Dairy Queen Customer Service Complaints - page 4

Watched tv add for 3 dollar purnell double sausage breakfast. Tried at Versailles, Ky store,on Frankfort st.

Very disappointed, sausage thin and very over cooked. Tasted burnt and dry.

Dairy Queen in plainview texas this store is always closing early like at 9 or so of not they turn off some of the lights and the light on the drive thru sighn to make it look like there closed wich os what happened today but i still waited untill they answered on the drive thru while I was waiting at the window for my food i saw atleast 4 cars stop at the drive thru sighn wait for a little bit then take off i guess they dont want to make money for the store

I ordered 2-Flame Thrower Grill Burgers with pepper jack cheese, mayo, lettuce, onion, bacon. DO not want tomatos and Flame Thrower Sauce. 2-Sodas. wHen we got to my daughters our burgers had tomatos and that flame hot sauce. mE and my daughter are highly allergic to tomatos and we didnt want that sauce either. oUr food was unedible to us. Being given food that we are very allergic to is very dangerous, my daughter cannot even touch tomatos, this is my 2nd complaint about same visit and heard from no one. I hope to hear from someone about the mistakes that were made.

The Auburn Way South DQ is managed by a very rude woman. On several occasions we have noted her chastising employees in front of customers, being rude when asked about underserving and sometimes not even communicating when asked a question.
The DQ on 15th st is well run and will receive all of our business. The manager is very cordial and helpful.

Dairy Queen on main hwy in Hebbronville Tx

3. Men's restroom very dirty.

4. Didn't dare go in women's restroom.

We love Dairy Queen but we will never go to this location again. We are on road trip and were very hungry. There aare not many places on this highway to choose from. What a disappointment.

I have been going to DQ in Rockdale TX. On Oct,4, 2016 I had ordered a #1combo. I had asked for tea. I told her I wanted the cup packed with ice. When I got it. There was just a little ice floating on top. I told her. I ask you to pack the cup with ice. Than I ask her to give me large cup of ice. For my tea. She told me she would have to charge me 54 cents. I told her I was not paying her 54cents. Because I did not get what I order. And she would not give me what I order. I have done business for many years. Not only in Rockdale. But in other towns. But if something is not done. About this. I will no longer do business with any DQ. This was not the first time this happened here in Rockdale. I hope to hear from somebody.

A fellow worker and I stopped at the DQ in Chaska Mn. She ordered onion rings and a peanut buster parfait. The onion rings were not done and you needed a magnefying (SP) glass to find the fudge. I ordered cheese curds and a sm peanut butter cup blizzard.There wasn't much peanut butter cup pieces. Dairy Queen sucks compared to what it use to be. We wont be going back. Very dissapointing.JMPW

The manager Brooke was on the front line drinking coffee and smacking gum. Very unprofessional look to customers

Just left Dairy Queen Gilbert Rd in Gilbert , AZ first the drive through light on the menu board wasn't on and I told the person who came on to take my order. Then I proceed to pick up my medium blizzard and the overhead lights weren't on by the pick up area. I was told they come on at 8pm City of Gilbert !!!! Really!!! It Sept 15th time is a changing!! I get my blizzard and leave...... It was the soupiest ice cream I have ever had!!! Brought it home and put in the freezer!!!! Will not be going back for a long time!!!

The Dairy Queen on hwy 278 - Hilton Head Island, SC doesn't seem to care that their signage is often lacking
lights, making it very difficult to find the turnin or determine if the store is even open. I have personally told them
at least twice and they act like they could care less or have some feeble excuse. It's your business, but it's a
pretty bad example for Dairy Queen and certainly motivates me to take my business elsewhere. Just thought
you might like to know ???????????

Terra alta dq is a joke that place is nasty bathrooms never clean employees dont wash their hands a new girl stands there and picks her nose down right gross will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DQ THE EMPLOYEES ON REGISTER ARE VERY RUDE

Stopped at Dairy Queen in Hemphill tx store #14208. Had been raining a couple days. In the lobby seating area water was on tables in the seats and on the floor. Much of the ceiling was brown from rain spots and looked like there was mold up there also. And it's not just from that rain. My mom and I stop there because we like the food and the ceiling has been like that. Also the A/C vents on ceiling is always dripping. This is just an accident waiting to happen. This store needs serious roof repairs

I just wanted to file a formal complaint regarding being ROBED by your manager Crystal at you store located at 9008 E 10th St, Indianapolis, IN 46229
I purchased a royal cheesecake strawberry blizzard and all i got was a plain vanilla blizzard...when I got home i realized that they made the hole in th middle but never put the strawberries or the cheesecake. ..also I ordered a MALT with extra marshmallows well guess what NO marshmallows. ..I immediately call and spoke to the manager and she said to bring it back which I did...by that time the blizzard settled do to the hole in the middle that they never filled
She accused me infront of about 10 customers that i ate some of it and refused to give me my money back like she stated she would over the phone...I stated to her that it wasn't touch..that it settle from the hole in the middle that was empty...she was very rude and told me that if I didn't like it I could call corporate and complain to them..and she walked away. ..so I was robbed of an extra large malt and a large blizzard which I'm out about $11.00 I will make sure your company never gets a penny from me or any of my friends and people I know. ..it will also be reported to my outbussman in Marion county ..I will go ahead and put this on my Facebook...Twitter and any other social media I have for everyone to know the type of business that store is running and how they rob and treat customers

Sat at speaker for 10 min when order was FINALLY taken had to repeat myself 3 times. Got to window they gave me my tea it was hot ask for ice gave it back was still hot. Waited another10 min at window. Will not be back

Went today to buy ice cream and manager was cursing at young girl working the counter. She used profanity and was quite disparaging. Will not go back to this Dairy Queen ever again!

Hey,my name is Jim.I travel for a living and used to eat at DQ often and would buy a Blizzard for dessert.But then the size from small to large changed dramatically.I still find myself wanting to order there but when I see the smaller sizes for a higher cost I simply leave and go elsewhere.You may laugh or disregard this message but I truly feel that this is unfair.Thank You,Have a good day.

Very disappointed in this company I was on hold for over an hour to speak with someone. I also visited a store twice and received they same dissatisfaction of service. It starts at corporate and works all the way down. This is very unacceptable

very very disappointed in my service @ Dairy Queen #353 on East 5th Street in Tyler Texas.
I have had this happen for the last time, I placed an order for a "Chili Cheese Crunch combo" and a "taco combo with an extra taco". when I get my order I checked the Chili cheese crunch combo and it has taco meat shredded lettuce and a tomato. (Not a Chili cheese crunch) I went inside and told them the order is wrong and they made the order as it was supposed to be but while waiting I checked the menu over and see no such meal that they had given me to begin with so i asked them what was that sandwich they had made first , they replied it was a "taco crunch" ( Again, not on your menu) what's up Dairy Queen? this has happened twice at this location, I also didn't recieve the extra taco I ordered either. the manager , I was told was on vacation, so I am here to place my complaint and won't be eating at that location ever again .

I went to Dairy Queen in Hayward WI, and it was the worse thing ever! I got my food and there was snot on my fries. I went to asked for the name of the person who made my lunch it was some nasty child. This boy was so GROSS! He thought it was funny to put snot on my fries. I think this child should get fired. That Fred has no respects for the customer's. I have never felt so upset at teenagers in my life. The so called Grill's man Fred should be fired. I had a very unpleasant time.

i was just at teh dairy queen off of 128th and I-5 in everett wa the staff there is a joke and so is the owner they are not wearing there uniforms you cant even see a name tag because they are not wearing them and they are not wearing hats i know for a fact they need to wear hats because i have been to outher dairy queens and the staff is wearing shirts hats and name tags i think that owner should be held responsible ofr his staff or makeing sure they are doing what they have to for employment and they dont even flip over there blizzards when they are supose to and then they put hot food with ice cream in tha same bad are they stupid and then they dont even hand out spoons fpr teh ice cream in drive threw for the sundays really they need to be shown how to do there job right

Complained to both corporate and local DQ about recent experience and did not receive a reply from either. Shameful

Weren't too Dairy Queen in Loveland Colorado ordered a triple berry smoothie and it has No Flavor at all it was ice and sugar did not taste good could not get ahold of anyone at dairy Queen in Loveland not at corporate office would like to talk w someone can't believe I spend 3.69 for ice and sugar no Flavor

Tried to use gift certificate and cashier said it was invalid. A $15 dollar certificate that was useless. Management was not available and there was no attempt to correct problem. My relatives use this place as a meeting place and I assure you we will not be back. Caution customers don't buy certificates.

Hi my name is Ronnie i live in Kankakee Il.we have three Dairy Queens in the area and none of them serve food they only sell dairy products what do we have to do to get a Dairy Queen that is a restaurant too I used to live in Texas in all the Dairy Queens they are restaurants too if I want to eat at a Dairy Queen restaurant I have to travel an hour and a half to eat at a Dairy Queen restaurant
