my experience was very nice. the people were friendly and caring. I didn't wait to long, to have my blood drawn. I am very hard drive and the person who drew my blood was very sweet and caring and listened to me and was able to find a vein and was very fast and painless

I was at the Arroyo grande office on 01/20/13 for a whole battery of blood test and Irma was the only person working at the office and at three different times she had to draw blood and was wonderful! I am a "tough stick" and she had no problems and was completely painless! You should use her as a training person or other technicians because of her expertise and knowledge of how to do the job properly! Sincerely Kenneth R Barrette

I utilize the Quest location in Chalfont, PA approximately four times yearly and submit blood samples. Yesterday, I provided samples to Jackie of that office. The service she provided was excellent. I have never experienced any problems with other employees of that office and my dealings with them has always been positive.

I AM A PATIENT AT THE FACILTY ON NORTH 49TH ST IN ST PETE FL. i AM DISABLED WITH MANY HEALTH PROBLEMS AND BLOOD TESTS ARE AN OFTEN OCCURANCE. i HAVE BEEN TREATED VERY WELL THERE. THE STAFF ARE POLITE EVEN WHEN THEY ARE VERY BUSY.HAVING BEEN HOSPITALIZED ALOT I'VE HAD MANY LEVELS OF SKILL OR NOT WITH IV'S AND BLOOD TESTS. MOST ALL THE TIME ONE TRY GETS IT DONE. JUST WANTED YOU TO KNOW I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE!

My wife & I have been using Quest Diagnostics for several yrs and have had no problems. I have no problem with their on line appointmet system and am always treated good during my visit.
