I'm so upset went to Arbys yesterday and was told no longer deluxe fish was no longer on the menu It was the best meals you had no catsup all containers empty no lids for drinks ! Are you going out of business ? Seems that way ! We go out of our way for your fish !

I used to love the chicken salad sandwiches
These days they are not good. Too inconsistent in content. Today they were tasteless. Lots of oversized pieces of lettuce and not much chicken salad. I have been very disappointed. Joe you get it worked out. I will stop trying.

We had our meal ruined by the staff who chose to play something bizarre rather than the usual music. There was a voice saying "insert the suppository rectally every six hours.
This was repeated several times. After each time a high pitched voice giggled. This was followed by gibberish
My complaint to the manager got the response that this was advertising from a local radio station an obvious lie

This Arby's is the worst never can dine in never have the sandwiches that are advertised always some child on the drive thru

I went to Arby's tonight, did not receive my receipt but my total was $35.35 and I ordered 1roast beef sandwich, 1 loaded curly fry, 1 chicken bacon Swiss (substitute cheddar instead of swiss), a 5piece chicken tender, 6 piece mozzarella stick, and a large curly fry. This Arby's has always been hit or miss but when the manager is taking my order and serving me food that is absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable for quality I cannot help but wonder what the hell this company is thinking allowing this kind of service. The thing is I have gotten some nasty unacceptable orders in the past then stopped going for quite some time and then I would go again just on a wimb and all the sudden I'd get a good order. Not only is the food quality terrible but this guy who's a manager is absolutely filthy and radiating stink from across the counter. I'm honestly not sure if he has ever bathed or washed his uniform? Anyway, I am so unhappy about this once again waste of money bc you sold me a fry cup with some breading in it and called it chicken tenders, or the fact that you put some incredibly old dried up hard as a rock so called chicken on a bun and thought drowning it in honey mustard would be sufficient for a CBS, or the loaded curly fry that is supposed to have chicken and a sweet/spicy sauce on it covered in ranch dressing.. now, I understand I came late at night 10:08pm , but if your lazy employees were not willing to serve food that was of quality and meeting the standard you broadcast in your commercials then they should NOT have taken my money yet again and had me come home pissed off and all my kids end up eating cereal. The location I visited was located in Penn hills PA (it's the only one) and the date I was there was Saturday June 10th @ 10:08 ish pm

Wanted to try out their new fancy Burger, ordered the big one with bacon. When received, I was taken back by how small it was and there was no bacon on it and the curly fries we're at the bottom of the barrel and cold. Also I asked for a senior discount and the meal actually cost me more asking for the senior discount then the regular price, what's up with that Arby's you trying to rip off old people! Needless to say I asked for my money back the sandwich was quite disappointing and the curly fries were not curly and cold, I will never walk back into a Hardee's again!

I am at Arbys in Valley Station, KY and there is a white male worker with brown hair and beard who has used the Fu-k word several times loud enough for us to hear it in the dining room around 525pm. Def not a good atmosphere. Will think twice about coming here again.

I got a chicken salad sandwich and the bread was super stale and the sandwich was very messy to try and eat, the chicken salad kept falling out, love Arby's but was extremely disappointed.

I would like to make a couple complaints about the Arby's in Flint Michigan on Davison Road I went there last week and they said it would be a half hour before the roast beef was ready never ever have I ever experienced that then I went there tonight 2 June 2023 waited in the drive-through line for 10 minutes still didn't get anybody I don't know who the manager but they're not seeing that these workers are doing their job something needs to be done I do know it was a bunch of young gentlemen in there a lot of people left out of the line so you and I both know this isn't good for business please see if you can do something about this Matter.

The service was not good at all. The staffing had bad attitudes and they looked like dirty bums off the street. The food wasn't properly made or wrapped right.

I travel the country a lot for work cannot always go in and I sit down dine in restaurant. But it is. Good to know that arby's has become quite Consistent their food is either cold their services slow and there's not much. Value for the money this has now become a train that I will probably no longer. Patronize corporate needs to get involved even with these franchises. Because today with the cost of things people are expecting more.

I ordered an Americano roast beef in the Raton, NM drive thru and was given a beef and cheddar with no receipt. I went back through later and was told nothing could be done. I have had this same experience with this restaurant, # 5776, several times before. I live in Raton, walk with a cane, and use the drive through to get a sandwich to take home. Tourists who use this restaurant drive through probably give our little community a bad name.

I am reporting an Arby's at Tuckernuck in Richmond, Va. There is rarely a time I go there where they get my order right. At the Drive-through tonight, they offered me a free drink to go with the chicken dinner and I didn't receive it. When I called about it, the manager said it was something they were just trying out , so they weren't used to it. My response was that that was just an excuse, and if it's offered, I should have recieved it. She then said, so don't call here no more. And hung up on me. That's how you all do business???

Went to a local Arby's and ordered 5 chicken nuggets and a small Diet Coke. It was 8 dollars. I hope you enjoy the profit you made off me. As much as I have always liked Arby's, I will NEVER return. The same kind of overpricing happened at Taco Bell a few years ago, I made the same promise and have kept it. I couldn't help but notice that even at 4:30pm there were few cars in line. Perhaps the word is out. You are shooting yourselves in the foot. Slow food home cooked will really take off with the prices fast food has been demanding. An Arby's 13 miles from me just closed. No surprise there.

The fish sandwich was terrible. It was cold, as were the fries. Tasted like the grease was old. My daughter's roast beef seemed fine. Also, all 3 of our orders were shoved into one bag making it difficult to hold it. For the price I paid it was very disappointing

now the food is thrown together...cold and the customer service inside sucks
and the drive thru is 10 times worse

Store commerce twp mi. Sent us 4 chicken sandwiches. All four sent with no chicken. Very un professional. Sadly every time our orders are wrong. This place sucks.

We ordered a beef gyro onions only
Sauce on the side. We got stale gyro, very little meat, bad meat,no onions. My husband called them and told them and told them to tell the manager that he just lost a customer all she said was o.k like it didn't matter if you had a o on your rateings that's what they would have gotten.

At or around 7:30 we picked up 3 fish sandwiches and fries at Arby's in Laurel, Mississippi. We had heard how great they were. Well we unwrapped the sandwich and tried to take a bite and almost broke a tooth. That was the hardest and worst thing ever! It almost seemed like old sandwiches refried! I have pictures I took but don't see a place to upload them. I hate that I spent almost $17.00 there. Please let me know that you receive this and that you will do something.

I can't believe that Arby's got our order wrong once again. Nothing like bringing the food home expecting a crispy chicken wrap and getting a fish sandwich. Yuck!!!!

I went to your establishment on Okechobee Blvd in west Palm beach today. Was never so disgusted in my life. The food was horrendous. The curly fries were so overcooked you could hardly bite into them. My friend had the fish sandwich which was not cooked. My sandwich had a peculiar odor. Just awful. I spent 17.00 for this horrible lunch. I think you owe me a refund.

How is it that our local Army's milkshake machine is broken for months at a time? It is really frustrating for customers and food delivery services alike. The restaurant in question is located on W Market St. In Tiffin Oh. Somebody is really dropping the ball on this one. It sure would be nice as a Doordash driver to be able to pick up customer orders without having to call them to let them know that they can't get part of their order. This is nothing new with this store. I sure wish that this would be fixed permanently.
