My 2 year warranty is still eligible for motor damage.Cub Cadet refuse to Honor the warranty. I was told a lie by the Dealer Colonial and was charged 54 dollars just to tell me that they won't Honor my warranty!!!

I'm currently on the phone for 30 minutes and I expect my call to your missing parts dept to last over an hour again. My order by Mika was totally screwed up the 1st time I called weeks ago. I called the next day to get a confirmation # because I never recived the one promised. I can't believe what I was just told. After they shipped my parts to the wrong address and were disposed of by the post office. The parts are now back ordered for 5 -6 weeks!!!!!!!

I called the cub Cadet customer service phone numbers and every time I'm prompted through the automated options, I wait 5-12 minutes and hear a ring, only to be hung up on every time. Complete B S!

Unhappy customer at the moment. My last 2016 Cub Cadet
was great until the PTO dropped out leaving half the bolt broke off in the engine block. Sold it for parts. Purchased
a return from Home Depot that only had 24 hours on it last
October. Now it only has 52.2 hours on it. Not even a years worth of use. Had it checked out today for drive issues, slow drive power, hardly any reverse. Bad Transmission! Its a 2020 xt1 with a Cub Cadet engine. Looks brand new sitting in the garage, while we pay someone 75.00 a week to mow the grass. What should I do other than not purchase another. All the YouTubes have been watched and hopes of a easy fix lost after being diagnosed by a professional technician. What to do? I think Cub Cadet should step up!

Called the Cub Cadet Customer Service Line at 800-800-7310 and was initially on hold for 9 minutes. Then, a rep took my information and said she'd be back in 1 or 2 minutes. It's been 18 minutes now and she apparently rolled me back into the queue without answering my question. Grrrr!

As a business owner and manager.....I know poor customer service...and let me tell you .
..your employees in call center are very disrespectful and never honored my 3 year warranty.....on top of that hang up on me as a result nothing has been resolved .....I don't like to talk bad on your products because I own lots of you equipment and only this mower failed probably due to manufacturers defects. Contact me back to hear me out please .

I find it hard to believe that new 2021 models are the same price as new 2023 ones

CC delivered a carton with my new CC Hauler on Friday. The case appeared damaged, upon opening on Saturday, I am missing several parts, including the axle! And the corner of the side wall is cracked. I have called customer service 3 times today- no help. Spent 20 minutes waiting for a person and then was directed to call another number, did that and waited 35 minutes, no person ever came on the line. Now I am waiting again for over 37 minutes.

Cub cadet customer service on the phone was great.went to cub cadet dealer for warranty service, after two weeks i called about picking my lawn mower up, I was told that it would be the next week, called the next week and was told it would be four weeks, I had to pick my lawn mower up and fix it myself to keep from paying someone to cut my grass. I was very excited about the mower. I live in South Georgia so it just about mowing season now it's hasn't been a year in the starter is out . I though at the must the parts would last longer than a couple months . I paid for this mower in full because I believe I was getting a quality mower. Now if was 2 years pass I wouldn't email anyone but it has been a year yet in I'm buying a part . I know u could understand my frustration. I mean know disrespect but I went I bragging to my friends about this mower.
Now I'm the one with my head down. I didn't get the warranty because I was wait at the must a 1,1/2 year before I purchased.

I purchased a Cub Cadet snow blower model #31AS2M5E710 last spring and I'm happy with most things about it with the exception of the rear wheels. They are suppose to be idler wheels serving little purpose. With the heavy tread they tend to build up with packed snow which causes them to stop turning and tipping the snow blower making the auger hit before the scraper causing it to bounce and leave too much snow. I never had this issue with my Toro that I used for 25 years . The Toro had smooth wheels and no build up. Apparently the R and D department never used one of their products. I would have called the company instead of writing a review if they would have supplied a phone number in any of the paperwork that came with it. I suppose you are not suppose to call them. I bought the XT1-LT42E tractor mid-September 2022. From the beginning, there was a squeal in the front of the machine. I figured that it was possibly some parts just breaking in, but the noise got worse. The seller, Home Depot, did not have a replacement, so it was up to me to have the problem fixed if I wanted to keep the machine. The nearest repair shop would charge $75 to pick up and return the new machine.
The squeal increased to a screech. So this week, I decided to try fixing the problem myself. I bought a grease gun, loaded it, and lubricated the front end. It took a whole 14-ounce cartridge to lube the machine at the four grease fittings. It is apparent that the tractor had never been lubricated at the factory before delivery. This exposes some really slipshod quality control by Cub Cadet and casts a bad image for the vendor, Home Depot.
The lubrication worked, and the squeal is now gone. I wonder, however, how long it will be before I need to have the front wheel bearings replaced due to Cub Cadet's error.

I recently purchased a 2022 Cub cadet 50-inch. And retired my old 50 inch Cub cadet which had a new set of mulching blades on it. Tonight I wanted to switch my old blades off the old tractor to the new one. After taking off the chewed up blades on the new Cub cadet I find that they decided to change the pattern up. I'm assuming for no other reason but to force you to buy new blades made by cub cadet. The old system worked you changed it for no other reason than to get more money out of me I will not buy another Cub cadet for this reason

If you own an electric 42e zero turn cub cadet and you want to order an arm rest do not order it fro cub cadet. The part number they show on their website is wrong. I ordered one from them two months ago and it doesn't fit . The holes drilled on the seat don't match the holes on the arm rest bracket. I went to Home Depot, where I purchased the mower and they ordered the right one. It fits perfectly. The right part number is 759 04252. Has been a couple months and I can't even get an email with the shipping label to return the arm rest that they wrongly sent me. I wonder how long is going to take to get my money back. Lousy lousy customer service. Terrible feeling when the big guy is playing with the little guy's money

This company without any doubt has the worst customer service. I purchased an electric zero turn. Not a cheap one by any means. Over 5,000. The truck came without a key to start it. I called right and I was told that they will send a right away. Well, it took a whole month to arrive by regular mail. With the price I paid for this truck I was expecting a faster method to ship the key that they failed to include with the machine. They just don't care for the customer. They have a great deal to learn from Amazon

I recently bought a cub cadet 0 turn electric. Over $5,000 . Shortly after I ordered an accessory. They sent me the wrong part and they admitted sending the wrong part. They told me they will email a return label to attach to the box. It has been almost a month. I have called several times asking for the email. My gosh a month to send an email? I wonder how long is going to take to get the refund!

Well I bought a 54" zero turn last year. Was ok except the seat is like sitting on a rock. Anyway I needed new blades at the end of May. I am still waiting!!! So in the mean time I'm paying $200.00 a pop to mow my 1/2 acre front yard!!! I think I am going to sell it if I ever get my new blades!!! Sorry I bought it, should have paid the little bit more for the john deer!!!

Very unhappy with your customer service bought my new couple that xt1 from home Depot with only 17 hours on it pulley was messed up took it in to be service they fixed it within a day still waiting on the warranty people to give them a release I can go pick up my more I paid over $3,100 for this thing and every time I've called I'd get the run around and it takes two to three days it's been over a week from here on out if I have this problem again I will be selling it and buying a John Deere never again will I buy another club cadet anything
