My test was always done in max 3 days. Now the same test is not ready after six days.

I feel like they don't want business. Walk ins welco e and then they say you should made an appointment. Rude staff no friendly personnel.

Latham NY. At 9:00am the sign-in kiosk states there are no available openings while 2 other people were just called into the back area. One tech was the absolute rudest. It appears as if they pick and choose who they want to service. Shabby location. Based on the negative comments and my own experience it seems this place is a sham and should be investigated. One to watch.

I'm only dropping off a specimen and have to be assigned a number and wait for a representative to take the specimen. This makes no sense. There should be a drop off box or a representative should be able to take the specimen. Ridiculous and inefficient.

Greetings, I want to complain about the bad service that you are giving in your laboratory Quest Diagnostic 1608 W Allen st Allentown the Hispanic personal phlebectomy that you have is not professional. They already have my insurance information because I had already gone but I don't understand Ella's attitude so nasty when referring to her clients I always go to you and I have never had a problem but that lady you have is unprofessional that It happened today January 24, 2023 at 9:15 in the morning. Thank you for your attention.

I tried for 2 days to schedule an appointment online and was unable to do so. I went as a walk in and there was over a 2 hour wait, so I left. I went as a walk in, again, the following day, I waited 30 minutes in the lobby after a gentleman came out and said they would get me in. They took a walk in that arrived 10 minutes after me, but told me I had to come back at closing time. I was finally able to make an appointment online, as I was sitting in their lobby waiting to be seen. Unfortunately, that is now going to require a 3rd visit. Had I not paid in advance online for the lab work I need, I would not be going back. The whole experience has been utterly ridiculous.

quest diagnostics has the worst website. i need to send a check to pay my bill and the billing address is no place to be found. i did different searches with no luck. the only option quest gives is online info. that's not what i want. then to get the address quest wants me to call customer service. that was a nuisance because the rep and i could not understand each other. their chat is down but i can fill out a form for call back. all i want to do is write out this check and pay this bill. and in the future i will head over to lab corp

In Kissimmee florida, marked the phone number for that location, waited 25 in minutes, for then my account not to be found and told I was calling the New York & New Jersey customer service line. I wa then given 407 676 7900, which is dysfunctional. But and on top of all that the issue I was calling for, for which I had already looked at- trying to get my account number- is not available on the app.. But the main reason I was calling is that after being told I was going to be billed before hitting my debit card turned out to be a hoax, and was debited inadvertently multiple times, when I was promised that was not going to be the case. Definitely they have lost a customer, me and my whole multiple unit family which might be close to 50 members..rating is a negative 1-10...they s....

An absolute disaster one of the worst websites I've ever been to on three different iPads an iPhone I tried to create an account what's the use of even having this app it's a disgrace and look at the reviews they're terrible. Getting our results is important in the days high-tech world you can't get it together enough that you have a decent app my gosh

Bad bad customer service! It is so difficult to talk to someone on the phone. If you have a problem with a bill they don't care to help you, they just leave it up to you to figure it out who's at fault. And then, if you don't pay, it goes to collections and your misery starts over! The mistake started with the wrong codes given then when that was corrected it went to Quest not correcting the mistake and it has snowballed from there! Now we are sent to collections, what a joke!!!!

Horrible customer service. Listen to your patients that know their body. If a person has spider veins you cannot use a large needle to try and finish up fast. My son was poked twice and at the end a butterfly as I had requested had to be used. Help patients don't hurry to get rid of them. A lady fainted while i was there an fell to the floor and my sooln almost fainted but i held on to him. Please train your phlebotomists in patient care and professionalism.

Horrible lab horrible customer service quest was paid by my insurance company and put me in to collections saying they never received payment then made me jump through hoops to have it fixed I will never go there again!!!!

Had a appointment sarurday december10th 2022 for 11:00am i was only about 10 minutes late so theyrefuse to do the drawing of blood im a very disapointed to be refuse i shold of been able to have this done i been there and on time and had to wait a hour so is this fair i ðont think so

Need receptionist to help with check in process. If terminals are out of order or not working properly there needs to be an alternative way to check in. Should get reminder of upcoming appointment and prep if any.

Enterprise Drive location earlier today. The computer scanner wasn't working and the other computer was out of service. It was a check in disaster.
I never got a reminder of my appointment by text or email. I have in the past.

Horrible customer!!! The billing department is so all over the place it's crazy! I've called so many times with no resolution. Apparently no one can see previous notes or comments or either there not added to the account...I'm not sure. I'm so disgusted and disappointed with this company. I honestly think that I'm not going to use them in the future. We pay for a service when outside of the lab, there's none.

It's Amazing Your Still In Business. You Are Probably The Worst Company Going With Your Government Backing. How Are You Supposed To Get An Appointment When Every Appointment That Says It's Open Is Not Open Just Like That. You Suck And You Should Be Ashamed Of Yourselves For Taking Advantage Of People Who Need This!!!! Your The Reason Why Theres A Need To Watch Scumbag Companies Like Yours. I Tried To Get An Appointment On At Least 3 Different Locations With Available Times All Of A Sudden Not Available And Not Available Period. This Is Wrong Your Frauds. They are liars. I normally just walk in and sign in at the kiosk. Last time I went, I was told they only draw labs if you have an appointment. When I went in today (taking unnecessary time off), they took walk-ins. I guess they service certain people w/o making an online appointment.

Worse experience ever while Emily does know how to take blood but knows nothing about computer spent good hour there trying to explain warfin test also standing order every three months for cbc could not tell me last draw was for cbc because of this I will not go back to this location

Trying to get a simple password reset. Verification code was supposely sent to my email address. All other email from quest has been received. I called help desk. Been past around 4 times. Been on hold for over 30 minutes after two different analyst put me on hold waiting for tech support. They said they could see the issue. I feel to make sure there call stats remain good, that I keep getting put back in the call queue. This is very very poor service. I am at point to to start going to a different lab as this is ridiculous. Pull my call queue. You will see how long I waited. Horrible customer service.

There is NO customer service. Check-in is online or automated. No admin personnel. The offices I called have phone numbers but one just rang and eventually stopped and others have voice menus that don't allow you to speak to a person. I genuinely needed guidance and I was left in the wind. I will not use their service again.

Very bad experience with Mongolia Plaza, wildwood, FL location this morning which was closed but still sent a text message early morning for a link to check in. Worse experience trying to get a person to know if it would open anytime soon. The last person on the phone tried to help but gave me the wrong info. I asked to be transferred to customer service to leave a review, she said yes but hanged up.
