient he stated I can help you with any questions you may have.
He was very helpful with helping me decide on what to order. This young man was pleasant and attentive and I want to say thank you.
I will be returning soon. :-)

i would shut down the store in Altus, Ok. They have a huge cock roach problme and my wife who had just been hired, questioned the cock roach problem and apparently was fired. We havent heard from the local general manager yet..we truley belive it was because the remark that was made by my wife about how the cock roach problem and how they control it. I will never eat at an Arby's again, not just because of the coach roach problem, but becaue of how the local general manager handled the situation of firing my wife and never calling or attempting to contact her about her termination. Very very poor, and i happen to be a veteran, in a military town.....so you can imagine the negative publicity that Arby's is getting from me. I have gone out of my way to bad mouth Arbys on social media and word of mouth to my fellow military members at my base to not eat at Arbys. FIAL FAIL FAIL

I have been working for my Arby's store for two years. I had to walk out today because of hours being cut. I liked working there. But I do have bills to pay and insurance through the company that I can't afford because of hours. The sad thing is no cares now that they are ran by corporate. It is really sad that they want to get rid of employees instead of keeping them.

Posted by debrarudd

I have been working at Arby's for two years I had to quit today because of hours being cut for no business. We are lined out the door and around the building most of the day. We don't get told that we are appericated we get yelled at if we ask about our hours. Our manager shouldn't be in that much stress to yell at us for trying to figure out how we are going to pay our bills not to mention the insurance through the company because of lack of hours. Since June 27 when corporate took over Our store has went down now if is doing better and I still felt the need to walk out because no one cared enough to try and talk to me about my hours.

I have been working at the Arby's in NewBerlin, they have never trained me to do anything and I am always getting yelled at in front of other employees and customers,The managers and general manager don't tell me what i am doing wrong they just yell. I am never late but they are so i have to wait for them then when we finally get there i cant punch myself in they do it. I leave crying as all they do is bark out orders to me and yet there are others that can do things there but no it all falls on me.

This is Dave the individual who takes care of the dining room bathrooms and customer relations of people coming in and out of this unit. Special recognition should be given to this individual for setting the town of welcome within this establishment. Dave has been working 4 Arby's 4/8 years and has never never missed a day of work. He has to take two buses to get there each day. He seems to have a slight form of autism but he is very very functional in his capacity as Arby's liaison greater accommodator. If there was some form of special recognition for David, that would be fantastic. He works part-time and sets the welcome Matt for everyone entering this restaurant. You can see such energy within his stride and his voice of appreciation for being there and for you as a customer being there. Some form of special recognition or reward should be given for such a unique individual. He works part-time and has never missed a day of work in 8 years. He is such a great asset to the Oakland Pittsburgh PA location. A bonus recognition or just a few vacation days for his efforts and dedication would not be asking too much. Special recognition would be superb.

Well I have worked many years for the Utah far west Arbys. Worst company to work for I was slave labored into working for free or I'd lose my job. Then my store one the Pepsi no kid hungry just to have are general manager steal all are gift card prises. Then he had this girl lie about getting him out of a sexual harassment charge her prize to become assistant.then the regional manager didn't want to deal with it so she just didn't care even though the accusations were true

I worked at Arbys for 3 weeks. This company made me want to become a vegan. I have been searching for ways to contact my employer about my 2 weeks notice but they are so low tech that they can't even e-mail their employees their work schedules. I am disgusted by what I have witnessed. My manager asked me to clock out yesterday because I was speaking with a co-worker about our pay instead of picking up a straw wrapper which was 2 feet away from her. I then watched as she showed one of the other employees a very long video on her cell phone.

They have refused to pay me and/or have given me misinformation about when my paycheck would arrive. I was told I would be paid last Sunday, last Monday, and I'm supposed to be paid this upcoming Monday. The chances that Arby's is going to pay me at all are close to none. They abuse their younger employees and first-time employees because they have so little power over their managers and are of high school age. However, withholding my paycheck is ILLEGAL, and I am going to do something to get my money. I have worked very hard and done everything asked of me in the work place, in addition to being friendly to customers and making as few mistakes as I possibly can.

I filled out an application for employment. After an hour an few min I completed it, an got an email saying I revoked my app an if I am interested contact arbys. I've tried contacting the store by phone but no answer. Went their to fill out a paper app, but I was turned back to the Internet. So I am interested in a opertunity, but it won't let me do another app or submit the one I've done. I hope for an opportunity to be part of the team. An hope my application gets reviewed. Thank you

I work at an Arby's in Minnesota. I work only part-time and enjoy my job and all the people I work with. But a thing that concerns me and my co-workers, is our Asst Manager. That person is constantly late; and I mean 99.9% of the time. That person continues to be late anywhere from 10mins, up to 1hour, a few times!! ( at last count; that asst manager has missed close to 4hrs) That person then goes to the computer and puts their time in as if they hadn't been late at all. The shift managers check the Asst managers time and state that it's been edited. They've let the general manager know but nothing becomes of it. I've been a manager before at other businesses; to me, this is stealing or theft.

I work at the Arbys in Gaffney SC #452 .This place is a mad house the mangement is so disrespectful to their employee's they curse you out threating to physically put their hands on you and also threaten to firer you .All the jobs are giving to the family memebers and hours. You have boyfriends and girlfreinds working on every shift and they go out of their way to give them all breaks together. We can't complain because they cut your hours down to 5 a week when you do. We was warned not to contact cooperate or we would be fired Immediately. The boss Ann is best friends with most of the employees that work there hanging at her house daily. So they come to work and do as they please. They never do their end of shift duties and nothing is said or done. The food cost in this store is high because they are feeding family and friends for free daily not a little bit ,bags of food. Cooperate never see this when they come because she doesn't schedule those people when cooperate is to arrive. The trucks are never ordered correctly we are always out of everything that we need to run the store. This happens every week. Something has to be done this place is out of hand seriously. I like working for the company but not at this location.

Arby's is the most despicable, malicious and inhuman employer.

There are situations with employees that are in labor and they do everything in their power to have them fired. Having does employees working extended schedule, getting orders to have them eat standing, not breaks, lifting heavy boxes and abusive language.

As they push employees to resign by causing fear on them.

I do not understand it how come the franchise owner as are incorporated as a LLC for not getting sue on their personal can get away and local authorities do not do anything about it.

I've worked at Arby's for almost a year and a half so far and this last half has been borderline hell. The roster size is either too large or too few, the pay (minimum wage) is beginning to get ridiculous especially with a large roster. Roughly 2 paychecks ago, mine didn't even break $300. I'm paying off a student loan and other bills and I'm at least lucky this isn't breaking the bank.

Also someone on management (female) doesn't know how to treat employees better and respectfully. She goes on a powertrip which has been pretty frequent lately and expects some tasks to be completed at impossible times (example): after a lunch rush hits, no one is in the kitchen catching up dishes. She 'orders' someone (me) to go do dishes, and have the entire kitchen cleaned in 30 minutes. On top of it, she threatens to send me home if it isn't.

Such a great way to treat an employee with a fair amount of experience, not that any is really required. But treating anyone like that needs looking into. I honestly would not recommend working here at all if that's seen as 'Ok' or tolerable. Of course it all depends on who's at your local arby's. This one here is treating most of their employees like trash. The pay doesn't justify getting yelled at, threatened, insulted, physical abuse/harrassment or overworked like a slave.

To anyone else: It's a trap.

I was in one of your stores in Woodward Oklahoma and your District manager Jeremy Gilbert needs to be fired. I am sorry he fired one of the managers there today and I had to watch her cry. I am so sick everytime I come in that store everyone is polite then when he is there he treats his employees like crappie and I am sorry to say its very disrespectful and in my books I am bout to have alot of people in this town to sign a paper to get him fired or shut down the store. He is nothing but a rude district manager.

Hi my name is Be'OIa and I'm an employee at the Arby's in Garner, NC. On April 10, 2015 I had to work 4:45 p.m. til 12:30 a.m. which in this time period I did not get a break. When I asked for a break I got looked at like I was crazy and told that none of the registers were open. That was a lie because the drive thru register was up and that's where they had me. On April 13, 2015 I had to go in from 11:00 to 3 p.m. and an hour before I had to go the head manager asked the other manager to ask me if I could stay til five. If though I couldn't stay I would have liked for the head manager who was standing in front of me to ask if I could stay instead of playing telephone. So here it is three o'clock and I'm getting ready to clock out. When I go into the office to clock I notice that the clock out screen is not up so I went to ask one of the other managers if they could pull it up. The store was busy so I had to wait til he got a chance to come and pull up the clock out sheet. While waiting the head manager knowing that I was waiting for the other manager with an attitude said, If you leaving go ahead and clock out'. Some of the managers don't give people breaks like their suppose to, don't do their fair share, and don't know how to talk to people. Some talk to people like we're their friends and not their employees. I also don't think it's right that they can get free meals and we only get a 50% off discount. I think that it should be right that we can at least get one free meal especially on break. Another thing they have this thing if we make our goals we get a free sandwich, so one day we all made our goals which we all said was a good thing then the head managers says, No its not cause its costing us a lot of money'. What I didn't get about her comment is that she get free food almost every time she's there. Please tell me that you can do something about this because I can't see anybody fully giving their all with these kinds of working conditions.

I was an employee at Arby's #255 until recently. My boyfriend is/was a regular until he found out that Kim, the GM told an employee to give him 3 of the smallest tenders. That's so unprofessional and low class. She thinks I quit because of him. Nope!!! I quit because I have a full time job and I don't have to work 7 days a week now. She really needs to take management classes. I don't have to leave my name because she already knows she was wrong.

I applied about a week ago and was scheduled for an interview today at 2:15pm with Lauren in Junction City, KS. I took time out of my day, paid for a sitter and arrived 10 mins ahead of time. Upon arrival, I was informed that Lauren hadn't even shown up for her shift yet and that she had a 2pm interview with somebody else already waiting for her in the dining room. They couldn't tell me how long my wait would be and were very unprofessional about relaying that info told. I was handed a cup and told to wait. I'm sorry, but first impression told me if this place of business is this unorganized and unprofessional it is not the place for me to work and would end up being a waste of time as well as a headache. No thank you! I am employed elsewhere and just looking to supplement my income. I am a very good and hard working employee so this is their loss. I can not put up with this level of unprofessionalism within any business. Do better! Or continue employing mediorcre workers with a high turn over rate. Not a good place at all to work at, find employment elsewhere, do not waste your time with this company.
