got page plus service to day it worst than the sprint service i had. once and a while with i could call from home. can't receive or send with this service. i believed i was saving a male deer (bucks) however this is not the case. no cell no calls in reality i have no phone

I called Page Plus to ask a question about getting service and got recording saying due to a heavy call volume I must call back latter.I then sent e mail asking my question,three days latter I still got no response.It is hard to believe that a company can operate when there is no one to answer the phone.I guess I won't be using Page Plus service

I just joined pageplus because I hated verixon - BUT - now I dilike them BOTH - horrible cust serv - they got my ONE BILL PAYMENT and won't get anymore - I need to find another serivice that is FAIR and good - anyone know of the best one out there 8-13 ? pls10 at hotmail is my email if u know the best co (I do not text and only need 890 min a month to use) since I am older/retired ... thanks page plus did not earn my respect ! SAD that they don't care about their customers - how can u stay in bus this way - the co could be a great cell serivec if they onlu RESPECTED their clients !!

Customer service sucks! Doesn't Page Plus have any CEOs that care? On hold numerous times for outrageous amounts of time. Got a girl with an attitude, was super polite to her, and she still had a chip on her shoulder. They don't seem to care.

I've been cool with pageplus most of the, problems I've is paying my early in the past is every time I do they always screw me over in the past my gb would start and then run my new time up so I had to repay for a new card all over again, now the new the thing is they'll hold my payment over to itz time for a recharge but they still turned my phone off anyway and now I have to wait until they decide to turn it back on...!!! pissed off!!!

I paid my bill on 5/22/2013 and I have not been able to receive calls ever since then and it is now 6/8/2013. This is ridiculous and I should get my money back or at least a portion because it is not my fault that happened and why should I have to pay for something I have not even been able to use?? When I called the operator was very rude and said there was nothing they could do, is this a joke? Why am I paying for something that messes up half the time? I better get some of my money back or I WILL spread the word on how unprofessional and unreliable page plus is.

Investigation required! Being an unfortunate customer for over 4 years, the service is sub-standard, bordering on fraud and misrepresentation. Rather than just complain in here folks, DOCUMENT DOCUMENT DOCUMENT and take this to your local State Attorney General as well as FCC and demand an investigation. Pull their right to misrepresent and shut them down! Simple as that! I am doing that now and will follow up with due diligence to make sure that Corporate is shaken!

Page Plus has very bad service. I have paid the bill in advance before my due date, my phone still gets turned off. I try to call to speak with someone and there phone had a fast busy signal , this is not business it almost seems as if they are ripping people off. After this month because I have already paid my bill I will be switching my service to Verizon Wireless I am fed up with Page plus because this is not the first time that this have happened.

Very very very bad service!!!! This company sucks!!!!!! And it's an emotional disaster!!! U pay ur phone in advance and on the date they cut u anyways... U have an emergency u cn use ur phone!!!! The phone u PAID for!!!!!!! U try to contact them and there is no one to assist you!!! This is just some BS!!!!!!!!! I hate it!!!!!!!!!!

I don't understand how I paid my phone bill 3 days ago and my phone still got cut off.like I got the confirmation and everything like this is crazy and I can't get customer service til tomorrow morning . They need to have 24hour customer service or extend there hours

I Am Pissed Off Beyond Being Angry!!!! Once Again I'm Stuck In My Apt. Thought That The Busy Signal Was On The Receivers End But Guess What???????? It Is On My End Only A Busy Signal And No Matter How Many Times I Try To Re-activate......nothing Happens. I Mean Nothing Happens Accept For A Busy Signal.

Now I Wouldn't Be Bothered But It Is Now 8:20pm And This All Started At 3:00 This Afternoon.

I Am Fed Up With All Of This Time Troubling Pain In The Ass.

I just paid my bill a week ago and my data has already been shut off when I haven't used it and now I can't even connect to a wifi network! At the end of this month you can expect to lose a customer!!!!!

Can't ever get anyone on the phone, my phone coverage works great, but I can't ever get anyone on the phone to replinish my monthly plan... I called them- had my speakerphone on- took a shower,got ready, drove from va to nc (15) min drive still nobody, wtf is up!!!! I even recommended this service to friends and family, bet they think I'm crazy cause they can't get phone service either!!!

Your customer service department is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with I am try to contact someone because I paid my bill 3 days early and my phone still got shut off and now I cant get ahold of anyone to try and get it fixed

I have been having trouble buying PIN's from 3'rd party vendor's like a local BP Gas Station located at 1883 Lewisburg Pike, Franklin, TN 37064. When I tried loading the new PIN onto my Page Plus Account I herd an Computerized message saying "invalid PIN". When I went back to the BP Station they told me there is nothing they could do. The Station gave me their Merchant Tech Support Number. They said the same thing. What happened to old fashion customer service???
