I am sick and tired of your gas station at Fred Meyer Oak Grove in Milwaukie have to in line for 15 to 20 minutes only to get turned away before I can get gas because your store can't get help or gas. Don't waist my time with this ridiculous situation if you can't accommodate your customers then close.whatvis the point of having a gas station if I the customer can't gas.

I have been shopping at FM here in Yakima, Wash for years and have noticed the quality of the store going down for some time. Today 2/27/23 i went into the self check out and notices there were very few plastic bags. i called for the helper and he said they were running out. There were a few paper bags but they would have run out soon. I checked the other self check out and same problem there. Then i went into the bathroom and there was no paper towels. I came out shaking the water off my hands. Then i went by the pharmacy and noticed 20 people in line. I get mine there and it is always like that. The hours of operation have been cut back and fewer pharmacy tecks making getting meds a problem. I have had to stand in line up to 1/2 hour. I like to buy the strawberries that are sliced and with sugar but they are normally missing. There is a basic lowering of quality of operation. I wonder if the manager is responsible or who ever is ordering the supplies that is responsible. If i were you i would have someone go see and get these problems fixed. JACK STAEHELI

When I brought a package of Tri Tip steaks to the meat/seafood service counter I was asked by a young man standing near the entrance if he could help me. He was dressed casually in jeans, sweatshirt, and baseball cap with no name tag. I had noticed him earlier scanning stock levels in the fresh meat case.
I asked to have the steaks run once through the meat cuber. He said that it would be at least an hour before he could get to it. I then asked if if the butchers started an hour from now. After noticing that the package had a markdown sticker on it his story evolved into it was against Company policy to cube markdown meat.

Is there any health or food safety issue with running markdown meat though the cuber?
Is it Company policy to avoid customer service at any cost?
Was he stating real Company policy?
Are employees allowed to make up "Company policy" to fit their own personal needs?
Perhaps a new marketing plan to advertise that customer service is at the discretion of the employee would be a boost to future sales.
Can I help you? Rings hollow with no intention of customer service!

Tonight at the Burien Fred Meyer location a manager named C.Cash refused to delete an item off of my receipt just seconds after I purchased it while I was still standing in front of the regisger. He sent me to the service counter where there was a giant line. When I asked him to get his superior he said "I'm the manager". I asked him if he was the general manager and he walked away. I asked him for his name and he covered his name tag. Then I asked him for a business card and he told me to "STICK THAT COUGH MEDICINE UP YOUR ASS!!!" in front of customers and staff. I finally saw his name tag and ut said C. CASH. I told him I'm reporting his behavior to Kroger immediately and he told me to "go f@ck yourself" several times. It was the worst customer service I've ever had in over 57 years from anywhere and in any country.

TV HWY ..Teresa in Pharmacy.. Tired of her condescending smart ass attitude.. her moods are different depending on what day mostly what I see is that she throws out a fake thank you when there's a manager or a pharmacist nearby other than that very rude.. many people complain about her but I don't know if it's been brought to the corporate attention, but it needs to be its. ridiculous.. I personally have talk to manager couple years ago about the same woman and nothing has changed.. even one time waiting in a line behind seven people my turn I get up there get my medication ask a question and she says I don't have time to answer that there's people in line behind you I told her yes and I waited my turning that long line to get up here to get my medication and ask this question. Could you please give me a pharmacist I'm not getting back in the line again to come up here and asked the same question... if she doesn't like to deal with the public that she should not be in that position!

I never go to Fred Meyer's even though it is the closest store to our home. For the last many years, it doesn't matter what I purchase at Fred Meyer's, but when it rings up, it cost more than displayed. Consistently...
It doesn't matter if it's Broccoli or a Juicer, when you get to the cash register, it rings up more than what is displayed back at the items.
Of course I brought up a rug, PLAINLY DISPLAYED at $32.99...
That ring seven $49.99...
Of course...
I had to go get the supervisor which she had to get the area manager, which they had to call corporate headquarters while all this time I'm standing there ...
After I was given the rug for $32.99 nothing was changed...
They never typed into any computers, they never took down any signs...
So every person grabs one of those rugs is going to pay $49.89 and I'm sure that person isn't going to go through all the crap I did to save $17 bucks.
There hasn't been a time in the last few years I've been there where I wasn't overcharged for something...

I was harassed by Linda in Fred Meyers pharmacy in Wilsonville or. I get 28 Lorazapam every 28 days she told me I could only get them filled on the 28th of each month! NO! I got my prescription on the 17th 28 days was the 15th ! She kept hanging up on me she was screaming at me that the pharmacist wS talking to the dr rite now and hung up I called back she hung up. My dr sent In a new prescription to be filled that day .THEY TOLD THE DR NO!!!! OMG THIs stupid chick and pharmacist refused the dr.so my other dr did a search and I was given the prescription. I was so mad I couldn't quit crying I asked for the manager it was Adam he was super nice to me he said he get in touch and didn't I called corporate
Oops! I went in to get groceries and he was checking and was very rude all of a sudden I got thrown against my cart and this big lady had me pinned looking over me into the cart I said get off of me ! She was talking on the phone I was stuck he's glaring at me shooting bullets out of his eyes everyone was staring I got out called my son who had me call the sheriff now at the gas station

It's pretty pathetic that the electric escalators in your 100 W 75th Seattle, have been out of order for months . Your elevator was out of order since Christmas and works for five days recently to die down again ! I've seen older shoppers struggling to make their way out on the steps . Not that the store is not busy , it's just lack of customer care . I have contacted local news to see if they can shed light on the issue and hopefully they will . No staff member seem to know who is responsible for notifying they don't know who , to get this fiasco fixed . I will expose the lack of customer in any media so customers will find a way to shop where their needs are met . Best regards Dino

If you have anywhere to go shopping other than Fred Meyer in Burien, I recommend doing so when Manager C. GREEN is working. Extremely rude, impudent, unprofessional. Today she stated that she cannot return the partial bill that the cashier previously gave me in order to determine that my bill was correct. For God's sake, who do you give the bill to if not the customer. She pretended to be the store manager and did not want to call the real manager even if my account was incorrect. JUST TO STATE I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT THAT FM IN BURIEN FOR 25 YEARS AND ONLY BAD EXPERIENCE MOSTLY. Kudos to the exceptions.

I am so done with this company. I have never been treated so poorly. They charge in advance of the order and do not provide a credit to your bank account when they overcharge. Don't bother to contact customer service. You will only receive worthless lip service. I feed 8 people and spend over $1100 per month

Absolutely ridiculously long lines at customer service counters. They only have one person working at a time and lines are 15 to 20 deep. If you forget to swipe your card you will be charged full price and then have to stand in those lines. Terrible.

I called the pharmacy for a price comparison and the first girl was automatically rude, she said she couldn't give me a price without a specific size and strength so I asked for the smallest and lowest, she said "ew" for some reason then put phone down and I waited until someone else picked it up, asked what I wanted and gave me a really high quote that I think must have been wrong- it was 3 times what Bartells sells it for, and they told me fred Meyer was the cheapest in town. Really really bad service, but they act like there's no standard for service at all, they just say whatever they want to say. Lame, I won't go to Fred's bc I have no reason to, even if they are the cheapest it just sucks to see all the miserable people there, taking out their frustration on whoever they come into contact with

The Fred Meyer pharmacy has shorted me on my prescription 3 times. I called them and they refused to do anything about it. Basically told me TS. I will never set foot in that store again.

I am a old man it is not fair for Fred meyers cashier to scan my id with the scanner just to buy cough medicine I felt it is good if he could just check n not scan my I'd is my personal information this is not fair this is ridiculous. My family n myself been shopping here this FM for last 22 years never this happen especially to a senior citizen. Very sad

The online reps are entirely useless, have little knowledge of the products sold on the FM website and when you question them or ask for a supervisor they disconnect you. From 9:19AM this morning, it took an hour, a 3 reps later to not even answer my question. The last one referred me to HoneDepot? Really? I'm shopping on YOUR Fred Meyer site, not Homedepot. I'm going to charge them $500 per every 15 minutes wasted and treated most unprofessionally. I'm going to say it: unprofessional and dumb, a total waste of time just for clarification on Christmas lights FM sells on their own website! Aggravation and such distress!

Clerk, Maria at the Oak Grove Oregon location didn't greet us, make eye contact, smile or even thank my husband for bagging our $196.98 grocery order. She was the rudest clerk we have encountered in a very long time! We normally do our shopping at the Clackamas Oregon location but chose this location today because it fit our needs; big mistake on our part!!! She should be thankful people are shopping, paying her wages and she has a job, has she seen what's going on in the economy? She needs a real reality check and a class in customer service to gain some more skills, because she has zero!!

constant and continuing website problems with them and that has been going on since before covid, never any cashiers available and that too has been going on since before covid. I hardly buy anything there anymore because it is too difficult, esp. when one is crippled from surgeries. Now to call about problems I have to drive somewhere because the digital nightmares that plague our society mean I no longer have a working phone due to "upgrades" and no one can provide me with a functional phone since they killed 3G. There is no such thing as customer service in the store, they refuse to do anything but tell you to call in. When you do call you waste hours on hold only to be told they need my IP number to fix Their problems. I never had issues with other websites and never had to send my IP number to anyone to fix anything before. I'm sick of digital and sick of no customer service. Now I hear they want to merge with Albertsons!!!??? Albersons took of Safeway and now Safeway sucks so bad with their digital crap (that doesn't work) I don't go there. Isn't that making a monopoly of the food retailers?

I was in your store on October 7th at 9:30 pm at 400 s. Thor street. The restrooms were closed due to cleaning. So I showed both my card and doctors letter that gives me permission to use the employee bathroom under
RCW 70.54.400: Customers with medical conditions. I was told by several different employees that swormed in a group that under no circumstances were they going to let me go in the back to use the employees restroom. I also let them know that they are breaking the law by not allowing me to use it and could be fined or sued and two of the employees said that was fine they would gladly pay the fine or any penalties but they were not letting me use the employees restroom. Not only was a regular customer but I have been working as a instacart shopper for a couple years and I have never been treated this way by any other store employees. I was very humiliated as every one was starring at me I had to race to my vehicle get groceries in the car and than I had to pull to the back of the store where I could not be seen pull my pants down and clean up all the blood that was running down my legs.
Last year I was diagnosed with anal cancer and bc of this the treatments and surgeries as soon as I know I have to go I don't have much time to get to the restroom if I hold it back it compacts and starts tearing the inside of my anal skin and tissues. Because your employees refused me to use the employee restroom there is now a very good chance I will have to go through another very painful surgery ?
