Since Friday September 23 I have attempted to call you to cancel my contract and it says each day that the office is closed. My subscription ends on Oct.2, 16. I left an email yesterday to this fact and it said I would have a response by today and I have not received an email back. I have notified my credit card that I have made all these attempts to cancel my contract and have not intention of allowing them to pay you which I understand will cost you money. This is a disgrace to call your selves a Christian organization. I will be sure all I know about you poor business procedures.

I been trying since yesterday to contract someone about my account someone has changed my email put there pitchers in my place and uding my account I can't use my account cause someone has hacked it I paid for my memberships and cant use it I would appreciate some thing being done about this issue it is my memberships and I can't even use it

My account was hacked without my knowledge. The phone number did not work. I paid for 6 months and had maybe 2 months total. They wanted the credit card number I used which is unavailable.

This site isn't any better than the others I have been on.

Nothing on this site works the app , the call in number the email on app nothing! I want this subscription canceled now I'm going to BBB and to attorney generals office and report this it's a scam for sure absolutely nothing works !

I tried to use my credit card last night to join it wouldn't except it, it now appears that it's expired and it was 60% off. I not sure why it wouldn't go through but I would like to sign up for a three-month trial. But would prefer to get it at the 60% off. Again I am unclear why it would not except my card last night before the expiration date if you could call me at I would greatly appreciate your time.

my membership was suspended for a reason I don't understand something about supscious activities on my site haven't not really been on it since I got scammed in Maylearned a lesson got me for over 3000 dollars still get e-mails from the site

Been trying to cancel my auto pay service. Call center always seems to be closed.if I don't hear from someone about cancellation, I'll be force to go to my bank and cancel your services. Also it seems that some people on your site are not as honest as you believe. I will leave you with this passage "in the end time's they will come in my name " people on this site say they believe in God, but they are dishonest in trying to get money from people. Unauthorized 6 month renewal, and their customer service is closed. I disabled the auto renew feature and they still took my funds.I doubt that Christians are running this web site. Very disappointed.

Called today and told me "The call center is currently closed" I have been put on hold before, but been completely closed is the first time.

This website Christian Mingle has charged my account without my authorization. I been emailed them going on 3 days ( Thurs,Fri,and Mon) I am yet to hear anything or been able to talk to anyone.

This is terrible and I intend to blog this on Yelp . I paid for your service. While I dont get on the site as often as I should I would hope that the site and my account would be kept accurate. I understand that I may not get much in the way of replies as my activity is minimal. Nevertheless this is irrelevant as I have paid for the service and that is my choice.
So even though I have deleted any people who have replied, it still says the same as it has all along: that I have 4 messages, even though I have none. I try to respond to a smile notification and nothing shows up. It is almost as if it is stuck and frozen. It makes me wonder if I am in fact missing messages or mail.
Today I called your customer service # and no one is there to take the call on a Monday a normal business day.
I would really like to be refunded the money I paid or a partial adjustment. I have a bad feeling however about a company that is not even available to it's customers by phone, as many people prefer.
