my account info was leaked then sold off to some 1 in russia, been trying to contact them for over a week now and they always say to call and the number doesnt work, now after i confronted them hard about this im getting ignored

My account got hacked and cant reach a. İt has been 3 weeks. openmed 5 cases all resolved automatically. says they will contact with 5 min latency after live chat button. but they dont open for 5 hours.

Yes I the Madden 16 game im am very disappointed that I be on the game playing Madden I will get kicked off and lose the game 6 like that and my rank is going down fast .I hate I can talk to a person on the phone it would be better that way I think please call me thank you

First off it's complete bs that a multi million dollar company like ea sports doesn't offer any customer service or legit technical support. How can they get away with this? My main tick with this horrible company though is the momentum factor in MUT 15. It's complete crap! Handicapping players is not realistic! It's been like this for awhile now and I'm done with it. I broke the game and will never play nor reccondmend any game made by ea sports ever again cause they refuse to address these issues! I will be devoting all my spare time to fill out a petition to get people to stop playing all Ea sports games until u fix the momentum and cheating issues that occurs in all of their games! EA SPORTS IS COMPLETE JOKE!

I've been unable to sign into tapped out for two weeks. I've been filling out forms, changing my password, receiving codes...NOTHING. My id name is valentinechef143. You're showing valentinechef12. At level 58 it should be apparent that I'm committed to the game and to my friends that rely on me to support them. It has been a labyrinth of hell to find a way to contact you. Just ridiculous. You are you, where are you and what do you do for work? Hello? Are YOU a human? Is it possible to reach a human or even a droid that is willing to address this issue? My account was hacked and there was no way of contacting them to sort it out. I had to go in and revert the email myself. They should be more helpful and have a better way of protecting your account...

Terrible - have spent days trying to sort out a simple problem, customer services were rude and unhelpful, wait times ridiculous. Very disappointed child cannot play an EA game!

This phone number no longer works. EA directs you to help.ea.com, then clicking Contact Us. I tried that and got no where. It seems they need to fine-tune their customer service & technical support.

Shame on you EA. Ive had the displeasure of having to talk to FOUR of your operators over the past weekend with no resolution. If this wasn't bad enough, your operators were rude, callous and showed no remorse over issues with your product. You really should listen to your customer base and not ridicule us when there are issues with your product.

The bug that I called about still has not been resolved. This is two years in a row you have not been prepared for the holiday traffic and you have the audacity to hire operators who are rude and not helpful at all.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that I could be on hold for an hour and a half not once but twice and still never reach an actual person. Then when I try to email I never get a response. This is absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever had! It is no way to run a business and I will never spend another dime on any of your products. I will actually be shocked if anyone answers this, but please prove me wrong!

After 3 days of being told that they could not transfer my PSN account from some dummy random account that was created in place of linking to my EA Account and being told that the supervisor is busy then being hung up on. Finally got to talk to a supervisor that told me that a Persona Transfer is not possible for me literally because the specialist "Refuses to perform the transfer" so instead they link my e-mail to the dummy account and another e-mail to my original account trying to convince me that this is good enough.

My brother gifted me a game card this year for christmas and when i tried to redeem it, it says "wrong territory". I have to redeem the card in either U.S.A or Canada. I am from Puerto Rico, my brother bought the card in an American store here in Puerto Rico. What the hell do you mean "wrong territory"? I changed it to U.S.A and later Canada and still won't let me. Why would you sell these cards here in Puerto Rico if they don't work? There goes my christmas gift and $20 bucks down the drain.
Now I am in the live chat thing and it says i have to wait 40-45 minutes. On the phone? 3 freaking hours. No way. HORRIBLE customer service.

I've never made a longer or bigger circle than ea "customer" service put me in. Wanna know what my profile did to get banned only from madden, but I've got to become a professional detective and question this person this person, yet no one has a answer just more people to talk to until your so frustrated that you resort to leaving a comment a paragraph long about how horrible ea service is. I'm 2k now and everything is nice and smooth.

Account was hacked and the Ultimate team sold at very low values, then the next day all the coins were taken. Following advise from EA (which took a lot of effort to find someone to help - had to ring the head office!!) locked down the account with all their security but still got hacked when I replaced the coins (Sony not much better when locking down their account). Result is that FiFa is unplayable and EA will not do anything about it, although they accept the account has been hacked and the value of the team is "0"
To big to care!!

First off your website is terrible all I wanted to do was report a glitch that on star wars battlefront in heroes vs villians match when you start a match you can't use star cards until you die once please fix this or let me know if you already are working on it I Facebooked someone and they half replied and then ignored me.

Sorry to say but I no longer care for your Company, I believe, well want to believe your company cared about people instead of, Facebook hits or twitter hits, but since there's no contact info on ur game boxs, besides Facebook and twitter I know now your turning into a computer as a company. Why is it so difficult to get any actual help from a live body? I am trying to get Madden 16 to play but it stuck on loading rosters and won't move. I can't speak to anyone and the website doesn't give you the option to get any help. I tried to submit my issue but it is taking me to another EA website with possible answers. I don't want another damn website I want some to actually pick up a phone and diagnose the problem. Is that too much to ask after I spend my hard earned money on your game?
