Due to poor customer service, I will no longer be using Page Plus cell phone service... After giving a detailed description of the sim card needed for my new phone, your sales associate shipped me the wrong card. Before the purchase I was promised a refund if I did not receive the correct sim card. After receiving the wrong card, I contacted Page Plus. I spoke to the highest possible manager who could not help me. She was unable to refund the item or credit me my money even though Page Plus was at fault. I was also denied a contact name to file a complaint. During this whole process I was very disappointed overall with the customer service.

Worse customer service ever. Plans are to expensive and once you use up your 5gb of data, it doesn't slow down...NO...they shut it off completely. Pathetic phone company. Wouldnt recommend this company to my worse enemy.

Over billed me, lost call records, dropped\lost spare account twice after 4 hrs on service call, then lost my phone number. Never even notified. They have the customer service of a lemonade stand. Don't even think about this company it may as well be run by teenagers.

I was tricked into switching service providers from Sprint to Page Plus due to s more affordable cost. That was the WORST decision I have made this year! I ran out if data (5 gigs) in two days, there is never a manager available, I have several dropped calls, many times my phone would say that there was no Mobil connection which caused me to go days w/o service! I was Never compensated for my troubles nor accomidated. This is a hirrible phone service company and ran w/o intent to please the customer. I would Never recommend them to Anyone Ever. Four months of torture was enough for me!

Terrible Customer Service, Long Wait Times, Representatives That Cant Speak Proper English. Supervisors Are Unintelligent And Provide No Help. I Hate This Company. Please If You Can Help It Don't Use Them. They Rip People Off Then Tell You To Wait Days And Days To Find Out What Happened To Your Money! Beware.beware.beware

On 6/1/2014 I tried to purchase a 55$ card and the people at the store told me page plus had "made changes" so he sold me a 50$ card. I called to speak with someone and I kept me directed tot the same woman and she was very rude and made comments like "the money's gone" and "theres nothing she can do since the money is spent" I asked to speak with her supervisor and she refused to let me speak with anyone saying that "no one was available and that she would take my number and if they called back-they called back if not-then they dont." I HAVE LOST A LOT OF MONEY WITH PAGE PLUS. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED AND IT'S 200$ OF LOST MONEY. I BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES. THEY ARE NOT UNDERSTANDING AND RUDE TO THE FULLEST. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS AND THEY SEEM TO NOT CARE ABOUT MY SERVICE WITH THEM. I PLAN TO MOVE TO A DIFFERENT PHONE SERVICE PROVIDE TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I pay my bill every month on time and on the 16 they cut my damn phone off tired of dealing with this sorry ass service to who ever that reads this I wouldnt recommend this service for anyone your better off with a house phone

I have been a page plus customer for over a year. I have the pre pd by automaticly CC each month. Sometimes, like this am, said that I have insufficient funds...Please correct ASAP.

This Service Sucks. I've Prepaid For Two Months, January And February. This Is February 8th, And I Do Not Have Any Phone Service Tonight. I Have An Important Call That I Am Not Able To Receive And I Can Not Call Out!!! Disgusted!!!

I have had Page Plus for almost 9 months and the problem I consistently have is refilling my minutes. Whenever I finally get someone on the phone they try to sell me on auto-pay. In using the various posted numbers on-line I burn up the few minutes I have left waiting on hold. I can never get through on ANY of their posted customer service phone numbers. Well Page Plus it been a nice ride but I will have to move on. There are too many other things in life that one has to contend with and one of them should not be whether or not you cell phone will work. I guess you really do get what you pay for.

Log in doesn't work either. Keeps saying email and/or password not good even after they send you a new one. Booo...

Page Plus should should not be running. They should be in jail! They steal money from consumers. They have the worst customer service. Use straight talk instead. You wont loose a day if you change your plan with straight talk. Page Plus are thieves!

A total disappointment, page plus needs a 24 hour customer support line or else the company will lose its customer. I cannot receive calls, missed interview and work. Definitely have to make a switch asap.

Unable to receive or make calls, unable to send or receive messages, NO NOTIFICATION. I am beyond PISSED OFF. I need my phone for personal as well as business. I am disgusted by this service right now. Since Customer Service is so busy they shut down I think I'll have to messenger pigeon the corporate office how utterly disgusted I am with the shoddy service I have received from this company. As a loyal customer of 3 years who has referred at least 10 friends and famiy members... I'm going back to Boost Mobile, this is too much!

Just Paid The Monthly Payment..ofcourse Sitting On Hold From Someone Elses Phone Is Just What I Need To Be Doing Today. Anyone Know What Is Going On? Cassandra from Arizona and I'm having the same issues as everyone else who is posting today. Are you going out of business Page Plus or filing bankruptcy> My phone is not working today and I need it both for personal and business related matters. This is very rude for Page Plus to do this to all their customers with no notice and no way of contacting them to find out what the problem is and if/when it will get fixed. I've also been with you for over a year and this is very unfair to all of your cutomers. If something does not get settled quickly and we do not all get the cutomer service and support we need... Page Plus will be losing a lot of customers. And law suits may be brought out over such a disaster. My bill was paid by the due date and this is alarming to me when I can't even get a hold of a customer service rep to deal with these new issues that are arising.

There is something to say about a cellphone company that you can not reach, when something goes wrong with there service. I have been trying reach this company for 2hours the phone at the corporate office are out of order. When I do get them and get my money back I am gone. If something goes wrong with my grandson while he is at school he can't even get in touch with me.I pray you guys fix this problem as fast as possible, thank you for the time I spent with you. But today is my last day as a customer of your company.

Tried to refill my monthly plan and I'm still not getting my service. I do not pay them money just to pay them money. I down graded for this reason, but I guess not much of a down grade if I still keep having issues in more ways than one. Time to switch to something else... I had a horrible 3 months with you!
