Have been a Dish customer for many years .Despite the crappy service. Constantly having to call because of some issue or another. In February my hard drive broke they sent a tech who told me he can take. It but we would be without tv for weeks due to the hacking problem they had.As he doesn't have a hard drive on his truck. Then why did they send you. Tried calling Dish with a 900 minute wait!!!!! So I got Direct tv.Tried to cxl my service but couldn't many times now they are billing me over $600 for months I didn't even have and a early termination fee!@! Criminals. When I call they say they can send a technician. It's mind boggling!!!!!
