Customer service hung up on me twice the worst customer service experience ever! Stole money from my debit card and never cared to even ask my name! Had to report to my bank for fraud. So disappointed.

At the Sam's Club on South Orange Blossom Trail, the member services staff doesn't understand English and everything has to be repeated about 6-10 times. There is no real conversation because they have to try to translate from Arabic to English and Spanish to English and the staff doesn't have enough knowledge of the products at the store or on the computer.

I went to sam's club in Calumet City, my elderly father was with me, he was riding in one of those things elderly people ride in while their shopping, he lost control and went towards I guess it was a customer service desk or the place you take items back to, he didn't run into anyone thank goodness, so the young lady employee was behind the register waiting on people, she never once asked my father sir are you okay, can I help you, nothing, about the time I got to him I asked my dad did the lady employee say anything to you he said no I was trying to tell her I lost control, I helped my dad off and I apologized for him running into the desk and again he didn't run into another person, I offered to move it and I was told by another employee don't worry about it, it's okay, so my dad and I proceeded on after I helped him off, I hear another employee ask who put this cart right here, the lady employee who acted like she didn't see my dad when he first ran into the desk or didn't see if he was okay said that old man, I said excuse me but that's my father your talking about and she told me I am not talking to you and he is an old man, very rude unprofessional and disrespectful, talking loud and some other employees were laughing, again never asked my dad was he okay when he ran into the desk, didn't care no respect for elders, how would you like someone to treat your parent like that, and she seen my dad when he lost control and ran into the desk she was right there, I asked for a manager and I was told the manager said they were not coming out, this was very upsetting to me and I have never commented on one of these but this is how you treat customers and people and your elders working with the public and talking to customers like that,really?????????? Even if you didn't care or don't know my dad it's still your job to maintain some professional skills and just common courtesy, you could have asked if the man was okay instead of ignoring him and calling him some old man, yes he is an old man but what you said was out of line and at work.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Ask a question they look at you like you're asking for the right arm. Dirty looks. Walking on egg shells in the store, you can't ask for help, complain, or ask questions. They will kick you out.

It has become a store that is changed dramatically the items are extremely expensive now and you never know from week to week what products they actually have.
I prefer to shop somewhere else
I have been a member of Sam's Club for 15 years not the same place

I have been a member for about 25 years. Over the past two years customer service at the registers is very bad. After working all day I just want to get my stuff and get home to my family but instead I'm stuck standing in line because there's only 1 or 2 registers open and lines backed up into the isles. I am a very patient person but it makes me angry when I've worked all day and now I'm waiting in line watching two or three Sam's club employees standing there taking instead of opening more registers. I know you have self check out lanes available but I think if I have to do your job I should get a employee discount. Im asking you to please check out the management at the Battle Creek, Mi. Store. I have no complaints about the rest of the store everyone is always friendly and helpful. Please fix the front end.

I ordered 4 pieces of furniture for my home. Two were damaged. I call the phone number to customer service 1-888-746-7726 to request an exchange. It has been over two weeks and I have not received a resolution. Every email and call follow up, I'm told "let me escalate this". So it seems the agents that answer the only phone number Sam's provide can't resolve something simple as an exchange. They say they don't know why the two pieces of furniture is not shipping out. Keep in mind the Fed Ex label was created and per Fed Ex they have yet to receive the merchandise and the label was created 1 week ago. Poor service and no eagerness to resolve. There is an "Oh well" mentality I assume since they already have your money.

I ordered 30 cupcakes. Cupcake was good but the icing was horrible. Barely set up in the fridge but to take outside on a reasonably cool morning made the biggest mess ever. It didn't do that before. Has your icing changed? It was a greasy looking mess and hard to eat.

Went to Sam's club on Preston in Louisville Kentucky they had a mini igloo refrigerator on sale with a tag that said 119 the supervisor said they couldn't sell it because it was a display and the only one they had but I couldn't get that one for 119 it would be 139 I don't understand a item that has a sign on a item that I can't even get a rain check for the advertising price because they only have a display where is this my fault and why do I have to pay more never will I shop there again

This is the worst place I went to buy tires they never answer the phones at Sam's Club Gulfport auto department is two people one by the name of Meek and the other one his name is DJ they were very rude from the beginning they didn't want to put my new rims on the tires that I purchased from them although I did that many times before it took them an hour and a half and they didn't wanna do the service so I had to have another guy doing the service on my car because I had to talk to the manager and when they were done I couldn't find my car they parked very far stating so no one can hit it and when I asked them to bring my car they refused very very very bad service I do not recommend going to change tires at Sam's Club Gulfport

Today I went to Sam's club on Keeaumoku and purchase $290.00 worth of households electric appliances and other things at cashiers ready to check out ask questions the female at the register was rude and obnoxious stating rude comments I don't appreciate that one bit I think her name was Maria Hispanic? She needs to value customers that comes through that door to spend money?? ♀️?? ♀️?

Today 1/09/2022 I went to the southgate location it was my first time at this location so I went to the Cafe after I purchased my stuff the girl Kimberly that was taking orders had a very bad attitude really rude bad customer service. I ordered a Pizza pretzel and some other stuff, I seen another girl come grab a pretzel not sure where she put it but it looked more like a chesse pretzel had 3 little Pepperoni and chesse was just every where like a messy pretzel she as well went and put fresh pretzels on where she grabbed mines from and threw away the old one so when I finally got my pretzel I walked out went to my car and proceeded to leave I try to bite the pretzel and it was hard as a Rock I tried calling the location 5 times and they never answered. So here I am doing this here

Today, January 8, 2022, around 12:30pm at the fountain valley sam clubs, California, while I and many other customers were queuing up at the selfservice check out station. There suddenly was a lady, who's name was Kris, the self-proclaimed the store manager, leading a customer with a cart full of goods to cut in front of us for immediate payment, I disagreed and showed them the place to line up in order. Ms. Kris continued to do as she wanted interrupting the long line of people waiting and did not explain or bothered to give a reason. I was really disappointed by the manager's discriminatory and disrespectful way of habdling this situation. Is the time of the priority customer to cut the line important and us who are waiting in the long line not important? Is it normal to cross the line, demonstrating the authority of management, despise customers? I wondered is it in the policy of Sam clubs or just only the foutain valley store?

We had a bit of difficulty getting our new membership rebate e-card sent to us following the normal wait time having made numerous calls and listening to an array of excuses. After having called the store previously, and then corporate as we had been instructed, we were not any the better for our efforts. Walking into the Owasso store this morning, we decided to stop by the customer service desk and either have the problem resolved, or cancel our membership. We were very fortunate that a service rep overhearing our plight as we repeated it once and again from start to finish stepped in, and taking the time to search a little further into our account on the computer, offered new information that directed us to a successful resolution of our problem. Chelsea, thank you so much for taking the time and extra steps going beyond the norm to help us this morning. Results of your effort: Problem solved;.....and Sam's retained a customer.

Today Sunday December 19 my wife and I went to Sam's Club in Winston Salem NC to buy critical needed items for our son's relief package of items he is going to take to Kentucky because of the recent Tornado. We appreciate the items we'd bought but upon checkout we'd bought six boxes of cheese crackers. And was told there's a 5 box limit. No indication of that fact on the rack. We told the girl at the register what our plans was. She asked a manager up front told her what they were for but she refused to allow us the extra box. A a Scout Leader for over twenty two years I was not telling her a lie about the destination of the crackers.
That's a box of much needed items for the victims and wonder what they would say about it better yet wondering what social media would say like Facebook.

these people are complete idiots supervisors hide so when an employee asks a questions well i dont know they tell the employee i should talk to some one else manager doesnt even know anything hes an idiot too!! Dont ever work there at harrisburg sams club. You get points when your in the hospital or if you are very sick or if you go to a relatives funeral you get points after 5 poins your fired. they cant keep employees cause whenever you ask supervisors a important question either they dont have time to talk to you or they say later never comes! the one supervisor girl is a lesbian. She wears her pants down very low in the back looks like shes carrying a heavy load of mess in her pants dresses like a man with tatt0os all up both her arms. Scary looking. She sleeps in her office often never seen. cant ever find her when you need help. Should be fired on the spot!! Doesnt know what shes doing!! Store 8175. So many people got fired from this point system they use also so many people quit weekly. they cant keep people there...

Do not order anything online from Dam's Club. They're order cancelation process is ridiculous. I've live chatted and called, yet I still have to call back tomorrow. Why is it so hard to cancel something that I ordered just yesterday?? It hasn't even shipped yet!!!!

Customer service not good
I have been member ship at Sam club 21 years.
But yesterday I went shopping and give a shipping car to employees check out at line service.
They missed check out cases of water, not understand for me How big of case water.????
I did not look at receipts, when I go out lady door stop me feeling like I steal cares of water.....
I went to customer service, Anh have them look at camera if I steal care of water or not?
I feel guilty,....
I canceled membership and telling my friends all of this story

Went to the e. Sunshine Springfield mo. Sam's club and found out after I pumped my gas. They put a $75 to $100 dollars pre hold on your debit or credit card. I called sam's club Corporite number was told the money would take 24 hours to go back on my card. 24 hours came and went. Called again was told now it will take 72 hours. Was also told all gas stations do this. Wrong they don't. Used my card just 5 days ago at Walmart murphey's no pre hold and transaction went off my card next day. I use my card for gas often and this it the first time this has ever happened. And I looked up if this is allowed and found out by federal law they can only hold your money for the transaction for 24 hours. Was told when I called I was not the only that has a issue with getting their money back. If Sam's club is going keep doing pre hold money transactions they need to post it on every gas pump they have. So people know what they are getting there selfs into. Very upset and frustrated. Seriously considering not renewing my $100 subscription for the year when it is up in October.

I have been a sams club member for 20 years..wanted to go to Williamsport pa sams club was refused to enter because I was not a club member..i had a business member and wanted me to pay 100.00 to upgrade to shop there...if this is how I get treated after 20 years you know what you can do with your membership......

We have been at the gas pumps at Sams Club on E Sunshine St in Springfield Missouri for almost 2 hours. The pumps are running so slow it is taking almost 30 minutes for a car to fill their tank. Is it a maintenance issue? This isn't the first time I have came here and the pumps have been slow, but this is ridiculous!
