This place needs to be shut down immediately. I ordered a roast beef classic, curly fries and large strawberry lemonade. I got the wrong order completely. The sandwich bread was hard like it set under the warmer all day. My curly fries were cold crinkled fries not completely done in the middle. My drink was the only good thing because I was so thirsty. The way they rushed me through my order annoyed me constantly asking me "Is that all?" And I've been told from someone that works at JiffyLube beside this restaurant they get free food from here everyday. Unacceptable.

Today 9/13/2023 a friend and I went through drive thru. I ordered a sweet tea. I have done this many times before so when I got sweet tea took a drink of it and found it to be unsweet tea. The employer there told me it was sweet tea that they are not allowed to put a lot of sirger in the tea. That is fine I understand but I know there sweet tea never had it thay week. It was defently unsweet I cant drink soda and I'm not in the mood for a shake. So I wanted sweet tea. The manager was not very nice as well she argued with me over the phone and hung up on me. They offered to give me another reason if I came back that is not the point the point is that they gave me unsweet I know the different in sweet and non sweet tea. They need to own up to tje mistakes and be a little bit more aboit the customer. Thank you

Please address your Raton NM Arby's issues we don't have a lot of choices here . Went through drive through never answered loosing customers. Thought you might want to know.

I had used my gift card once and it still had a nice balance. When I went to use it I was told that there was NO record of my card! Customer Service told me they would look into it but NEVER did! Dishonesty exists.

I made an order and asked for extra Arby's sauce. The woman who answered was very rude and refused to give me extra arbys sauce. Heck, I paid for the meal and she wouldn't. So I drove up there and filled my water bottle up with it. Screw that whore.

We went through the drive thru to get a #13. We were not greeted, just asked what our order was going to be, rude while ordering and didn't even tell us Thank you at the speaker or the window. This type of customer service in unacceptable!

I went to one of your locations on Stan Schlueter in Killeen at 10:40 at night. I intended to get something simple and go about my night. The drive-through had no answer even though the time set 11 o'clock at night for closing. That's OK I figured maybe the drive-through was busted or something so I went to the door check the time. Yes they said it closed at 11 so I tried to open the door it was locked. I knocked because I saw an employee in the dining room, and everyone in the store came to the door wouldn't open the door shoot me off, took their hand and waved me to go away, overall they were extremely rude and I would like something done about it. 4010 e Stan schlueter loop Killeen Texas 76544 location

This evening on my way home from a long day at work, I stopped at Arby's in Gallatin, Tennessee, restaurant # 07837. I used the drive thru. Kaylee, took my order and she messed it up. I ordered 2 French dip sandwiches, 6 mozzarella sticks and a beef & cheddar sandwich. I was asked to pull forward after I paid. A few moments later a man brought out a sack. I felt 3 sandwiches and saw the mozzarella sticks, but he had not given me any of the French dip. So I went in to get the dip. When I got home, (I do not live in town-20 minutes+), my sack had 3 beef & cheddar sandwiches. Ridiculous!

Arby's in Rowlett Tx has great service and Roast beef sandwich is good. However I bought the fish dinner on 7/30. The 3 pice fish was tiny and very greasy. The French fries were old and overcooked pure salt. The amount of the food was less than a child's plate anywhere. It cost $8.99. Really feel deceived and just plain disappointed in Arby's.

The last two times I've bought a roast beef sandwich, they were not good.. I thought I'd give it another try today.. so disappointing.. I used to love Arby's not anymore after today.. the meat is different, not the same meat.. the meat is thick cut not .. yuk.. it used to be shaved, that's why I liked it.. and now it's chewy can't take that.. why do you always try to fix something when it didn't need fixing..

The Arby's in Kileen, TX is a joke and they have absolute horrible customer service/ability to run a store. After repeating my order 4 times and finally getting aggravated and being told they wanted me to repeat it again ti make sure it was correct as if the first 4 times they couldn't get it right; I got am attitude and they decided to refuse service. I then called back 3 times to the store and was given a fake corporate number and cussed at when I told them to stop playing games and give me a number that was legit. Perhaps more than just a high school is needed for restaurant employees since taking an order is too hard to comprehend.

I visited your restaurant in N Ridgeville, OH.
I had a coupon that was for buy one get one free. At the bottom of the coupon it clearly states"buy up to 5". I ordered 2 double roast beef sandwiches which I would pay for 2 and get 2 free. The manager refused to give me the second sandwich free. He kept pointing to the buy one get one on the coupon. I told him it says up to 5 on the coupon He read it and 2 more times proceeded to tell me it was for one. I don't think this manager can read! Really. Your managers don't know what coupons are out there??? Very very upset. I have given your restaurants years and years of business. I have never encountered someone like him! I would like another sandwich free!!! According to your coupon I could have gotten 5 double roast beef and 5 free.

So I went to the Hubbard,Ohio location on July 26,2023 at 4:30pm. I had done an online order after I received an email about a special so I figured it's a future order they have plenty of time not to rush me~I ordered at 4:04pm. So at 4:25pm I show up at the drive thru and tell them my name. They seemed so absolutely confused. I have hyphened last name and I asked several times if they wanted my confirmation number & she said no~we believe you. They give me an order with the last part of my name on it & my jamocha shake so I thought all was good. Low & behold I get home & it's not my order. Geez. I called & the boy told me to bring it back with the receipt~I said of course. Completely inconvenient but whatever. The order I got was $6.00,my order was $14.97. Anyway when I did return I looked at the receipt closer.....it was an online order that was for 1:16pm that day. Ummmmm.........mine was for 4:30pm. Strange. So I go to the counter & explain to the boy & showed him my phone with my name,order & confirmation number. He goes to the screen above heat lamps & looking & looking,the manager comes over to him & looking & looking and says "we don't have one" so I say my name AGAIN & she flat out ignores me. Then I said "isn't that my order in the bag right next to you??!!!" And she said oh yeah and pushed it towards the boy then turns back to me & says "well you may as well take the order you brought back because it's no good to me now cause you took it & left". I'm like...........ummmm it's what YOU gave me. I told her & the boy I didn't want it I only wanted my order and I left. I opened the bag in my car & everything was cold but I decided I wasn't going back in after that manager was so incredibly rude to me. I am a very patient & nice person but I could not go back in there after how she treated me because I don't think I would've been nice & my patience was over. So the manager is mad & frustrated with me when SHE is the one who gave me the wrong order. I understand mixups but the order I was given was from 3 hours and fifteen minutes EARLIER!!! Geez.
So my order was to be ready at 4:30 and after all the running back & forth I was finally at home with my food at 4:56pm. Needless to say my food was cold & my shake was melted. So not happy. I did do the survey and asked for a call back about this and have heard nothing yet. This location has definately had its last chance with me. So please take me off of your contact list for advertising. Thank you.
To that manager~~~~~this isn't your profession~you need to work in a factory. No customer service skills at all.

I ordered three chicken tenders and a coke. The person was really nice who worked there but my chicken was awful. I couldn't even chew it and it was as if it had been sitting around for a long time. Won't get those again.

Greetings, I recently purchased your Wagu beef deluxe sandwich and was completely disappointed. After hearing so much about the burger, as I generally get your Beef and cheddar sandwich once or so a week.It was very dry and overcooked and I brought this to the attention to the manager, who stated there was nothing he could do because I didn't have a receipt. Who keeps a recipt for a burger. I paid 8.23 cent for a burger that was not at all worth 8.23cent. Store #8525 In Las Vegas Nv. I should have just got my Beef and Cheddar.

Your store in Grand Island Nebraska on North Webb Road definitely needs some practice on customer service the lady who took my order was very rude . I had a simple order for 2 sandwiches and sat in the drive thru withone truck ahead of me and waited 20 minutes and when I got to the window she was more worried about her phone

I was very disappointed and disgusted today at your Arby's location on university drive in Denton texas. Today is Sunday July 23 at 1130 am. Your restraint is filthy and full of bugs. I am 51 years old and never experienced a bug crawling up my leg while I ate out. Yes this particular hug was a cricket however we were watching a roach crawl up and down a wall just before this happened. Our food was slightly cold and the cheddar cheese cups we ordered were cold enough that you could see that it comes out in a small round stream. When there is nothing to do that is exactly what your employees are doing. It appears no one has swept the floor in months. The return air vents are completely full of dirt. Several tables were dirty. I overheard a woman who just came out of the bathroom sat it was worse than a truck stop bathroom. I do have some pictures I would love to share with you if you provide me an email address. I used to love arbys however this has completely ruined me. We paid $28 and some change for our meal and threw away the majority of it. If we fall ill I will be sure to reach out again. I hope this is an isolated incident and not the norm for your franchise.

My husband and I went to Jasper al, Arby's on 78 highway to get the free sandwich with coupon. I was getting it for my neighbor who is unable to get out. So, the woman waiting on us, I explained to her, and she was trying to make a sale, in the end of my husband and I decided to go a head buy one get one free. After I paid for it. I realized I forgot to get the free one for my neighbor. You can only use one, what! You didn't tell me that,all well, she said really smart. I couldn't believe it. Finally, I ask for the manger and explained to him that I was cheated, and this was for my neighbor. Finally, told her go ahead let her have it. Now you would think I'd be happy, and was. Until she put the sandwich in the bag. Put it on the counter looked me dead in the eye and said we don't do this , but you can go now, really smart. And walked away. Wow! The customer behind me, how rude of her, told his wife let's go to Chick-fil-A. He said to me in the parking lot bless your heart. I said I will not be back. He said us to
don't blame you. They need to nicer to your customers.

I usually don't eat from Arby's but I decided to give the burger a try and upon 1st bite I INSTANTLY REGRETTED it!! Pink meat is what I bit into and when I returned the food they made another,which was pink inside as well.After the 2nd pink burger I found out they microwave the meat because THEY DO NOT HAVE A GRILL!!! If I were privy 2 this info b4 hand I would have never wasted my time,energy, and ESPECIALLY my $20 at this place! I will NEVER eat from Arby's again! Then they said they are not allowed 2 give refunds so I threw away money,had my appetite ruined, and plus I had to make a trip back there 2 complain about it all because my order was to go.So I'm home ready 2 eat my dinner and took a big disgusting bite of pink microwaved meat and then pack it up and take it back for more dissatisfaction and disappointment.Now the burger isn't pink inside its DRY because..THEY MICOWAVE THIR BURGERS!! I'm so let down by this. Arby's should leave the burger business and NEVER return!

Have gone to two Arbys in the Holland Mi area. Was told pecan chicken salad sandwich was a summer item but not available. It was on the menu board and it is still summer. This is ridiculous .

I just got back from Arby's on Arapahoe Rd and Jordan Rd. I ordered a #2 classic upgraded the sandwich to a Super w/ red ranch lettuce and tomato with crinkle fries and a lemonade. I also ordered a small mozzarella stick. First, I was handed my food and had to go back because the mozzarella sticks were missing. Then I bit in one on my way home and it didn't have any cheese. I bit in all 4 and sadly no cheese. I chalked it up to my bad day, but I just opened my sandwich and the bun is burnt beyond anything I've ever seen. You can actually smell the burnt smell which took over the entire sandwich. Oddly, the fries were ice cold and didn't have any salt. Unfortunately, the only edible item of my dinner was the lemonade. My total bill was $14.67. I have pictures and would be happy to share with corporate or the owner of this location. This is completely inexcusable! I tried calling the store to speak with the manager working tonight and they just pick up the phone without saying a word and hang up which is beyond frustrating!

I went to DeLand FL Arby's in woodland Blvd and my experience was to say the least very unwelcoming the employee for the intire meal wrong I went in to try and resolve the problem and they where very rude to the point I left without resolving the problem they need to do something about the intire staffing there classes would be a plus to teach them manners and how to treat there customers they acted like it was my fault

Today my husband purchased our lunch @ Store#697,
122 E. 2nd St, Sand Springs, OK. His order was correct while my order was not. I asked him to order me the Crispy Chicken Club Wrap without the Honey Mustard. He let them know that when ordering, ticket/receipt reflects that and stated no honey mustard but yet when he arrived home with our meal, I could already smell it, and opened a half up and saw it all over the wrap! Which only left either send my husband back down 15 mins away and let his food get cold or just open the wrap and since it was on both sides wipe off as much as I could get off and not eat my vegetables or wrap I only ate the chicken! Therefore wasting majority of the wrap and really not getting to eat the wrap in its entirety. My suggestion is when the kitchen staff are making the orders they need to double check their slips for the orders and repeat the orders back and forth esp if there is a request to add extra of something or a deletion of an item of an order before handing it back to the Customer. Looks like this might help cut back on orders for future being in correct as this is frustrating esp since ticket reflects what my husband requested for me which was no honey mustard and I was left basically just barely eating my main part of the meal.

On the 3rd of July had the worst service. Waited 17 minutes for the food finally got it did not have what we were waiting for.the other time we ordered a chicken sandwich when we got home there was no chicken in the sandwich. This place is a joke will never go to this place again
