Hi there I had visited the store over in diamond bar off of diamond bar Boulevard as I was completing my shopping the cashier I believe his name was assistant manager Josh where he had a customer elderly lady is continuing to speak to him without a mask I respect that but as he was then grabbing my food and placing it right in front of her face as she continue to talk that I asked him to remove those items from front of her face just in case and he acted as if I he didn't know Iwhat was going on I asked him to respect my my space and he was going to explain again I asked I asked him again to respect my space and I asked him twice I don't believe he is trained correctly still even to wear no mask I believe that is not safe practice. I believe you're not at providing a safe environment there were no no wipes to wipe the cart I was not pleased I believe I was very unsafe in the store

So went to smart n final in San Pedro today on 25 th street the worker came out with 12 containers of wipes for 2 cops I asked him if anymore in the back he said uhhh no that ain't even right I thought it was 2 per customer I asked the cashier is it two per customer she said yes I said well ur coworker have twelve containers to two cops she said what I said yes just because there cops they r just like everybody else u need to check ur employees at smart n final on 1636 w 25 th street in San Pedro

I went to smart and final in Mountain View yesterday for a few items. I checked the eggs and found that for a dozen eggs you wanted 9.00 dollars for a dozen eggs. To me that is price gaugine so i am going to report you for doing that. It seems you are out to make a fast buck during these times shame on you. I am considering not to shop at your store anymore and the fact that all stores not just you have allowed the customers to buy out everything so none is left for anyone else.

My daughter went to the store for me. She is new at shopping. While there, she remembered that she had used up our vanilla, so she picked some up. She didn't realize that she was buying real vanilla at $40+ dollars a bottle instead of imitation for 5$. I immediately brought it back. I brought a bottle of alcohol with me to disinfect the bottle so people would be safe. The store refused to take the return. Your policy is to refuse refunds under any Constance. The fact that this is illegal is irreverent under the current crisis. I understand why you are doing it. But it seems a ridiculous to refuse a disinfected bottle of vanilla because of the virus to keep customers safe when I have NEVER ONCE SEEN YOUR PEOPLE DISINFECT THE KEYPADS AT THE REGISTERS. Where is a costumer more likely to get the virus from; A thoroughly disinfected bottle of vanilla or a non-disinfected keypad.

To be fair, I'm mostly angry because I CANT AFFORD A 40$ bottle of vanilla.

I called two different Smart & Final locations nearest me and I got the automated message to wait for customer service, after just a few seconds the phone hung up. This happened at least 30 times this morning, so I gave up. All of us have busy schedules, at least we answer our phones and attend to our customer base. Porterville and Tulare locations.

395 Pic Debbie she is telling customers she is the store manager she is rude loud unprofessional she boss the cashiers talk bad to them in front of customers she is always talking loud with that awful security card Asia she talk about customers and the cashier I have complained to Noah on many occasions but he seem to like the drama Debbie is lazy and does not do anything but yell and boss the workers around when she is not there it is very professional the girls and person in charge are at ease and relax when she is there it is a hasstal environment many of us had started to go the another store That Debbie is horrible person who has taken pic as store manager this is sad I was in line when she yelled at the new cashier like she was a dog! That lady has to go! You will lose customers because of her she need charm school she does not know how to talk to people and she does not work that is a hang out for her smart and final is going down with her I will not be going back to that store

Your hamburger meat . Forcing your customers to buy 1.25 pounds of meat .
It's not by accident that you do this . Increases your sales by 25% screws up all my meals requiring ONE POUND OF HAMBURGER .

Congratulations to your executive that came up with this scam .

On 10/31/2019 at appx 8:30pm while entering the Smart and Final In Salinas, Ca I was told by unnamed security gaurd (would not give name) that I was on video stealing. As a result I was banned from the store. I requested management and a chance to view this video. I was rudely denied both. Corporate office was then contacted and investigation pending is pending.

Today shopped at the Chula Vista location on Main Street. I had a back to school coupon and the cashier refused to even look at it. She said it was only for First Street items. She was alsi rude. I told her I couldnt carry tbe cade of water and she said she would try to scan it while in the shopping cart. Her scanner was cordless. I called to speak to a managet she said call back im 20 minutes. I asked why she didnt take my coupon and she said because she was alone. There was 1 person behind me and no one else waiting. I needed help put. I waited 10 minutes in the sun
No came out to help. A nice man in the parking lot asked if he could help and did. Your cashiers name on receipt says Crestita but i thought she said Grace when I spoke to her. Never got my 1p% off. False advertising.

The Diamond Bar Smart and Final is impossiblevto ship in. The whole store feels like a freezer super cold. Also they need to carry Flank steak that I can never find but The City if Tustin does... can you help with sticking this store with it. Thank You there have been numerous complaints from the DiamondBar area that that store is too cold to shop in...

When I can; I shop at the Smart & Final on Doheny in Capo Beach. I am handicapped and can't push a shopping cart around. The store has 2 mobility carts and I use one of them. Recently I went to S&F and both mobility carts were out of service and parked in a register stall. I went back a couple of weeks later and I assumed they would be operable. They were not and again parked in a register stall. A couple of weeks later I was getting ready to go to S&F and decided to call to see if the carts were operable. They were both out of service. You have lost my business.

I went to the smart and final on 3141 main Street a cashier by the name of amber was super unfriendly and her breath reaked of Alcohol not only that but her finger nails looked like a smokers. I did ask her how does she come to work love like this she literally told me what my manager doesn't know won't hurt her. I just went alomg with it and smiled but you can rest a sure after I tried looking for a manager because I was super uncomfortable.no manager was found smh as long as that drunk and drug user is working there I refuse to go back so I suggest they let her go ASAP!!

OK, so your AD comes out on Wed, it is now Sat, and only 5pm. I have been to two of your stores and could not find any of YOUR ADVERTISED 40oz Bar-S Polish sausages, or any of the selected varieties. What kind of Shxx is that? YOU!! advertised the product, not me, and your stores here in PHX AZ are not close together. I am very pissed off, I would have to be, in order to take the time to send you this message. Tell your employees not to tell a pissed off customer "to have a nice day" it is the employees way of saying go Fxxx yourself, and it does not resolve the situation. Because of what transpired in YOUR store, I will never shop, or spend my money, in any of your stores again. YOUR incompetence and that of your ordering manager is overwhelming, with a response of "well people are buying them", of course they are buying them that's why they go there, and telling me that there might be a truck tomorrow does not help me today. If you think that you are the only store in Arizona you could not be farther from the truth. Anytime I get a future ad in my mailbox, from your store, it will be used to wipe my Axx, it may be a little rough, but it will be well worth it, because that's what I think of your company, your assistant manager, and your cashiers. I would suggest that you change your name to and Final", because Smart & Final does not apply. Hopefully you will go out of business, and I wont have to be reminded of the crappy business practices that you provide.

Do you guys drug test or give alcohol test for your associates! If not you should start I am furious with a cashier of Amber at the Chula Vista store. She is not friendly she kept limited conversation I guess it was so you couldn't smell the alcohol on her breathe. Not only that but she was sweating bullets it wasn't even that hot in the store. That is definitely a sign of a meth user,it is so sad the service you get especially with spending your hard earned money. Besides this comment I want to give a special thank you to Moises for helping me with his product knowledge and helping me to my car. Now he knows how to treat a customer,this is the smart and final on main Street in Chula Vista

I am truly disturbed by the service I received from a smart and final in Chula Vista. The cashier was amber she was very very rude,my elderly grandmother is handicap and she drools amber made a comment stating I should get her a bib. I demanded a manager and she laughed right in my face. I told her she doesn't deserve to work at this store if you treat people like this she said yeah yeah whatever you and your big baby should go home now. I will never ever shop there again if she is working there!

Hello smart and final is a great grocery store and I've been shopping at S&f overall the past years in different locations. There's a Smart & Final located in Roseville square, Roseville CA and today the cashier Tanya! was very rude to me and my mom. We had a question on a price of a cereal from the promotions of the week and she was shaking her head like if we were dumb and showing us the grocery news letter of the promotions to our face. Just her attitude she gave us was awful and we shop there twice a week.Came into the store in a good mood and left mad and angry after her horrible customer services.

Smart & Final: List

Has bad product placement on stocking shelfs every morning or day as to many shelf's left empty.

Has many homeless people living in cars, RV's parking lots as I see when I go there. And the stores in Venice, West LA are dirty inside

Prices are only getting higher at the stores and at many stores not good customer service.

The stories lose money as I am starting to shop elsewhere as I am sure other people are also.

Hello, I hope this message gets to the right people. I shop at the Santa Maria store, I went there yesterday and I had a bad experience, the checker did not greet or even took a second to look at me at all. I asked questions, her answer I don't know. She didn't say thank you, nor attempted to help with bagging. Unless your policy is to be rude to costumer she shouldn't be in contact to such. I don't knew if I will be coming back to shop here sorry.

I have had a series of negative experiences at the Smart and Final locate in Gardena. The lines are ALWAYS unusually long because there is typically only One register open. Today, I observed two employees standing in he aisle talking as there were at least 10 customers waiting in line at the only open register. The manager, Victor was nowhere to be found. This is the third time I complained about this same issue, but there has been no resolution!!

I love San Fernando Smart and Final on Glenoks. I believe your Management has changed. Just visited there. Lines were 6 deep, 3 check stands open. Had to walk out. Always Out of Stocks. Sad to say I now have go to Food 4 Less. My time valuable. I can't wait in long lines. Or keep coming back for Out of Stocks. This place started out great, now went down hill.

I usually shop here and have a pleasant experience but the other day I had the rudest cashier ever!!! She wasn't friendly didn't bag my groceries and continue to give dirty looks. I never complain but that was uncalled for and demening. I refuse to return to the store if she continues to work there.

The only way to get a hold with the credit department is leave a message or email? Are we back to stone age? No live person to answer phone calls, no online chat customer service!!??
