I have attempted to contact customer service for 3days. Today I have requested a call from them at customer service. Why would I subscribe to a site with NO customer support?

Am trying to make a first time payment but its not going through I will love to speak to a customer service person I need to clear something up please call me

Christian Mingle is a scam! They take your money and then the "customer support live chat" is "always closed" or "offline"... they have taken off their phone number when they used to have it available... they direct you to part of their website where you can supposedly speak with someone but then when you go there, there is NO LINK or NO POSSIBLE way to speak with someone.... I have requested several times for their support department to contact me via email and NO ONE EVER HAS!

i cant beleive that my payment was swiftly taken, i fill out profile, and still 24 hours later no photos uploaded!
and now im seeing this site is not all that great not efficient so I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND NOW?
THERE NO ANSWER AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER I CALLED!! GEEEEEEZ REALLY!!

My name is john Louis Dominguez I cancel my membership in Jan of this year but you continued to deduct money from my account ,last one was on Nov. 10 of$56.97 and another in June of July of the same amount in April I got a credit for that amount .I try calling several times but no answer I feel your company is the worst in company servic.I need someone from your company service to please take the time to reach to resolve this matter asap. He met somone through your website and no longer requires this service. However,, it is my card that was charged back in May of this year. So please do not charge my card. i also was suspended for what?. i called to cristianmingle and the phone was out of service. i want to chat with woman that have the green sphere that indicates they were in chat, but a lot were out of chat,a lot so what is going on? i paid for a service and it is very irregular, so return my money, no problem.

Been trying to cancel my subscription - have been on to the manage settings link and scrolled down to Cancel Subscription - guess what? it only has the option to renew subscription!!!
